No visitation as needed, just when their activity dept can schedule. Administration on behalf of family is by far the worst mannered, in that line of work, that I could even describe. Was told to me by a woman in good standing with area chambers, “I wouldn’t take a dying dog to them”. I don’t feel the caregivers are terrible, but the administration is not worthy of the title. To them they wear the title and enforce their rules as they want and good luck getting through on the phone. I had an experience where the took the phone away from the resident their. Families need to be involved in their families rehabilitation not on lock down using the COVID as a shield.

I work here 7 years ago as ADON and left r/t management treatment of staff.. I was asked to interview for the DON after meeting the new Administrator I decided to give it a go. I took this position a few months ago, and its been a up hill battle and we are making it to the top: the staff I have now I would let care for any of my family. They truly are the best!!! From housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, office staff to my staff. We are making it great!!!

I’ve worked here under different management a few times. The way the place is ran now is amazing. They care about their residents. The DON and Administrator go above and beyond for the residents and employees. Especially during hard times and the pandemic. If you have a loved one who calls Oakdale home then you already know Kim and Julia are like family.

Nursing staff are good people. Happy with place.

Saw one of the staff members boasting online that he doesn’t wear a mask while taking care of residents and claims this facility doesn’t make him wear masks. I reached out to them with no response. So unsafe for the elderly population during Covid.

They hired my Husband to do floors. Done 24 hrs one week. 16 next and the said buffer part needed to be ordered 3rd week. He worked 8 hrs. No call back they said they tried but lied. Well.Went to get his last check today for the 8 hrs and they said here is a print out we dont owe him for 8 hrs. She had it right on paper. He has paycheck paper. They cheated him $65.00 and lied about everything and told me to get an Attorney no proof. They dont care about our gas in the car or feeding our Grandkids. Tina is a lier and they are thieves of lying and not paying what they owe employees. He had found another job cause Tina lied about calling him back the week of getting buffer part in. Another lady visiting family there told me they cheated her Cousin 10 hrs of work. They are shams and scammers.

They wouldnt let me mow their lawns and I used to purchase herbals from an employee there during his work hours.
