Honestly, I love my home planet Fitness. My experience has been phenomenal. The staff are always very friendly. I love the fact that the place is clean and neat and well managed. All the equipment is current and well maintained and always clean. The facility is clean and spacious and well designed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and theyre not the first gym Ive joined but they will be the last.

This is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been in. The staff was really nice and helpful about a question I had. The equipment was in great shape and well maintained. I will definitely stop here again when passing through Poplar Bluff.

Love the atmosphere and never feel judged. Definitely worth the price to feel better about myself.

Its not the gym I want but its the gym I need, with locations everywhere. Very convenient, very clean. I wish they had more free weights tho.

This is the cleanest gym that I have ever been to. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They know you by name after just a couple days of coming into the gym. They keep the locker rooms, showers and workout areas very clean. Brandon(manager) to me has to be as good of a manager as any I have ever met. Always polite, knowledgeable and keeps the gym as good as it was the day it opened. Great place. Give it a go!!!

Great place to workout overall has everything u need if ur trying to get buff and/or fit

If you leave here fat. You arent trying. Lol. No judgement zone is a great place to work out and even watch a little t.v. while you cycle or walk.Need more intense workouts there are lots of machines and weights to help you. Also have instructors to help you with your routines.And if you get the black card then theres a whole other world opened up for you.Give em a shot and see what youve been missing.

This place was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The locker rooms were well stocked and clean.

I feel safe at Planet Fitness during this pandemic. Everyone cleans each machine behind themselves. There is distancing and the employees wear masks and sanitize their hands frequently. Working out feels great during a time of added pressure and discouraged normal activities. Its uplifting. I hope their business survives and thrives.

Its clean, the staff are friendly, and the machines are well taken care of. I love this gym.They lost 2 stars today. The girl at the front desk was kind of snotty with me. I havent received any emails or notifications of when the fees are due, so it showed that I owed my annual and monthly fee, which I was going to text my husband to pay in the next 10 minutes. This girl just kept questioning me. Telling me I couldnt come in as a guest if I owed fees, etc. I felt like she thought I was trying to abuse their system. All I was trying to do was get my work out in for the day. I even called it to her attention that my membership may not be active. And had to pretty much pry it out of her how much I owed.

First day there and the employees were very nice an helpful. Savannah was very sweet an great at showing me how to use the different types of equipment. I do believe I will enjoy coming out an starting my new healthy journey with you guys!!!

No reason to leave this place without having moved your muscles. Customer service is friendly. And place is clean.

Great place to work out!

Loads of equipment(even with covid safety measures), access to personal trainers(with membership),a good range of hours, friendly staff. Not for power lifters but its a great place to get in shape and have plenty of weight for the average joes and janes.

Ive probably been to about half the planet fitness center across the country as I travel all over for work. This location has been the best in my 3 year, hands down. The gym, equipment, and locker rooms are neat and clean, as expected. But what blew me away was the hospitality on the night staff. They saw I was from out of town and went out of their way to show me around and make me feel welcome. A+++

Clean and not crowded. Had a good leg workout.

Have worked out here for months and always been happy with the gym. Plenty of equipment available so little to no waiting, large facility with plenty of space and parking. Equipment is cleaned frequently and well maintained, no broken or loose cables here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. TVs on all cardio equipment with a nice selection of channels available and gym is kept at a comfortable temperature. The one star I dropped is just because of ventilation in the locker rooms. The locker rooms including the showers and bathrooms are always cleaned and stocked but the lack of air flow in the locker rooms can at times lead to strong clouds of mixed cologne and soaps and humidity from the showers which can be rough. The temperature is reasonable with heat and AC so this is a small complaint. For the price of membership the pros far outweigh the cons.

I have a membership here, and frequent the gym as I am sticking to my goal of getting a healthier lifestyle. The only real complaint I have, is that the Mens Locker Room especially the showers, always smell like someone just urinated. If they could find a way to better the smell, I could see pushing it to a 4 star.

Top notch facility with brand new equipment. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the customer service. It leaves a little to be desired. They are there for us, therefore they cannot have an attitude that we are interrupting them. They also need training on how to speak to their customers. But, thats the only issue I have with this facility. The place is almost spotless, equipment is new and in great working order, the tanning beds are awesome. The hydro-massagers and the massage chairs feel so good. I love going there.

The best gym I have ever been to. I love working out here! Lots of machines, free weights and a very helpful staff. Tanning and massage tables and never too crowded. Very reasonable membership.

