Great company to deal with. They sent me the wrong model to begin with, but they shipped a new one out. In planning on buying another for my g19. Currently have the g20 gen2 model. My only real gripe with the product is the flashlight is a joke. You are better off mounting on on the side rail. Other than that, I love it. I have a vortex red dot on my g20 model and can ring steel at 100 yards consistently. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorites to shoot. So compatible with my Glock and so fun and accurate. Terrible product, terrible customer service and so glad I finally got my money back after months of trying. I purchased 3 of their brace systems. None of them worked out of the box properly. I called and talked to one of the “lead techs” and he walked me through the steps, still none of them worked. He asked for pictures of specific parts to make sure they were assembled correctly. Everything was done exactly as directed in the instruction manual. The tech told me they would immediately process warranty parts. After two months of waiting, 5-10 un answered phone calls and no response to multiple emails I decided I did not want to deal with this company and asked for a full return. It took multiple emails and calls to finally get my money returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone and to this day the supposedly shipped warranty parts still have not arrived. Glad I did not wait for them and then the return window would have closed. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

Ordered accessories for my Micro and everything was shipped quickly and arrived as expected. High quality products. They aren’t cheap, but definitely worth the money; quality doesn’t come without a cost. Very happy with my purchases.

We can not get this to fit. I have called and emailed the company several times to no avail. We have a $500 paper weight. I could see this being a great product if they would just contact me back to fix the issue. Or send the correct one.

I am very disappointed with the MCKL Green Laser Order No. 114448 on June 25,2021. It was delivered without the Allen wrench which was supposed to be included in the order. I called and spoke to customer service three times but got nowhere. I was advised to go and buy the item at hardware store on my second call. On my third call the male person informed me that it will be mailed the same day. But did not received the Allen wrench to date.This is very frustrating since I paid for the complete item.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a laser. Not thinking the transaction was completed correctly on my end, I reordered. A few weeks later I recieved both items. I called customer service. Matthew was gracious enough to allow me to return one of them for store credit. I would definitely consider CAA if interested in accessories or additional items.

Where do I begin. I bought 4 of these wonderful kits. They function perfectly and they look quite Bad a$$!. I put a suppressor on one, and when I took it off to switch to another,I misplaced the 2 halves of the barrel shroud. I called CAA, and about 10 days later, there was a new set( right and left)in hand, FREE of charge. This shows what a great company and group of people they are! I would not recommend this company or their products. They are not responsive and try to rip people off. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Then they try and make you jump through hoops for your refund. Why would you charge someone money to return a product they can not test first! I do not recommend them to anyone!

Have contacted you guys multiple times and didn’t want to resort to leaving a review like this but it must be done. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email asking for a update on my order since last year of freedom week and have not received anything an email a call nothing. Very poor customer service regarding issues with orders or anything. If they would have responded to me it would be a different story but since I have got nothing I’m very unsatisfied with this company.

I had my micro for about two years and love it. At first I wasnt sure it was a sound bit but once i got it dialed in it gives a nice tight grouping. When i needed customer support they responded in the normal 24-48 time frame and got me taken care of quickly.

Bought a few 30 round mags and two drum mags. I bought these to test out on a 9mm AR pistol. The drum mags did not cycle properly but the 20 round mags worked just fine. I dont think it was the quality of the drum mags but the AR itself. Overall, pretty pleased with my purchase, I was able to resale the drum mags and the folks at CAA were always responsive with any questions I had.

Product came quickly and was exactly like the website showed. You can customize as much as you want right from the manufacturer which I liked. Made my pistol more useful.

I ordered an MCK for my G20 large frame and they sent me one for a small frame G17, 19, 22 etc. I emailed them directly and even called them multiple times with no responses. I just wanted to send it back and get the correct product. I have still not received any response after a year. Recommend ordering from a dealer so that you can get the correct product for your needs.

This is an amazing company with great products. My issue was with the shipping. USPS let someone else sign for my package without seeing proof of identification and when I went to do a claim like CAA associate told me to do they told me I cannot do a claim because in their system it says delivered and after that it’s not on them what happens to the package it is on my complex.

This is seriously the coolest thing I own. I pretty much keep my glock locked in to it all times. I’m also way more accurate with this shouldered than I am just holding my gun in my hand.

Did not fit my Sig that product was made for. Needs modification to perform properly. Cool concept poor design. Charging handle does not ride forward all the way to chamber another round. Jams weapon up after each shot fired.

