I think they are great I have them for bulk this Saturday and aways do a a awesome job.....

Great service and outstanding costumer relationship

I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. The Route Manager Mark for Miramar saw the damage done to mine and my neighbours grass after his worker dug out all the grass picking up bulk garbage. The driver kept digging and digging, then i ran out because i saw he was uprooting the grass. His driver said M would have grass in his truck to replace it, but M came by and said no way and said if I even filed a complaint he would deny any damage and say we had a sloppy pile. Well my neighbor can vouch that we did not have a sloppy pile. I havr but bulk out before with no damage done to my property so this driver was being sloppy and manager lacking any empathy. People like this dont need to be in business and getting paid by my tax dollars. Shame on this business for even hiring a guy like M who doesnt care about the people he is servicing.
