Great customer service! We had always had State Farm insurance when we lived in AR. When we moved from AR to poplar bluff the price of State Farm was just rediculous! Which I was finding that as an issue with any company I was calling here. Luckily I found this company(my first time ever using a broker) and dan helped me find the best rates possible! For home and auto both! He was so helpful in every way and very quick to respond to any questions I had! Fast forward to February when I was involved in an accident. I called him after hours and gave him the breakdown of what happened. First thing the next morning he called me with a claim number from our insurance and let us know we would be hearing from an adjuster with in 24-48 hours! So thank you so much Dan for all of your help! I would have been clueless as to the first steps to proceed without you! Outstanding company and customer service!

Moved to this area July 2018 and McCarty insurance has been super with all my insurance.We have house, auto, and boat. Anytime I need something done they jump on it and it is taken care of right away. Dan has always been super nice and seems to actually care. I can trust him when he says he is going to do something that it is going to get done and in a timely manner.
