I was very impressed in how he took the time to draw a picture to explain how the ear works and exactly what my hearing situation is. Very polite and caring.Took the time to listen to all my hearing problems Ive had throughout my years. Would highly be them.

Wonderful experience. These devices have improved my husbands self confidence and changed how he enjoys simple things like watching TV. We tried the less expensive devices and no matter what they say, they are just sound amplifiers. They are not helpful. Wonderful staff. SPEND THE MONEY ON YOURSELF!

Everything about the service and the representative is positive.He was briefly saying words that checked understanding of the word.He was also checking volume by using a natural tone of voice.Depending on his credentials, I assume he is not able to check thecondition of the ears or such to see if the problem is in the ear, sothat was not checked.He was very nice and enjoyed talking hunting with the patient.He would not discuss price in any form; gave us no indication ofprices except that our insurance would cover a great deal of it...We like to know prices up front.However, he did say the patient could wear the hearing aids for a weekto try them out without buying them; I believe that is what he meant.We shall see when we return in one week to pick them up...for trial???

I had two sets of Hearing Aids plus this now make 3. The first two is a flat joke compared to beltone. Please dont take My word. Please by all means. If you have a lack of hearing. The specialist was very considerate with my mother, who has both hearing loss and macular degeneration. He did not try to push anything on her above her budget. She is looking forward to her upgraded hearing aids. And so is the rest of the family!
