Hold for a hour to be hung up on. The goverment pays them so much they collect that and your money real slick they have been caught.

My son had lost his phone, for only 20 bucks they replaced his phone and gave him a new phone number. Had a little hiccup setting it up, but they female helping him handled it very quickly.

This place never has replacement phones available, and they never know when they will be getting some more coming in. They have trouble handling both Boost mobile and Easy wireless at the same time, always booked up and hardly answer the phones, when they do, they hang up on you or are just plain rude. Definitely need new and more employees to handle the job. From reading other reviews, don’t think I’m the only one with the same issues. This place could use some major changes

Very tacky, rude, employees whom do not have any social skills for customers and believe they are the phone gods. The phone service quality is very poor, you definitely get what you pay for. Then they flag your phone stolen after payment

These people never answer the phones, they put you on hold FoREver! and either hang up or leave you on hold for the longest time. They can’t seem to handle both the government phone lines and the Boost mobile at the same time.
