We went here to get our 2018-19 taxes done bcause my husbands job isnt in Missouri an is a non state withholding state we were told we were not gping to have to file state taxes as of today 1 year an 6 months we were given a tax penalty from the state bcause jackson jewitt did not file our state taxes now with penalties aa well it took months for Jackson Hewitt to rectify the ptoblrm an they still havent gotten it completely fixed buy the Gold plan if u do want to use Jackson Hewitt therefore they are liable to fix everything an pay as well just be ready to have to stay on top of them because there customer service is very poor an they lack the professionalism to actually care if your problem is fixed or not i had to ho all the way to a resulution manager to get anything handled

I was really disappointed with Jackson HewittThey changed meFed simple packing $48Assistant Refund Fees $79Total. $179Out of money I should of got from the governmentBut said part is H and R block said it would only cost me if I had used them total of $65So I will not be using Jackson Hewitt any more

Went to the Jackson Hewitt popular bluff location it was supposed to be open but stood there and waited 15 minutes the sign said open but no one was there so called 1 800 number they say someone was supposed to be there and I told them no one there they didn’t know why? So thanks to Jackson Hewitt I spent 3 hrs of my time between driving and waiting to not get my taxes done plus had to pay someone to stay with my father who on hospice for I can go do this so if they say there open don’t believe them and That’s false advertisement
