David, our new manger he is kind an polite my air conditioner been out but he has made sure I had window air. We have new maintenance man I think his name is Jim hes very kind also I am very happy here it lights up at night like a little town. We all help each other when one of us have a problem or lose a loved one I am very thankful that theyve been here for me yes Idlewild is a good home 🏡. Its its very quiet back here and they keep the yard up good its just really a nice place this is my second time.

This property is well maintained and cared for by one of the most professional managers I have encountered. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the property and takes time to know the residents. The units are easily accessible for the residents and come with a garage. There are one and two bedroom which are spacious. Each unit has laundry hook ups, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, dining room, living room, bedroom, and patio to relax on. Shopping is located close by for ease of picking up last minute items or restocking the pantry. There is a computer lab onsite and meeting area available upon request.

I have lived for 6 years. Have never had any kind of trouble with neighbors or management. Any problems I might have had has always been taken care of in a timely manor. I like it here very much dont intent to move. I would recommend to anyone wanting a new place to live to move here. Nice and quite.
