It took over 5 months for our finished product. There was no communication regarding the delay until I contacted them. I contacted them multiple times hoping to cancel the whole thing since we had to undergo significant changes due to COVID and now the finished product is useless to us, but they posted it on Google anyway. Now I have to jump through hoops to get the low quality and inaccurate product off Google. They offered no financial assistance, never reached out during the government mandated shutdown. I feel scammed and ripped off. Do not use their services, it is a joke, and a complete waste of money.

Their employees are scam artist at work and outside of the job too. Never work with this company or anyone who works for it.