Clean place always open when I want to go work out

Always seems to be nice and tidy, I’ve never had any issues but old men seem to love enjoying the view. Staff is lovely and the PT is wonderful. Definitely worth it.

I am a member in Warrensburg. Visiting Poplar Bluff for the weekend. I must say this Planet Fitness is awesome. Much bigger than home, immaculate facility, friendly staff. Only thing I would add is a total body enhancement.. Thanks for making a visitor feel at home.

Love this place! Never have to wait for equipment, the massive fans always keep it cool, lots of tanning beds, massage chairs and hydro massage beds, its awesome!

Amber that works over nights is the best employee Ive met there by far! She is the nicest and most honest youll meet there. The gym needs a sauna though thats why the lack of a star, but that girl needs a raise or promotion for what she has to deal with on a nightly basis. Five stars for Amber but four stars for lack of a sauna it harshes my vibes man!

Awesome and Helpful!

Where to begin? Well Im a black card member which means I have access to the gym as well as the spa. The gym has so many options from cardio to weightlifting. I love the spa where I can work on my tan and I can also relax in a message chair or a hydro bed after a hard workout. The workers there are very friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have.

I never worry about anyone bothering me and if I need help the employees are great

This is a great friendly place to work out. They knew who I was by the second week so they log me in as I walk through the door. They have plenty of equipment.

I just wish they had some scales to weigh yourself on but they told me that they were a no judgement zone and they didnt want anybody judging themselves by weighing themselves, I laughed and told them I judge myself all the time, the doctor told me I need to lose some weight, how am I going to tell if Im getting healthier if I cant weigh myself. If they dont want people judging themselves at planet fitness then they need to take the mirrors down that covers some of the walls so people cant look at themselves and judge themselves also they need to take all the numbers and pounds off all the weight machines and the speed, distance, elevation and time off the treadmills and the heart beats per minute off all the cardio machines if they truly dont want people judging themselves. Come on you lousey cheap skates put in a scale for a few hundred bucks, look at all the money you spend on other self judgemental devices as you call it.

If youre setting goals and trying to change your life I highly recommend you to get a membership with Planet Fitness its the best bang for your buck it has everything that you need to meet your goals. Not to mention the staff is really welcoming and friendly I highly recommend this place to any of my fitness gurus.

Good stuff

Both of those morning girls are extremely rude to me. Granted I do ask a lot of questions. But I just dont want to mess up your beautiful machines. But as soon as that younger man with blonde hair comes in I know theyll start behaiving better. Hopefully the manager can help them be more polite especially to those like me need extra help with machines.

Great friendly Staff. Tanning beds are the best and the Hydro Beds are a nice touch. Place is just as clean today as the day it opened. People of all size and shape and ages work out here. No judgement zone when you walk in the door.

I had the membership for a month and decided I wouldn’t use it enough to justify the $25~ payment. I canceled my membership before the next charge came through (I checked my bank account), however, I was charged anyway. I didn’t use the membership at all after that payment because I had intended to get it refunded.The first time I came in to address this, I was told I had to take it up with Planet Fitness customer support. Customer support told me that it was at the franchise owner’s discretion to refund. Came back in today to try and get it and was told that they don’t do refunds. If you don’t do refunds, don’t charge people after they cancel their membership.

Clean and well maintained but has couple employees that need gone. Guy name of Nicolas and girl [ Kirsten or something like that], like to send you back to tanning but fail to turn it on so you can get dressed again to go back to the counter, not a one time thing

Absolutely awful place.... full of shady people including managment. employees forge your signature to charge your cards you put on file. They lie about there memberships and leave out all the fine details.... until the suprize charges show up.

I do the free teen challange at planet fitness, and the trainer Cody Fromm is really great! He teaches me how to do the machines and even works out with me.

Planet Fitness Corporate screwed up my Husbands pay after the 1st 2 weeks and 54 hrs of work due to even after giving account number 3xs. They still put it in wrong and did not pay him on payday. They screwed him up and we are going to be late on rent now which we have never been. Bad place to work so not going to ever join the place as membership. No telling what they would do with that. 😣

This gym has gone downhill since Ive came I been a guest a many of times .Ive wanted to sign up but the customer service is HORRIBLE your general manager she is rude always on her phone or standing at that computer smacking that gum. That is not the type of management I want to see coming into a gym.. I started coming early mornings I loved your desk girl nikkia I came in to find out she not here anymore I feel that was big mistake to replace her with the most rudest, overnight desk person. She never at the desk and she always on her phone when I find her . I vote you bring nikkia back to planet fitness. I know my dad would be happy to have her represent his company instead of rude person that replaced her!
