Option 1 restoration was recommended by my Home Owners Insurance as a result of a in-wall pipe leak that damaged walls and an entire first floor of laminate wood. I cant begin to share how pleased and satisfied I am with the professionalism and work of every staff member Ive had contact with with this Company from Rick to Mr. Lopez, Sheena, Michelle and every other staff whose name(s) I cant recall at present. They were prompt on every appt., patient and courteous. Their detailed explanations of the process and what would take place to get my home back in order has been of relief and comfort. The details are exact and occurred as stated. The Project Manager Mr. Lopez is the BEST!!!

Riley, Michelle (Office Manager) are a true pleasure to do business with. They are restoring our Coral Springs house we purchased in Park Place 12/30/16. From roof repairs, mold remediation (inside walls full of water leaks and black mold), stucco wall repairs on exterior and pool wall to restoring kitchen cabinets, painting, fixing broken outlets....etc.........I could go on and on.....they stay on budget (surprises in repairs did come out due to house - not their fault) and they are the people you want to restore your house, fix a fixer upper like we did or just fix annoying problems in your house, they are ones you want on your team! Exemplary contractor!!

Was not happy with the service, this company failed to communicate timely, sent subcontractors that left my house incomplete, and I had to wait over a year for them to fix the work that they did with a quality subcontractor.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! A two week job stretched out to 5 months!!!!! They do not communicate, they do not plan, they do not coordinate. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