My son had been looking for a Micro Roni for a while but the prices had always been too high. I checked your sight and found it a lot cheaper that I had ever seen it. Plus it was a Gen 4. I bought it for him that day. When I finally received it, I had to check it out so I pulled it our of the box. I liked it so much, I bought myself one.

It folds but doesn’t lock to the side. So it kinda flops around unless you just keep it locked straight. I sent an email and just never got one back. just emails asking me to buy more. Other then that I like it. It feels good in my hands.

Great product. Was actually not going to buy till I called in to ask questions about product. It was then that I was told they had a sale going on and I bought unit on the spot. Really enjoy it too, especially the flag painting.

My MCK arrived when promised. The fit on my Glock 48 is very good and snug. Havent been able to shoot it yet because of COVID, but everything is opening up soon so ill take to the range and put a couple hundred rounds thru it, both 124 gr. FMJ and 124 JHP, as well as some 147 gr. JHP. I got pretty much all the accessories, except the glass breaker, but thats next just because it looks cool. Everyone that sees is amazed how light it is. When they hold they say how comfortable and how natural it feels. They also very impressed with how nice the Crimson Trace sight is.

I enjoy my micro-roni, it really provides a stable platform by turning my hand gun into to a three point contact weapon where I feel I have more stability. The fact that it is versatile with regards to removing my Glock from it’s easy to load receiver intake port, I’d say this is the best accessory that I have had in a long time.

I was sent the wrong Micro conversion kit (wrong model) and was unable to contact the company. 1/2 dozen calls and left messages with no response. One time someone did pick up but was surprised that I was a customer looking for customer service. Said he would take care of it and asked for my email and would forward the return process...never received the email. I sold the conversion kit and ordered a new one. Quality and pricing for conversion kit is much better than their customer service.

I bought the MCK Gen 2 for my Glock 19X. I also bought the brass catcher. This thing is phenomenal. I’ve put about 300 rounds through it so far and not one mishap. It has performed really well with no malfunctions and turns my little 9mm pistol into a full carbine style rifle. I’ve recommended this to a few of my friends with military backgrounds and they were all impressed. I will be purchasing another for my wife’s Glock very soon.

Purchased one of these kits and realized the pieces and accessories are all made in China. They left one of there bags in my Advancdd kit as well as the MRD. Rude uncaring customer service. Theyre only worried about taking your money even if your unsatisfied or unable to use their product. They dont strive to help the customer they just want to nickel and dime you even on returns. They make you pay for shipping it back and they charge you a restocking fee which is not cheap. Pretty much boils down to dont like or product or it doesnt work dont worry well just take back the product give you a partial refund and tell you have a nice day.

Bought the MCK conversion for my S&W M&P, spare magazine clips broke on the first use. Spoke with a customer service associate who was looking into it and then never received a response. Each additional contact was met with a non-answer. Based on service alone I would not recommend this product line.

Horrible customer service!!!I have tried to contact a customer service agent no luck, I have written multiple emails no luck. I had problems with the green lazer not working, flashlight not working, and they forgot to give me the bolt with screw for the rear flip up sites. The only reason I gave them one star is the holster it holds well and its a level 2 holster. Do not get sucked into buying the attachments you will waist your money and time!

Received the MCK and one of the screws was threaded into the barrel which would have caused a serious problem if fired. Contacted CAA and they shipped new screws but didn’t sound surprised which was concerning. Also have two sets of thumb rests that both have one that wasn’t properly cut and doesn’t fit. 3rd experience with the company was to buy a couple of magazines and the experience wasn’t any better. ended up buying from elsewhere for cheaper and better Quality assurance.

MCK is fun to shoot, but the extrag mag port does not hold the mag (just falls out) I emailed the company multiple times, and also ask for help through comments on their videos. Not one response from them. Horrible customer service.

Love the MCK micro roni kit for my glock 17. Has refueled my interest in the weapon that I had previously put away for home defense. Love how the iron sights and the red dot co-witness which I did not expect. Also have the 50 round drum which is a blast and must have addition to the kit.

Gun MCK was amazing and when there was something wrong with it they were able to replace it. But the time when they deliver was a little slow. I had to call and check to remind them to see if they send it already. Other than that it is an amzing add on.

