We called to get a quote for landscaping via Facebook Marketplace. They responded and requested our number for scheduling. They called the following day and tried to give me a estimate by telling me they will be there in 30 min. No prior agreement or checking to see if we were available. We advised them it was not possible for this was last minute and to schedule a time and day. We dont live currently at the location so we cant just hope for a show up and do nothing all day. She said she will call me back and let me know. They did not. Then when we called back they proceeded to advise me that this was not possible to pre schedule an appointment. It is only when they can at the moment. OK. Then they called me following day first thing in the morning and advised they can be there in 40 min. We said OK. Of course they came before and did not wait even 5 min. When we called them and told them 5 min. after they called for our ETA that we were there they stated they will call thier technician to see if he still around (mind u this is only 5 min after he left) to come back and they will call me. You think they called? No, 30 min later we called back and they of course could not come. Now with all this being said reason we are upset is the lack of responsibility of calling a new customer back or providing proper scheduling. That is very unprofessional.

We had a great experience with Green Florida Landscaping. We loved Hector and his team. He was very friendly working with us, knowledgeable, and he helped us with different ideas for our landscaping. We got a few quotes and Green Florida was not only competitive, but did their best to work within our budget. I would definitely recommend them!

We retained Green Florida Landscaping to design and install a new landscape at the entrance to our condo building. Karla was very patient with all of us that were involved and produced a design that was truly different. Robin is a great communicator and kept us updated throughout the process of selection and contracting. The three man team that worked with Karla was as hard-working a team as I have seen. They completed removal in one day, including 4 stump removals, and then did the installation the next day. As one of our residents said Its so clean. A Zen garden. We are currently in negotiations to retain them for a second phase as well as long-term maintenance.

His installation team did an outstanding job in transforming what was an uninspired area into what all residents have proclaimed as a wow ... jewel... beautiful.
