We had a group of 13 which 10 were bowling. Its a nice place to bowl but the arcade is dirty and so many games not working. The pizza wasnt very good but the fries and the funnel cake fries were real good. I had to get another order of funnel cake fries. Its all a little expensive. But thats every bowling alley Ive been to.

Awesome place in Georgia. Bowling alley is super clean and well maintained, the bar has great options, pool tables, and an awesome arcade. Some of the games in that arcade were down, but they had so many other game choices that it didnt even matter. My friends and I all enjoyed this place.

Fun place to take your family too. My nephews played laser tag, went bowling, and played games at the arcade. On the way home, all they talked about is how much fun they had.

We come here once a week consistently. The only issue we run into is dealing with the manager. Not only is she rude but shes lacks professionalism. She constantly gives us a hard time when we try to bowl here. Not sure if its a racial problem or what her deal is. There was an issue with our games that she didnt understand. Instead of her handling like an actual MANAGER would she decided to start clapping while she was talking to us. I told her that she was was disrespectful and take it down a notch. She implied that the reason she was so hyped up is because I was.....but what type of manager does that? If anything a good manager wouldve tried to rectify the situation. So the one star is specifically for her and her nasty attitude. Otherwise the place as a whole is 5 stars!

Pretty fun place to bowl and play laser tag. The inside has a bar and they serve some food, . When we went for a birthday it was incredibly crowded on a Saturday; I would probably recommend visiting on a weekday.

Paying for 2 hours and for food and shoes ofc, was so much bro. One hour is like around $30. And food is good but obv over priced bc its a gaming place but, expected that much. Over all it was good, just expensive. Also one more thing, they do not have that many variety of ball numbers. I only was able to use one ball the whole time, maybe thats partly my fault for being weak and our lane. But, it was impossible to find another ball my number.

We had a blast so much fun and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We may be bad bowlers but practice make perfect.

Nice place to take the kiddos. We didnt bowl because our teenage girls were not interested, but we did do the laser tag twice! We had an awesome time! Theres a nice food area, arcade, and an adequate amount of bowling lanes. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 and the crowd was not overbearing.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The bowling is pretty fun with friends even if I am terrible at it so that is a plus and the food is also pretty good. The pool tables however are in horrible condition and the laser tag guns never seem to work properly.

I took my grandchildren, and they had a good time. The arcade is not that big, but it was fun. Prices not bad. Bowling lanes were awesome and the staff were friendly and professional. We will return!!

The 2 of the basketball stations did not record your scores. 1 of the air hockey tables didnt read your score. There were a few things completely out of order

We had our sons 8th birthday party here. We bought the Bowling Birthday package and it was totally worth it. The party host was amazing. She served the boys pizza and ice cream, lit the cake, cut the cake, set up, cleaned up, entered bowling names, helped with our lanes, passed out treat bags, you name it. Worth every penny & all we had to do was show up. I highly recommend Frames n Games!

We spent a bit of money because we only played the arcade games. It was totally worth it. My son was so happy to celebrate his 10th birthday here. We will be back for more birthdays 🎂.

Its a good place to go to if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones but the cleanliness is not there the tables and floors are quite dirty but aside from that there is a great laser tag place and they also have good arcade games.

Great games and always a pleasure to hit the pins with the colorful balls of all hand sizes.

Very nice establishment, very poor customer service. Food and drinks are equally poor. Go for the bowling, games, laser tag and pool but come on a full stomach.

They would only allow our church group to get 2 lanes...period...so we had to stack about 8 to 9 kids per lane. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit.

Great place for the family. Nice lanes, good size arcade room, nice pool table area and a nice bar. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Kids and I enjoy going a couple times a month. It would seriously be a good place for a 1st date too! Many restaraunts close by and a movie theater.

*edit to add- got to go play some games in the arcade and play laser tag. Half the games were out of order and the laser tag field is pretty small. But in at the end of the day, we all had a good time.Only gone for the bowling but was fun. A little pricey but a good time.

My wallet was stolen and my credit card was used at the location last week. I’ve called multiple times to get in touch with someone regarding the matter and have yet to receive a call back. It’s been a full week and still no return call

Nothing fancy but great service and decent lanes. The arcade side had buckets from a leaking roof and quite a few games not working.

Cons- The seats are uncomfortable. The balls need larger finger holes. The alcoholic drinks are expensive (but so are the ones next door at the other bowling alley). The slushies get watered down too quick.. & prices here are weird. Not adequate space between you and the next lane (seating).Pros- It was still fun.

I brought my family here to play and relax after being indoors for months. The children played laser tag, a game cards each(6 kids) and 1 hour of bowling. I order a drink from the bar the bartender Emily sold me and friends a 7-10 split which was very good and so we decided to order another drink I asked that Emily not put a ton of ice in my drink as she did last time. She than made me a drink and added a lot of extra juice. I asked her if she could make it over because it was extremely sweet and tasted like a V8 she said she couldnt and went to ask a Manger name Nathaniel. Nathaniel than comes over to say I would need to purchase a shot that its there policy to not make a drink over and that she was only adding juice to make the cup look full. I yet again explained I did not ask for extra juice but asked for less ice. I again stated he couldnt do anything to fix it. I had also just ordered food and asked to cxl he than tells me I couldnt cxl because my food was in the fryer. He than quickly got my food and the friends I was with ordered before me and yet they gave me my food 1st. He did not want to refund me for anything. This is the worst customer service from and to top it off he stated hes been a bartender for 15+ yrs and thats the customer gets that all the time. Nathaniel clearly doesnt understand taking care of their customers and I wont ever visit here again. Nor will my friends and family he list more than he gained today.

