The first time I had tint team tint the windows on my car was about 5 years ago. The tint is still in good condition. The personal was friendly and professional. So when I needed the windows tinted on my new car I naturally went back. I was not disappointed. The tint team has excellent customer service and performs high quality work.

Prices are way to high. I tried myself thought I had it removed not a chance, there were many additional layers to remove and I couldn’t do it right. I brought my 2002 Jetta for some tints and Im glad I chose The Tint Team. Fahad was friendly and thorough in his explanation of the various Tint options and how it would work. Clemente is an awesome installer and it came out looking great. Their shop is clean and impossible to miss on Powerline, even if the parking is a little awkward. These guys definitely earned their 5 star review today. Jonathan and the rest of the team certainly went above and beyond with service today.To start, I called before they were even open and Jonathan still answered the phone for me. I told him I was free all day and was hoping to get squeezed into any free spots they had open. This was a super last minute request and he still managed to get me in. The only catch was that I needed to leave my car there for several hours so they could work on it in between already scheduled appointments. Usually this would be annoying, but The Tint Team paid for my Lyft home, and also brought me back to pick up my car when it was finished. No cost to me! When I first got there, Jonathan was very helpful and informative, and did not try to push me into the more expensive tints that were available, but rather helped me find what fit my situation best. It was quick and easy, and he even cared to bring me a bottled water without me asking. When I came back to pick up my car, not only did they do a phenomenal job of applying the new tint, but they also washed my car, and vacuumed my interior. My car looks fantastic in and out. So for the price of a great tint, I also got free transportation to and from the shop, complimentary water, a great car wash, and VIP treatment the whole time.I highly recommend this place, and I will absolutely be returning for future car-cosmetic upgrades. This shop is amazing! Jonathan and his guys there deserve 6 stars. He was very helpful/knowledgeable in assisting me to select the tint, and percentage that was perfect for me. After the selection was completed he brought me a water without asking which was extremely nice. Then since I didn’t have a ride home he provided me with a free Lyft ride home. When I got the car back on time it looked great! They had washed it, and tire shined wheels free of charge. Simply put they are the best at what they do in the area. The OWNER named Rajah, told me that he did not care about it and that he was not going to move the appointment for next week, he said he did not had any appointments for me and he was not interested on doing business with me. I told him he cant treat customers the way he was treating me and his respond wasI can do whatever I want, because I am the owner. Indeed he can do whatever he wants, so I can. I just want to let other customers know that this small business will never stop being a small business if the owner continue treating his customers the way he treated me. I wasnt asking for a free service, I was asking to reschedule my appointment.At the end you have an unhappy customer. This is not the way of treating a customer that wanted to reschedule the service. I took my previous car to The Tint Team 3 years ago. I called them on a Tuesday hoping to get an appointment sometime that week, and Fahad remembered me and told me he could do my new car that same day! I dropped off my car, and they gave me a courtesy ride home. And then when I had conflicts later at the pick-up time, Fahad dropped it off in my driveway! Excellent service, and the tint job is top-notch!

Great. Had this team come out to a home we are selling to remove the old purple film and it was done very clean like if no one was even there. Very Impressed. I was searching and making phone calls to multiple locations for about a month before I found The Tint Team. The reason why I went with them was because of a couple of things he mentioned to me during our phone call.Many tint places do not specialize specifically on tints and quality tends to lack because of it. Sometimes when you pay for the upper price tints with a lifetime warranty, there are some shady places that will put the cheaper tints on when they take your car to the back without telling you. (The installation of their work is completely visible to their customers if they want to make sure they are getting what they paid for) He informed me that they only specialize in tints and are all about customer service which is great because if I have a problem with my tints, I do not want to go back and forth about fixing them because it’s a waste of time. He informed me that if a window breaks due to a storm or burglary, they will re-tint the window once it’s replaced for free under the lifetime warranty.This made me choose them especially after his presentation because the tints were going to go onto my wife’s Jeep. Since she’s pregnant, I wanted to make sure she was comfortable and didn’t have to worry about issues with the tints if in the future she has a problem with them, especially when I am gone with the military. The tints were a little pricey but we went with the top of the line tints which reduces the UV dramatically and keeps the car cool. Another reason why we went with the pricey ones was because we plan on keeping the vehicle for a long time. That was one thing he mentioned to us as well. He only recommended the two upper lines if we planned on keeping the car for a long time other wise he didn’t recommend spending too much on them. I am very satisfied with the results of their work!

When I called to make an appointment, they talked me thru the available options over the phone, and when I came in they demonstrated the different types of tinting available. They told me the price up front, and that the job would take about 2.5 hours to complete based on the type of car I have and how my windows work. The tinting was done inside their shop which was clean and organized. They even taped the power window switches so I would not use them for a few days after the tint is done. Great thought. All in all, very professional, knowledgeable, a job well done, I would recommend them for sure!!! Also, there is a Lifetime warranty as long as you own the car.Im grateful for their customer service.Thanks guys.

I buy and sell a lot of cars, therefore I do a lot of tinting. I have tried many of the other tint companies in this area. I have finally found a company that does awesome work and TRULY cares about the customer. They were able to accommodate my schedule. When I showed up I was greeted immediately. They spent a bunch of time ensuring I was getting the tints that suited me. He didnt try to push or up sell. The tints look very good, the price was very good, and the service was outstanding. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Just wanted to say thanks to the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They returned my call quickly, took me in right away, I dropped off my car and they text me when it was almost ready. Nadam is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and focused on ensuring the client understands the product, process, and options available to them. The films were laser measured and installed perfectly. There is not a bubble or crease in sight. Its day 2 in full sun and the films are drying beautifully. My service tech was diligent and took great care. My car was returned to me 20 min earlier than expected. Very pleased with the results.

First time customer. I was greeted with a very nice staff. My 19 yr. old truck has seen better days but they took me as a walk in & provided quality workmanship as if it were a new vehicle. Great price & quick service. I will be back soon with my wifes car.
