Poor customer service to say the least. The receptionist answered the phone hello? hello? who is this? without even stating the name of the business or even giving a simple greeting. That alone made me feel like perhaps I had dialed the wrong number or something. I myself had to ask whether or not this was a tax company and then the receptionist abruptly hands the phone over to someone else, presumably the account on duty or the business owner.I called in order to explain my personal tax situation, and to determine whether or not I needed to come in for them to look over my current and prior returns based on my circumstances. The lady hardly let me get a word in, as soon as i uttered anything her response: just file it, just file it, im busy, ok?. Unbelievable.My taxes can be very complex because of the nature of the work I do and my current lifestyle situation. Because of that I always pay my account pretty handsomely to get it done properly, but he is currently away so i decided to call around. Pretty big potential missed opportunity for this place. Highly do not recommend.
