These are little old apartments but yes these are nice apartments with a good location in Ponca city.

Visited a friend and the apartment complex looks clean and very inviting. Rooms looked spacious and they are reasonably priced.

Overall experience with the staff was great, they were friendly and worked with me if I had a maintenance problem with the apartment. Although the neighbors could be loud and disruptive at all times of day and no one ever did anything about it.

Must be a winner been on waiting list a few times, and thwy have never had an apt avaliable.
