I bought a ticket to go to Brazil in May 2020, and due to the virus (COVID 19) I asked to cancel, Mr. Gilberto Employee / manager or owner of the agency refused my request saying that I WOULD have to travel by the end of 2020, as i cant travel anymore this year i opened a dispute (back charge the amount paid) to get my money back (which is still open). I would like to say here that Chang express DOES NOT CARE about its customers and if you need it as I already did on a canceled December / 19 flight NOTHING DID. I NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS AGENCY AND NOT FOR FREE I WANT. “PASSING WELL”.
