Steer clear of this company!Theyre agents are inexperienced and not helpful. Many times I voiced my concerns with how the contract was going and it fell upon dead ears. The agents dont provide information timely or flat dont have the information available to provide. It seems that their motto is list a property and hope the buyer doesnt ask questions. Not only do they hope the buyer doesnt ask any questions they will either avoid them or provide vague unhelpful answers.They stay in business by feeding off of families that dont understand the real estate industry and trust that their agent will provide sound advice. One should expect that a real estate agent is knowledgeable and would be a steady partner when buying/selling --- Not at Poplar Bluff Realty. They look out for themselves and not their clients. If you expect knowledgable professionals you wont find it with this agency.

Both Shawn Adams and Carla Hicks were involved in selling our home. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Its never easy to allow people into your home but these great folks made it much easier for us. We greatly appreciate the time they spent in helping us through the process. I highly recommend Poplar Bluff Realty for selling or buying a home in the Poplar Bluff area.

Staff seemed pleasant and not to pushy. Website they also use called Trulia could use work like when you click on map for home searches it should have a feature to calculate the distants and map it out from that option but you have to click on maps app and put in address and leave the website of reality company and then go find the home you looked at on website after you mapped it out. But this is a technical issue not a factor in pleasant dealings with these realtors.

The Realtor I was talking to from this business was more interested in stating he was one of the top rated agents than actually helping me find a home ! Did absolutely nothing for me.I am sure (would hope) that the owner would be ashamed to have this behavior represent them .
