Great experience with Face of Wood from start to finish. Rafael was professional and responsive. They were also very competitive in their pricing. We had our entire first floor done with engineered wood. I attached two photos that I took mid-project. The baseboards were installed (by Face of Wood) after those photos were taken. The installers, led by Fabricio, were also very professional and did a great job. They arrived promptly each day and cleaned up before they left. I would strongly recommend Face of Wood, and will be using them for my next flooring project (staircase).

I had a very positive experience with face of wood. Raphael gave very professional service from the beginning to the end. His team showed up on time and finished the job in 2 days. We ran into an issue with the baseboards but Raphael found a solution and we compromised on the additional fee so it wouldnt cost so much more. I felt in good and reliable hands the whole project. We had a wonderful experience with Face of Wood. They are extremely professional and attentive. They have a big selection of flooring in different price ranges. From my experience at the store to coming to my house the same day to make measurements. I received my estimate the following morning from Rafael. Professional, patient, quality install and exceeded expectations.We were replacing a huge amount of tile and old carpet in our home. Face of Wood was the medium bid but we had a very poor impression of the low bid person. From the very beginning, they were great to work with and very patient with us as we went through wood selection and working with us on the budget. They finished today and did an outstanding job. This is the 3rd home weve installed wood floors in and by far the best. Wood floors are all the same right? What makes them different? Its the small details. Some examples, we used variable width planks and they spaced them very well. The baseboards were put back in great shape. The closets had built in shelving and they were able to actually remove portions to install the flooring underneath instead of a bunch of cuts. That is all good and what you should expect from any quality installer. What makes them great is their ability to go above and beyond. We had 3 very large entertainment centers/built-ins that we wanted removed. I spent weeks trying to find someone to haul them off. Face of Wood came to the rescue and arranged to have it all removed at no additional cost. Our garage door was mis-aligned and would stick shut. They fixed the door on their own. There was a small dent in one of the wood planks that I was hesitant to even mention. After a brief mention, they replaced the plank that same day and never made me feel like I was being too nit-picky. Will definitely use them for all our wood flooring needs. While working on floors, we also discovered they do kitchens with the subdivision Face of Kitchen. We hired them for a kitchen remodel as well. That project is still in progress but so far, we are getting the same level of professionalism and quality work.

Highly professional team. They sold and installed our engineered wood flooring in 2017, and the rooms still look like new. I contracted them to replace thr guest bedroom laminate last month. From the time Rafael came out to give an estimate to the time the crew finished my new laminate, I was beyond impressed. The reviews here on Google are stellar, so I hired them for myself. Rafael was fantastic with communication the whole way through the project and these guys show up when they say they will, and take care of your house as well. Checking in on the work crew at various times remotely I saw them walking around the subfloor fixing floor squeaks and creaks prior to beginning without being asked to, constantly sweeping the work area, picking up after themselves, and diligently working. The eye of the installers is in the details. I checked around my baseboards and door casings, where most guys mess up, and what I saw was just clean art. Professional. Courteous. Quality. All at a price I was happy to pay. These guys earned their 5 star rating here on Google the hard way - making one customer at a time happy, and now I am one of them. Believe the reviews.

This is a top-notch company. Luciano was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. They did an incredible job at our house in Parkland for a very good price. I highly recommend Face of Wood. They chipped up the old tile in our house, laid down wood we bought from The Home Depot, and installed new baseboards. Face of Wood is the most professional company we have ever dealt with. We had a leak in our kitchen which ruined about 300 sq. ft. of wood flooring which had to be replaced. The original wood had been installed 12 years earlier so I searched for several weeks trying to find this exact wood. It was glued down over tile & when the restoration company came in & ripped up part of the floor, it left a much more difficult job to fix. We called in 4 different companies trying to not only find the wood, but someone that could do the job. Some didn’t want to do it & one promised a quote & never sent it. We found Face of Wood online & they actually were able to get the exact wood, came out & e-mailed the quote the same day. With a fair price, they came out when they said they would, completed the job, & did a beautiful job! The floor looks beautiful again! Daniel was a pleasure to work with as well as the installers, Fabrizio, & Carlos. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

