This company is the worst. They do not answer the phone and they do not deliver on time. It has been 10 days from Alabama to Fort Lauderdale and still cant find my shipment. Do not use this company No CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Damaged my material in shipping. All documentation was done, pictures B4 product removed from truck, driver signature verifying damage was done in shipping. All documents were forwarded to claim department. Claims adjuster Mark Curtis Denied my 536.00 claim even though it was clearly there fault and all documents show it. Now going to court. DO NOT USE THIS FREIGHT COMPANY!!

We bought a new washer and dryer from Home Depot to be installed and old ones removed. The guy walked into our house, saw where the new unit needed to go and said “nope I’m not doing it. It’s not going to work”. After arguing for a few minutes on why he can’t possibly do it he finally removes the old washer and dryer and left our new one in our living room for us to figure out ourselves. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone and honestly have no clue why Home Depot uses them.

Rudest customer service I have ever had to deal with. We received an appliance from Lowes through them. The appliance arrived damaged. The delivery team said to call to inquire about either a discount or a replacement. Since then, we have called all their numbers and can obtain no resolution. In the past we have also received deliveries from Home Depot and Ikea through them and it was the exact same horrendous service. They schedule the delivery and simply do not show. Then reschedule and show up hours outside of the window they gave you. They once tried to have us accept delivery of a dishwasher that looked that somebody smashed the shipping box with a baseball bat. I do not understand how any vendor still uses them to deliver their products.

Missed picked 2 days in a row. Showed up the 3rd day with no liftgate. It was explained at the time of scheduling and when we called multiple times that a lift gate was needed at pickup. Not sure if the dispatchers cant read or just dont care. Will be going with a real carrier from now on.

Extremely unprofessional and lazy. They will find a way to postpone delivery or not complete an install. Buy somewhere other than Home Depot to avoid this company

I have never seen someone work so hard to convince you why he cant do his job. What a useless company, basically if you are using this company to deliver and install anything than you better just hire another company to install the product. I would never reccomend this company to anyone.

Schedule a pickup with them. I let them know it will be ready from 3pm to 5:30pm. I had to called them at 5:32pm and the dispatch made it up the same excuse of every trucking company when they can not make the pickup : The truck broke down and the dispatch left me taking and hang up the phone. This is the dispatch from Pompano Beach FL.

The two times we have gotten deliveries, from IKEA and Home Depot, this company screwed up royally. How are they still in business? Didn’t do inspections before installation and refused to install even though the part was there in one case, in the other they forgot to bring a part and said there was nothing they could do. What horrible service

I’d use no stars if I could. I ordered an item through Ikea and they chose XPO to do the delivery. Everything happened as expected from the Ikea side of things: Order placed successfully, notification upon shipment and notification that delivery will be made as planned. I had a phone call from XPO stating the correct delivery day and expected time slot. So far so good... I take the day off work off to meet XPO for the delivery and wait all day with no delivery. Once past the time window I call them and I’m told that they couldn’t fit the item on the truck before it left to make deliveries and that they will have to reschedule. The reason I’m upset is because they could have called in the morning when they knew they weren’t going to make the delivery and let me know about it instead of me wasting an entire day. The most precious resource is time. How inconsiderate! It’s their fault and bad planning that they had no room on the truck, so it’s their responsibility to communicate and yet they didn’t. Very unprofessional...

Worst facilities ever, received my shipment for my branch. Delivery placed on hold, apparently I called and told them to hold. My branch needed that material, I’m in Kentucky and I get more accomplished without using this shipper.

Xpo is the worst service I have ever received they are very rude. And they lie they do not care about there customers I almost called the police to have them leave my house never again would I agree to have anything delivered by them. I cant believe I paid good money to be insulted more than once.

Horrible company,They have a contract with home Depot.Nothing is been done right, delivery product came danged, compansation was suppose to be added because I agreed to receive the damage item, General manager was suppose to call me. have been looking for them for 3 weeks. Every time is not there.. They failed in any aspect. Ridiculous company !

I see a lot of people have had problems with this company, but all I can say is that with my experience, everything went fine.UPDATE: March 2020 - I had another IKEA delivery sent to my house through XPO and once again everything was good! Delivery was on-time and un-damaged.June 2018 - XPO Logistics delivered my IKEA order to my house. I placed an order on IKEAs website, and the delivery arrived about 2 weeks later. I was hoping for a faster option, but thats ok. They arrived on the exact day they were scheduled for. I received 3 emails from IKEA updating me on the delivery status. XPO Logistics called me about 10 minutes before they arrived at my house. It said they would arrive sometime between 9AM and 9AM, and they came at 3PM. All packages were accounted for and un-damaged (even though there were some footprints on one of the boxes like someone had been walking on it).No issues here.

I always ask my suppliers to have the delivery company to call before they deliver. XPO never does and then charges us for a redelivery fee. I spend thousands of dollars a month in material and everyone else follows instructions and calls so we can be there for delivery, not XPO, they just dont give a damn, if you have a chance to pick your delivery company do yurself a favor dont use XPO, they break things, they split up deliveries, they never call and they just do not care about customer service. XPO sucks

Terrible freight company!! I have only bad experience with them and i do not know why people use them. The few times that we used them, it took them a long time to deliver. There was one time where they shipped to wrong location. I also asked them to hold one shipment and they confirmed by phone that they will hold the shipment but then delivered it. When I asked them why did you deliver despite that I gave them clear instructions not to deliver, they said there is no Email for that.. They may be cheap, but their service is horrible. Stay away!!

July 29 at 7:08pm ·Just had the most life threatening experience by one of your drivers in Miami, FL tag # P410273 truck# 425-4063 off I-95 & 58th street. He cut in front of me forcing me out of my lane in traffic. As I kept blowing my horn so he could see he was cutting me off. He continued to come in my lane forcing me in between cars. Most terrifying experience Ive ever had and I will be filing a police report against this trucker!
