I order something for Walmart they said it will get here Wednesday I was so happy . FedEx send me message about my item it will get there Wednesday I was so excited about them send me text IWill not get my item until Friday I was ok with it and they email me no item Friday untilMonday I can to pompano branch to get my item and they need to look for it went I was here at 1 pm Friday and the lady told me the package was there . So I waiting now to see if they find it serious. Them they said the package got broken . I am so mad 😠.

Pretty straight forward pick up from 8am to 10am and 4p to 6pm Monday to Friday.About a 15 minute wait time.Use the phone in the lobby to dial and give them your tracking number and have photo ID ready. Pick and sign for your item.

The people here were pretty nice, just FedEx in general giving me the run around. Told me to come pick up my package at this location since two attempts have been made to make a drop off, even after I explained that we are closed for lunch.. and let me know they would definitely get it shipped today. That was a no.. now they told me to come between 4 and 6 to pick it up since it is urgent for a medical facility. Got there after 5 and the driver was still not back with the package. Very unfortunate, hopefully they will get it to me tomorrow otherwise it will be the worst.

Worst delivery service ever......I live in Fort Lauderdale beach and the last 5 deliveries the driver has done the same thing, marked the delivery as unavailable The driver in 33316 should be fired.... I wait all day for a 1 day package and he never even rang the bell or knocked. I bet he never even came down to the strip.... I`m so aggravated ! I`m telling all my vendors to Never Use Fed Ex when shipping to me !!! UPS or USPS and my package would have been delivered !!!!!!

Completely mad. I ordered a bunk bed from Walmart.com and it was a two day shipping. The item was supposed to be delivered friday oct 23 which is day number three, it has been in pompano beach since Friday 3am this location is 10 minutes away from my house. Called them and They said i have to wait till Monday the oct 26. Awful just awful. It is a bunk bed. If i only knew it was going to take longer I wouldn’t have ordered thinking it was going to be 2-3 days shipping.

Been waiting for 3 days for a package to be delivered and the facility is literally like 5 miles from my house. Nobody can give me a reason why the package hasnt been delivered. The manager doesnt return my calls. Use another shipper. There are much better options out there.

If it wasnt for a very special employee I would blast your company. Delivery was tried twice from what it showed online and showed the wring time and times of attempts. Every time I called customer service a very curt and rude person gave me the wrong information. Telling me that I had to go to the pompano office even though our package was being delivered to Hollywood to find out that our package was out for delivery again. I repeatedly asked if I could change the address for delivery and was told no from this person. The only person that was helpful was the lovely lady that tried to help at the pompano office. We are currently waiting for our package to arrive at the new location. Im really disappointed in how your company handled this situation at the customer service phone # thats located on the delivery slip.

Very slow service. It took me 45 mins to get my package. There was 9 people waiting at the same time. I know we are changing our ways due to pandemic but with all those employees we have to find a way to do better. Also I had to wait in got son for my package. Terrible!!

Great service, wonderful staff at the location. They always work really and go above and beyond. Customer service is a calling, and each of the workers here rise to the occasion. If youve a bad experience its definitely worth at least another shot. I would 100% use FedEx over UPS or USPS if I had an option, and you should too.

Don’t expect to ever receive your package. My package has been on a truck and out for delivery since last Thursday. I have called customer service everyday since then. They have promised it will be delivered the next day, each time. But NO package received. Worst service center Fedex has ever owned. Fedex needs to look into their Ground Facility in Pompano Beach, FL. They need restructuring immediately!

I ordered a TracFone and forgot to put my complete address on package. I only put Coconut Creek Florida. I made a mistake and did not put the complete address because I am constantly busy with homeschooling, work, and day-to-day life. the manager and the top manager would not allow me to pick up my package only because the address was incomplete. I showed them my receipt- I showed them the transaction on the TracFone website- I showed them the credit card that I used. Despite myefforts to prove who I was, they would not give me my package. instead they resulted in sending the package back to the company and telling me that I was in a potential fraud case! What! I am humiliated! Im very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism that was portrayed to me by the managers at FedEx. FedEx does not know how to take care of their customers. They claimed to call TracFone but came back saying there was no answer. I called TracFone and got a representative on the line but they refused to speak to her. The managers were impolite, rude and unconcerned with the issue. They left me there and said call the 1800 number.

Don’t even bother coming to pick up your package here, you are better off having them ship back to the company and ship it back to you. Over 1 1/2 hours to pick up a small package. This is by far the worst company in the world. I paid for overnight delivery and its day 4. Still no package. I have spoken to 6 or 7 reps who assure me the package will be delivered. Dealing with Federal Express where you have to pick up a package on Copans Road was the worst experience Ive ever had with a shipping company. Waited over an hour and they could not find the package. Came back the next morning and there were three cars in front of me who had been waiting more than an hour and a half. Totally disorganized package pickup Center. I would never have expected this from one of the largest shippers in the world. Their system is broken.

