I appreciate precision auto glass coming to my house to repair my cracked windshield. Also the pricing was considerably cheaper then the competitors.What was difficult is my windshield was back ordered, which is understandable given the current conditions. When it was originally quoted to me they said they had that windshield and a location in Louisiana and it will be shipped here. It took three weeks and another story was given when I called to check on the status. Again this may be out of their control so no worries.What was quoted as a quick visit ended up taking almost a week to complete. The first day we were told they would visit in the morning, we got a call about 5:30 PM, letting us know that it would be ideal to do tomorrow. Then we didn’t hear from them until about 5 o’clock and the windshield was removed and then they left for about 2 1/2 hours. It was supposed to rain that night so we were very concerned with them not coming back. They eventually did come back and install the new windshield. Unfortunately the black adhesive you smeared in quite a few places and the technician said he ran out of wipes. He said he would return the next day to clean and finish it. We did not see him for three days so I called. He said he would be easy to come meet him at the shop in the morning just to get the wipes and be done. I showed up at the time he said and no one was there. So while I do have a new windshield, it took a lot of work, and there are black smears on both the windshield and the car. Would ideally choose another company for the next time around.

Literally called to get a window fixed. It has now bwwwn 3 weeks and every time I call, I get the runaround. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you want to see how bad the service is just make the 8am appointment that they suggested and wait till he is 40 mins late and is only there because you called and woke him up then he shows up and looks drunk! Not to mention getting to sit out side and hear from returning customers with gaps in their windshield and how bad their experience was... this place left such a bad taste in my mouth I’ll happily pay double the price to have someone else do the work (he is half the price of every where else in town and now I know why )

Had a windshield replaced in a Tacoma and a chip repaired on a GMC Acadia. First appointment was a no call, no show. They used the incorrect seal around the windshield on the Tacoma which leaves a gap and will collect water/dirt in the windshield frame. On the chip repair they drilled into the chip which caused about a 2-3 inch crack then didn’t fill it with resin, so it’s only gonna get worse now. I should have looked over the work before they left I guess. I have tried to contact them twice now, and never even gotten a call back. I am going to have to take both vehicles to another shop to get fix correctly.

I tried to use. They were a no show for 1st appt. I had to call them &was told they changed it to a different day. And didnt tell me. Made 2nd appt.Never showed up never called to this day never heard back. Made 3rd appt. Showed up appx 830 pm by 10+ pm only had one side in and quit. Said hewas tired& hands hurt. Although he was going right past me the next day, he said call them and he would come back sat.He did NOT change the rubber around glass although I provided, he left glass all over inside truck & broke wiper off. The side he did not change was gapped open about 1, which was NOT like that before.

Was given a time of arrival and was informed if anything changes they would let me know. Over three hours past the appointment time, and after trying to call the installer twice, they finally reached out wanting to reschedule for sometime next week stating the glass broke. After nicely stating I rather go with another company at this point Kat was nothing but attitude on the phone. Horrible customer service and not professional. I would not recommend.

Update...I got my windshield fixed today. They were very quick and customer service was friendly. I did have some minor complaints about the lack of cleanup work inside the car and on the windshield. Small shards of glass were left in the car dash and seats and the windshield glue was not cleaned off. However, the lady up front removed the glue for me. Overall, I would take my car here again for repair work.Called almost a week ago to schedule a windshield replacement. When I was on the phone the lady asked if I could come in 2 days later (on a Friday) to have the replacement done. I told her that wouldnt work for me and said I was available the following Monday through Thursday. I showed up today (on Monday) after being scheduled for this day over the phone. When I arrived, they told me my appointment had been scheduled for Friday (when I had said I was not available) and they sent my windshield back. I drove from 30 minutes away to make it here for my appointment. Pretty disappointing! Hopefully they will get it together when I come back this Wednesday!

Customer service was terrible. Never will I do business here.

We had an incident while driving over two hours to Poplar Bluff on Saturday morning and there was no one else open between us and Precision Auto Glass. I called and the service man (I cannot remember his name) was exceptional!! He didn’t hesitate to offer assistance and even though he couldn’t replace the window for us, it wasn’t in stock, he made sure it was safe and covered so we could get back home to Rolla. He wouldn’t take a dime and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! If your local to Poplar Bluff I highly recommend this business and if you find yourself willing to drive over two hours for fantastic customer care head south to Precision Auto Glass!! We can’t thank you enough!
