My family loves NJMASC! PJ Sensei teaches how to defend yourself in real world situations which I find priceless as a mom. My boys have such a great time laughing and playing karate games they dont even realize theyre learning. My older son also get to learn weapons. Currently he and I are learning to use a bow staff.They also have adult classes! My husband and I both train. I like learning to protect myself and my boys in case theres a dark alley situation. My husband does it for the love of the art. This school is associated with a huge family of other authentic Shobukan dojos so he can really geek out with them. We just had some other teachers visit to do a day-long weapons seminar.Nice family feel. Big waiting area with comfy sofas while you wait for the kids. Plenty of off street parking. Pizza and Mr. Sushi next door. Lots of shops/ restaurants around to visit in case your dont want to wait at the school.

Great Karate school! Accredited through the Shobukan association,, a really traditional Okinawan GoJu Ryu dojo. You’ll learn a lot and have a lot of fun. Definitely check it out!