We found Face of Wood Flooring on Angies List and were impressed by the reviews listed there. Having had floors installed in three rooms two years ago that buckled and lifted, we found ourselves having to replace the floors. Kaike came to the house and did a careful inspection of the floors and provided a quote that was a bit higher than we had budgeted. We were invited to come to the showroom to see various flooring options. We met with Luciano, who helped us select flooring and options that were more in line with the budget we had allocated. We also decided to have the rooms painted since they would be emptied for the flooring.The flooring crew showed up as scheduled and in two days, had all three rooms finished! The floors look amazing and they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. A day later, the painter arrived and in a day and a half, he had all three rooms painted, including the baseboards and closet doors--again, it looks great and there was nothing we had to clean up.The flooring comes with a year warranty--which is reassuring, given our experience with the other company--but we are pretty confident we will not need follow up. The process Face of Wood uses is far superior to what the previous company used and the work (which included moving the furniture) was done in a much more professional and timely manner. Would definitely recommend Face of Wood to those looking for quality at a reasonable price and in a timely manner!

From beginning to end, we were overwhelmed by the level of service and craftsmanship of this company and cannot recommend Face of Wood highly enough. Luciano was wonderful in helping us pick out materials and the guys who did the job could not have been nicer or more efficient. They cleaned up every day and always left the house very neat. In terms of their work, they did a masterful job on our large curving staircase and were able to achieve a seamless match of the new wood stairs to the engineered wood flooring we had installed in the upstairs hallway. The installers showed up on time (4 of them), and by the end of the day the floors and baseboards were in. They even moved the furniture in and out of the rooms. I not only endorse them but I am going to have them put wood floors in my master bedroom. Oh, the price was lower than or comparable to the other companies that I got estimates from.

Hiring Face of Wood to tear out existing glue down flooring and install 1700 sq feet of engineered wood was a fantastic decision. In four and a half days, the crew of four from Face of Wood worked nine hour days and the final product was perfect. These men are highly skilled and very professional. We recently used them to install laminate flooring in our bedrooms, landing and stairs. From beginning to end everything was done professionally and as promised, their prices were also very reasonable, we shopped around. I just want to say that these guys are the best in the business. Plain and simple. From the very initial meeting with Caique, he was very friendly and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and also gave us different options for our budget. We also spoke with Rick who was also very helpful. On the day of installation, it took them from 9 am to 5 pm to finish my master bedroom and my sons room. Just 8 hours to complete the task. I thought that was impressive since I hate seeing my house in such a mess and i wanted everything back to normal as soon as possible. After the job was done, I noticed there was a little discrepancy in one of the floorboards, but after consulting it with Caique he did not hesitate in taking care of it right away. Thank-you Face of Wood for doing such an outstanding job!

These guys gave a fair price and completed the sanding and restaining of 3 bedrooms for us. The work took a few days and they started and finished on schedule. Quality of the work was great, would use them again and recommend them!

Amazing work. - best experienceWe had bought the kids a hoverboard for Christmas and made the mistake of letting them ride it in the house. It took chunks out of more than 20 of the hard wood floor boards in our living room. I called face of wood based on the reviews on google. They were amazing. They responded immediately and came out to give me an estimate. They emailed the estimate that day which for contractors in this area is very rare I scheduled them for this Friday. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would and started work. I asked them to replace a bunch of other boards that were scratched and they said no problem. Since it turned out to be a bigger job than planned they even sent over an extra two guys. They had to come back Saturday(the next day) to finish the final few boards. Again they showed up on time. All the men who worked were incredibly nice and professional. The floor looks brand new and you could never even tell they did any work. They have a wet/dry vac that they use to vacuum while working so no there was no dust or mess at all. I am always a bit nervous when going solely by reviews but these guys deserve every good review. I wish they did other stuff in the house besides flooring because I would have them do all the work in my house.

These are good, decent hard working people. Everyone on their staff, from Eola in the office, to Divino (the best installer!!) to Luciano the owner, are all class acts. They did a small 500 sqft space for me and treated me as well as their biggest customer. Price was almost as good as the unlicensed/uninsured guys too, so why take any risk? The work was spot on...all cuts were to the smallest tolerances, around door casings, just perfect. Even had a minor hiccup which Luciano quickly intervened to make me happy.