Worst place I ever been in my 28 years of living. Second time here and both times was just horrible. This place is screaming new management. I went here for early Mother’s Day gift and the manager just ruined my whole night then I paid for a service I never received, I wouldn’t recommend nobody going here - if you do stay to yourself and do not attract the manager Nathal attention.

Bowling in the middle of a pandemic is already risky, but there are certain health and safety precautions listed on their website that are not being followed. Mask are not a requirement and social distancing is not happen here. People should be aware of this. If these precautions were not specifically listed on their website I wouldn’t have anything to say. So my advice to frames n games is be honest with your customers if you aren’t going to follow Covid safety guidelines.

Only giving one star because I couldnt give zero. My family came in town and we thought we would go have fun and make memories. First of all it took us 30 minutes at the register alone to get 2 games of bowling. We were over charged $75. Because one of the managers had no idea what he was doing. Had to call over another manager to help fix his mistakes. Which then was told he cant put it back on the card I paid with but only an instore gift card. We bowled 2 games had 2 left and had more issues. Then was told they could give us another gift card to solve the issue. Now bring completely stressed and just wanting to leave we give the kids the gift cards to play in the arcade. The game machines were not even dispensing tickets! The games were rigged and would charged us twice for one game or charged for two players on a one player game. What we thought would be a fun day reconnecting with old family turned into a very stressful awkward situation. Will never go back and highly NOT recommend. Sharing this to save anyone going through what we did and to stop anyone else from getting robbed like my family and I did.

My kids enjoyed themselves somewhat but a lot of stuff didnt work or was slow

We had a great time. As it was my daughters first bowling experience and my first experience that wasnt with candlepin bowling I had no idea if I could even manage but theres a large selection of different weighted balls and the staff was super friendly. Didnt care for the $30 per hour price tag as we only got in one game. Seemed like it should have been a little cheaper but still felt worth it to me because I never get out. If you have back, neck, or shoulder problems I would suggest asking for a lightweight ball thats kept behind the counter. And maybe a 1/2 size smaller on the shoes from what you regularly wear day to day. Loved that I didnt need to learn how to keep score, the machines do it automatically. The arcade area looked a little small but fun. After our hour bowling was up we checked the time and had to leave for other reservations so we didnt play any of the games. Will definitely make it back to do that at some point though

OMG! Im sure there are some safety protocols that can be set in place for this establishment!! Walked in (masked) left out in 2 minutes probably fully infected!!! Management should be ashamed! 85 to 90% of the customers didnt even have on a mask and they were fully packed! Almost elbow to elbow. Thanks for making a fun place into a come get the Corona for free event!🤦🏾‍♀️

Fun for the kids! 5d is no longer in operation but lazer tag was fun too! Didnt bowl this trip but stays open till 1 am so thats a plus.

Food was good, had fun playing. The arcade was a bit sub par and very few people were following CDC guidelines for wearing a mask in communal areas.

Bowling was a great time! Nice beer selection. Cute arcade area. Nice menu selection. The pool tables are in very rough shape and some balls are missing and there are no replacements. Would return!

For bowling, things went too bad, but I felt a little crowded.For the games, it was a poor experience. A few games took our money and failed to work. Some of the machines surfaces (sure hockey) were so sticky it was almost impossible to play.

Bowled a total of four games. I was with one other and first started with two games but extended by two more. After the first few rounds the lights went out but that was the only malfunction we came across. I also thought it was interesting that we get an F for foul on the game board if your foot passes into the bowling lane area. It was annoying for my partner. First time seeing this at a bowling alley, but that’s okay! After our third game for some reason we had to contact the front desk to get our fourth game since it was not automatically applied. I felt like the gentleman that helped us did not understood we wanted to extend by two more games. Needless to say the chicken honey musterwrap was delicious and the strawberry daiquiri! If you’re coming here with two or even three people I recommend buying by the hour.

Since all this Rona stuffs happened it feels great being back here! Staff is always friendly, everything is sterilized immediately after someone uses a lane, the house balls are cleaned thoroughly as well are the shoes. Every other lane is blocked off so you have enough space to enjoy yourself.Would recommend people to head out here 💯

This is the best place to have a fun night of pool bowling and beer in the savannah/Hilton Head area. Fries are great. The beer selection is fantastic the pool is cheap and the staff are friendly and kind. If you need a fun activity to do with the kids this is the place. But to be fair is the perfect place for a date night as well. I love it. And Ill be back again.

Great bowling alley for the whole family, especially for kids. They have pretty decent food as far as bowling alley food goes. The arcade is a big hit with the younger kids, but the teenagers were not impressed. This place has always been clean and felt like a safe atmosphere every time Ive went. I recommend going there and grabbing a few drinks and having a great time at a reasonable cost.

Not a bad place, had fun, place was clean. But I felt like it was a little expensive, and food service was pretty slow. However, the food was pretty good. Got the wings and fried pickles.

I celebrated my birthday there this weekend. Stephen Lee is a sales associate at this establishment. He went above and beyond to show us this facility even though certain parts such as laser tag were not open because we were there on a Monday he took the time to show us everything this place had to offer. He even offered to start it up for us he informed us it would be a 15-minute wait. of course we did not want him to have to do that for us so we are going to return at a later date to play laser tag but I felt that his customer service was amazing. I like to give credit where credit is due and I will be a return customer. Thank you Stephen for taking the time to show us around and personalized our experience we appreciate you.

Frames n Games made for some good family fun, as we took our 4 year old bowling for the first time. The place was clean and the employees were pretty friendly. We will definitely return!
