Very strange experience. I arrived at approx. 9:45 pm. They close at 11pm. There was literally 1 male customer and a female employee who was busy sweeping or mopping. She told me that last dry was at 10pm and I couldnt use any of the 10+ empty dryers. This makes no sense. I was there 15-20 minutes BEFORE 10pm. So

This is my go to laundromat!!! Its always clean, the machines are in good working condition, the vending machines are nice and I especially like, and appreciate, the Bill Changer!! Very convenient!! The 3 employees that Ive gotten to know a little bit, are always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly!! I have no complaints!!

I personally been going there 17 years I now have my own washer and dryer and do not go there anymore but all of last year in 2020 there was much improvement newer equipment and a much better staff loved it Id recommend it to my mom

Very clean. Helpful staff. Very expensive. The vending here is outrageous in price. Bring your own supplies because 15 dryer sheets cost $3.

As full time RVrs weve used this laundr-o-Mat many times. Very clean, good machines, friendly staff. Forgot a load one time, came back and they had it folded and ready for us. Wow.

This place is clean and has someone to help you if you have a problem. They even do your laundry if you dont have time to do it yourself. I would highly recommend this laundromat

My visit was extremely terrible they are extremely overpriced and multiple broken machines, the owner was following me around the store BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO REMOVE TRASHHH!!! from the TRASHHH can, so of course I did but she kept making smart remarks and treating me like a toddler and was telling me what to do

DO NOT GO HERE. Machines constantly broken. Unhelpful staff. I used a machine that stopped the wash cycle before even getting my clothes wet, talked to the older lady who was working there. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do anything and that the owners would need to approve a refund, but conveniently they are not available to be called.

Decent washers and dryers. It is nice and pretty clean. But one lady was rude as can be. Wouldnt even let my 7yr use the bathroom when the lady that was working before had. That dropped my opinion of the place.

This laundromat is always clean. People arent always nice but its the best place to go to get your laundry done. I think the womans name is Myra. She is nice, she smiles, cuts up with people and also she has people follow the rules. People get ugly when she enforces the ruled but she is only doing her job. She wasnt there today when I went. I was disappointed. She makes my day when I come in. 😁

Dont use any vending machine they just eat your money.

Go in Speed Queen once a week and each and every time I go its clean, AMAZING service, all machines are working, friendly attendees. Ms. Myra is absolutely AWESOME. Always smiling and a helping hand. Great Crew in general. Yall have my business for life even when I get a washer and dryer😀

Even though they got new dryers new washers the prices twice as high as the other laundromat in town poplar bluff Missouri I will not be coming back here and the other laundry mat has new washers and dryers as well Sophie suds

I go to Speed Queen every Wednesday. Its the best laundrymat in town. Always clean and a super nice place! Nice upgrades! The larger washers and dryers are convenient! Helpful and friendly staff; especially Myra.

Always clean n super nice attendants

We have had several rude encounters with the Myra employee. Tonight at 9:50, I came in to dry a load of clothes and she was standing outside and stopped me before I could go in. She told me that I was not aloud to dry my laundry because it was 10 PM. Which it was not! It was 10 minutes till. She was extremely rude with me so When I arrived back at home. We called to ask for her name and ask once again why we were not able to dry our clothes. She told us that our clocks are all wrong. We go through AT&T and have 4 phones saying the same exact time, so how is that wrong? Plus she didnt even look at the time while we were there. She was standing outside!! She was so hateful on the phone. We have been using this laundromat for about 2 years and are about to start going somewhere else if we are going to be treated like this. I have heard from a few other people that she is always just as rude to them.

Its a good place, but some staff will let you use the bathroom and some wont . I understand they have had problems with people using the bathroom, but not everyone will mess up the bathroom. I suggest they keep it locked and let people use it when they ask then the staff can check it after everyone uses it and if someone does something wrong in the bathroom then kick them out .

The attendant on duty tonight was extremely rude she went out of her way to inform my son and I that there was a dining table to eat at which I assumed was a suggestion so I said we were ok and she proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head at us. I was simply trying to wash blankets that we saved from the house fire and feed my son. I will never return to that place the pure ignorance and the level of rudeness was not necessary. She would not give me the owners phone number. She was not only rude to us, my son witnessed her being rude to an elderly lady as well. I have read that this is an ongoing issue with this Myra lady according to reveiws.is this how a public service business is ran and why are we not able to contact the owner to report her bad behavior for a job which she is being paid for

I arrived at 9pm to do my laundry and at 9:02 I had laundry all unloaded and the Myra decided to tell me I could not do laundry because it was after 9. Seriously she told e this because my laundry wasn’t in the washer at exactly 9 pm. I was only there to wash not dry my clothes like I have done I’m the past. So why is an establishment open until 11pm if you can’t wash your clothes that only takes 28 minutes? I explained this to Myra and she was rude and told me I still could not. Last week I went here and put my stuff in the $8 washer to save $1 and clothes were not clean at all and did not smell like detergent like they normally do when taken out of other washers. I called the attendant over and explained to her and she said well they should be clean and I saiid look they are not and she seen how much laundry I had in there so knew there was not too much. I had to rewash them in a $6 and a $3 washer so that load cost me $17 to wash which is uncalled for. I let it go but after the rudeness tonight social media will be used. Customer Service F....

We were remodeling our kitchen so i had to go do laundry! Ill have to say it was really nice using those bigger machines! I got 8 loads of laundry done in an hour and 35 minutes! Now that was great! And under $20 now i did take my own soap and fabric softner! Honestly i wouldnt mind going back!

The lowest price for a washer is $3 and up to $10 for the largest ones, I dont know how much the other laundromats are in town, to use the restroom you have to get the attendant to unlock it

VERY rude attendant working, she copped an attitude when I asked for my money back after a washing machine let me over pay, Judith was extremely rude and even told me the customer isnt always right I will NEVER return to this laundromat as long as JUDITH whatever her last name is works there, as she refused to share that info, but she sure had a lot to say about not doing anything to help me get my money back....she loudly declared Im not giving you $7 back, my boss will kill me

Went to wash and dry clothes that had been in storage....new washers of various sizes...single, double triple loads. Dryers heat well. Did 18 loads of laundry in under 2 hours.

I drive long haul and stopped in to do laundry. Place is priced right and plenty of parking if you bobtail.Nice redheaded lady was working and was very helpful.

I have only been to this laundry mat four times and out of the four time I have had all my laundry got stolen once and the last time my clothes got Burt and they are refusing to replace them and blaming the entire incident on me. I will not be going back here. The laundry mat owners are unresponsive and rude. Do not recommend going there if you value your clothes!!!

They close at 11 p.m we arrived at 9 35 from out of town. We had 1 load. 27 min. To wash. 8 to dry. SHE WAS Very rude. Told us we could not start a wash after 9.30 because we,would not be done by 11. 27 wash plus 8 to dry. Huh! that is 35 minutes. we would of been gone before by 10.15 that is 45 minutes before she closed. she rudely refused! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! She said come back in the morning at 7. No thanks. I wilk go ro hotel and wash by hand! we have to be on the road and gone long before that.

The staff is very experienced and helpful, however, if you dont want your stuff ripped off, then dont leave it unattended!! Simple as that

I had 300.00 worth clothes stolen in 3 hrs . The lady worker was rude when I confronted and had taken ih upon herself to take one load out. Luckily got my boyfriends work jeans back. But miss me jeans and shirts, towels all gone in 2nd load will never again use that place