FedEx need to be called Never Knock because theyll never knock on the door or ring the door bell. When dropping off my packages and someone is always at my home. So, its no excuse to why the driver doesnt knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Im always having this problem with them and companies that Ill order from, Id wish theyll use USPS or UPS! Because FedEx doesnt let you know they even dropped your package off and the only way Ill know is going outside or when I pull up in my driveway. Half of the time I could just be in my home and have to refresh my delivery status to see if the packaged has been delivered. Its a pain when you gotta depend on other ways of finding this out. At least UPS knock, ring the doorbell or blow to let you know their outside your door/home.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up a package, waited 45 min, went back in to see what the hold up was and they told me HOPEFULLY you get it in the next hour, super reassuring. After calling corporate even they were unable to get a hold of them, and can’t do anything for me. This place is a joke.

Just an advice, if you have some family or friends with disabilities, please dont let them work there. My son had the worst experience of his life at that place. They treat the disabled employees like trash. They claim to be an inclusive company and all, but its all lies. My son ended up in the hospital after working in the worse working conditions. Everytime we have something delivered the driver throws the package down even when it says fragile everything broken or dented . Its all on camera . This time he says he attempted to deliver 2 times. we were home on the front porch as he drove by never stopped then put delivery exemption on it . Bunch of lazy drivers .

So i had this package that required signature, because of the hours I work, I cannot get delivered of my package without signing for the package.I called Fedex and they said I can pickup this at this center.After waiting for an hour I was informed that the package was taking home by the driver and could not be picked up today.Really!!!!Does FEDex approved for drivers to keep packages in his trucks overnight in his houses?This will never happen with UPS.Definitely going with UPS next time.

I had a truck block the road yesterday in the Rio Vista area, after asking the assistant why did the Driver block the road, I then realized part of the problem, why does it take 2 to deliver packeges? Intelligence levels are low, driver was rude, after moving at His rate of speed, he blows me a Kiss!!! I had to rate 1star just to leave this information!

The driver they have that comes to my complex is quite possibly the laziest driver they have. always doing delivery exceptions saying i wasnt home or wrong address. wrong. i saw him stop in front of my building 4 TIMES for 2 different packages within a 2 week span and not once even bother to look for my apartment. im the closest one to the lot, i can see him 20 feet away from me if i open my door! when he does finally find my apartment, he just throws the packages at the door and doesnt even knock, i hear the package hit every time. the guy is disgustingly disrespectful. incompetence at its finest.

This is the worst experience ever with a shipping company. It’s 90 degrees outside and my 4 year old and I have been sitting in the car for about 30 minutes to pick up a package that they attempted to deliver less than 24 hours ago. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. If I had the option to ship with a specific carrier prior to purchase I would have chosen another company! If you have a ground package to be delivered or shipped to The Greater Fort Lauderdale area, I would suggest you use UPS or Postal Service!

FedEx company claimed package was delivered, driver never delivered (FedEx customer service told me the Driver has it most likely). Claim is still open 6 days later!! Driver never respond, no one at FedEx knows what happened to the package. I was home all day in the living room near the window because I knew my package was suppose to come that day. FedEx driver never came to my house but claimed that my package was delivered. I ordered from Apple and I know the driver thought it was an Iphone 8 or Iphone X reason why they decided to keep package. I called Fedex 10 minutes after I notice no package was delivered. I opened a claim and they promised to call me (THEY NEVER DID!!), they said the driver never respond so they cant figure out where the package was. How do you have a FedEx that works at FedEx and you are telling me its been 6 days and they said havent responded. CHECK YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE FedEx steals packages you will see and read of hundreds of the same complaints. When you call FedEx you will be talking to someone oversees that really doesnt understand what you are saying (which is not their fault), the customer service does not know what is going on. I still do not have my package with my expensive item that FedEx driver claimed to deliver. FedEx Liars, Dishonest, Cheats, Stealers. DO NOT TRUST ALL FEDEX DRIVERS!! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU HAVE THEM DELIVER!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CAMERA ON YOUR PROPERTY!! CHOOSE STORE PICKUP!!

I was supposed to receive 2 different packages during 6 month period from this fedex location. The first time they delivered my package to another apartament. The second time the driver kept marking the delivery as apartament building closed on Saturday and 3 days after on tuesday. I talked to the security guard and he said he saw the driver stay in his truck the whole time and didnt bother to get out. Im extremely angry because the package im supposed to recieve are head lights. I have missed 2 days of class and i cant afford to miss another.
