I have a neurological condition that causes my arms to be very, very weak. When I moved to my new place and had some packages a young man knocked on my door. It was a postal worker, he demanded help with said packages. I explained to him my limitations and told him it was fine if he just left them right where he was parked (my driveway). He snickered and then asked Well, how are you going to open them. At this point the other folks that live here came home and I just walked away in disgust/frustration.So, today I get a package left in my mailbox when it states CLEARLY on the package that it should be brought to the door and left only if I do not answer. The package had a small, obvious tear in it and I am sure the post office is now looking through my mail.So glad I moved to this trashy town for my husbands work.

Snail-mail gets an automatic 5-Star imo. Also, I found even the janitor to be sell informed of the protocols of their General Mail Delivery system.

Is it so difficult for you to route packages to Oxly? To actually read the label and pay attention to what you are doing? This the 5th time you have sent my mail to Fairdealing instead of Oxly, where the genius of a postmaster then returns them to the shipper. SERIOUSLY! Its no wonder you are going broke.

Ive never had a bad experience with our post office. I regularly pick up packages and mail here and the desk attendants are always very friendly, helpful, and informative. Ive also had my passport done through their service which was nice. The attendant walked me through the process, as it was my first time. Ive also never had strange delivery problems or packages lost or left in bad conditions or placements. I really appreciate the USPS, and the local office here is a gem!

Very helpful and efficient staff. When its busy at Christmas they try their best to move the line quickly.

I payed 58 dollars to ship my first eBay sale nov1st. It was heavy so anyway. It showed up evidently it was in a hurricane or something because they sent pictures and it had holes in the box wow. No return on shipping. The receipt says. So what would be our recoarse as customers. ? There returning the item I pay that shipping to wow

Terrible and rude. They gave me wrong information that I proved to be false causing me to have now wait weeks for my package. The man Paul there was trying to help but the blonde woman was rude and submissive. She kept saying I scheduled a redelivery and opened a claim which I did not. The wrong address was on my package and they tried again to deliver it to the wrong address because this woman didnt care enough to do her job for a few minutes. I feel bad for the man Paul there who was delightful because he has to work with this nasty woman.

I have had to file 2 IG complaints on this post office. Now they have lost another package that was out for delivery 12/7/2018 and I’ve gotten nothing but the run around from the man on the phone. He keeps saying he will ask my carrier and call me back tomorrow. Well it’s Christmas Eve and that was a gift for my Grandson. Last week they left my packages in the muddy flower bed in the pouring rain. This mainly happens with our sub driver. We moved here from a city in California and never had so much trouble with the USPS. So I wish I could give no stars but 1 is required. I will also be sending in another complaint and make phone calls to the main hub on Monday morning.

I will be filing a theft report and contacting consumer affairs next time my mail is held against my wishes with no notice whatsoever to let me know its at the post office. Unless you want to lose your job, I suggest you stop being lazy and just do your job.Btw, the law says you can only refuse delivery if you feel threatened or in danger while delivering. A box that wont fit in the mailbox is not a threat nor a danger. Lying on a federal form is a crime, and you are not exempt from legal recourse, I can assure you.Stop saying a house is vacant every time the package wont fit in the mailbox. Id rather you leave my package under the mailbox than you giving up and trying to keep it. Im home every day around the holidays, tracking every gift I ordered online.Get your stuff together or average citizens like me will make sure you get replaced by someone who has their stuff together.

I had my passport processed there and the staff was polite, respectful, and sincere.

Great crew there. I was mailing a package overseas to my son in the Army the paperwork was confusing and they helped me so much. Great service.

The government is composed of corrupt individuals from the lowest levels (ie postal employees) to the highest levels.

Have always hated this post office for all the reasons post offices are hated.