Bought a MCK directly from the web site. Installed a brand new Glock 21 purchased solely for the chassis. The chassis caused repeated failure to feed issues. Customer service and support was almost non existent. After having to send video and photographic proof of the malfunctions, they finally gave me a return authorization which I had to pay for shipping. I was told by Colton that CAA would then pay to ship me another unit. After not hearing from CAA for three weeks after USPS confirmed the return had been received, I finally got someone on the phone. They said they had not received the return and I had to prove I sent it. I got another person on the phone who I gave the USPS tracking number to. He said he’d call back in the 30 minutes. Three days later I had to call back since no one was calling me. They finally “found” the return on the third try. Then they told me I’d have to pay shipping to get an exchange sent to me. I explained and sent them the text thread that stated if I shipped the defective unit back they would send me a new one, with no shipping cost. The person refused to honor that agreement. I asked for a refund which the eventually gave me. CAA would rather lose a $305 dollar sale and a customer than pay $10 dollars in shipping to replace a defective product. Absolutely pathetic. I’ll never do business with CAA again, nor will I recommend any of their products.

Ordered an MCK for a Polymer 80 Glock 17/19. The original description said it came with an aluminum pic rail on top. In fact, when it arrived it had a plastic rail. The web site now shows the aluminum rail as an additional cost option or even more expensive after purchase accessory.Most disappointing, called and left a voicemail and emailed customer service. No response to either. Not very professional. Wont be doing business with them again.

As soon as they made an MCK for my XD i ordered it immediately. It was missing a piece when it arrived, but i reached out to them and they shipped me out the missing piece. Great company to deal with.

Great quality, but when they sent me the wrong item and I emailed them about it they responded asking for more information and pictures. I sent them what they asked for and then I didn’t hear anything back from them for a few weeks then I emailed them again and they refuse to answer me. So I spent 300 dollars on something I can’t use because they sent me the wrong caliber.

TheMCK works very well except for one issue. I have to put a cardboard shim in the well of the charging handle for my Glock 19 to lock up tight. I have contacted your company and receive two new charging handles, one of which appeared to be for an older MCK as it fit my buddy’s kit. Without the shim the 19 has play and moves about 1/8 to 1/4 inch with the shim it locks up perfectly and will function for several hundred rounds until shim works loose then I will have a failure to eject. Would love to have a charging handle with the well built up about 1/8 inch to look pistol in. It functions well except for that. If I could get charging handle to lock without shim I would give it 5 stars.

My MCKSA9 - MICRO CONVERSION KIT is great and functions flawlessly. If I had to gripe about anything though, it would be its QD mount. Ive tried several name brand QD sling swivels but CAA did not create the mount with the correct tolerance, which can lead to your weapon disconnecting and falling while slung. Other than that its great.

Some minor quirks to work out however overall awesome product. I keep it in my backpack at events etc just in case some stabilization becomes necessary in an emergency situation. Takes my sidearm and lets me hit further, faster, and more accuracy. This device could absolutely save lives. Really only complaint is The 50 rnd drum for glocks available through them is very cheap and doesnt run well. The optic i purchased with mine works excellently. Would 100% recommend.

Giving one star is being generous. I dont usually do reviews but feel that this is more than warranted. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive dealt with in years. Was on hold to talk to a manager for 45, maybe close to 50 minutes to just be hung up on as soon as the call was picked up. Apart from the other bad reviews I noticed of this company after the fact, I found numerous other videos on Youtube of all places where others shares thier unpleasant experience with company as well. If you are interested in thier products, but it elsewhere, I am glad I did.

From the time I originally ordered my MCK, to just a few months ago when I ordered my glass breaker to finish my MCK build. I found all parts to be of good working order after putting hundreds of thousands of rounds through it. From my initial zero of the MCK red dot, and canted iron sights, to running drills, to working basic marksmanship at close range, to making hostage shots. I love this system.

Ordered a white mck, arrived sooner than expected. Fit my glock perfect and havent had any issues. A very great product.

Looked cool and everything but i bought one for my glock 21 gen 4 and it doesn’t fit in it properly and won’t shoot even though i checked thoroughly that it was the correct one for my fire arm.

No response when I called. Ordered a Roni Kit on the 14th and it still say it’s processing. Just trying to figure out what’s going on. Thought the shipping was fast 😒

I bought a chassis for my MP40 and it blow up after the fourth or 5th time using it, I tried call customer support and was given the complete run around the site is nice and the gear looks good. I don’t think I’ll be back and I’m not gunna recommend this company to my guys at all. Good luck
