I used Baker distribution for the first time today. I was referred to them by Johnstone supply. Eric at the desk was extremely informative. He gave me much technical advice. Perfect. I would use them again in a New York minute. Even though I’m from Boston. 5 thumbs up!! :-)

I deal with a different supply company and after waiting a week received the wrong part. I called Baker/Florida Cooling to see if they had the part in stock. I spoke with Eric and was told that they didnt the part in stock but he let me know he would be able to order it. I told him I would need it the next day. He took my number and called me back with prices, availability and hope that someone actually takes pride in their work. I received the part the next day in the morning as promised. I think I will switch to Baker/Florida Cooling as my primary supplier. Nice work Eric and thank you.
