Very helpful! Stan was able to help us after my dad passed away! I called at the right moment he was near Jupiter exit and got here fast! It took some time to get my mom to discard her mattress after my dad passed away and it needed to go! Luckily I caught Stan as he was driving south to Broward County! My neighbor had an incident where there was an excessive amount of blood present in their residence. I remembered seeing CSIs vehicle one day and kept that name in the back of my mind. Needless to say, a gentleman by the name of Stan showed up with his truck and trailer. Not only were the hazards mitigated, the professionalism and care that he showed the family was amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are owned and operated by professional firefighters.

Stan and his company were referred to us by a local business that does not do biohazard cleaning. Stan was prompt and courteous. He knew exactly how to go about cleaning up crime scenes and was super quick to get on site. Fantastic communication which is hard to come by. If you have a company that does not do biohazard cleanup but would like to give your customers a reference, please consider CSI. Seriously, amazing.

Thank you CSI, you safe my job and gave me peace of mind. As a property manager, it is the first time I encounter a need for biohazard clean up. I started doing my due diligence by calling different companies and getting pricing....OMG I was in shock to hear the exuberant cost for this type of service, it sounded like these companies where taking advantage of the emergency and uncomfortable situation life had thrown my way (Thank God, it was not a love one that past away). After calling the insurance company and finding out this type of emergency was not a covered peril, I decided to use the yelp website to see if I could find something to help me decide. Some of the companies I had called earlier were advertising and then I found a positive review on Crime Scene Intervention and decided to call them.I decided to call and got the owner on the phone who explained everything to me in detail, price per hour, type of cleanup needed, etc, etc, etc. and now, for the first time, I understand how precious this web site is. That is why I am writing a review to let others know the positive experience I had with CSI. They are very professional, priced normal, same day service, outstanding crew. I am extremely happy with them and I hope this review will help someone else make the correct choice when put in this type of difficult circumstances.In terms of the other companies, I never used their services so I cannot give them a positive or negative review all I can say is that their pricing was outrageous.

From everything Ive read about similar companies, I think that CSI behaved well, but I can only give them a four. The customer service aspect was prompt, yes, but... (1) Stan never mentioned when he said that there is a 2 hour minimum that this is really 2 people for 1 hour, so, deduct the time that they spend surveying the scene and such and you have less than 2 hours and, at $350 per hour, it adds up. (2) Immediately upon entering the apartment the guy who was there started going on about the bed, the size of the bed (which was a single bed, tiny), maybe another bio box... at $250 for the box it also adds up, so I had the distinct feeling that immediately they were upselling me. So here you are in an apartment with blood on a bed and you get the distinct impression that they are working towards an extra $350 or $250.After the conversation I explained that I had spoken to Stan in detail and being that CSI does this for a living, he should be able to quote accurately, so, decision time, do it for the price quoted or walk out.They stayed, did the job well, were nice, cleaned up the apartment really well, but I cant quite forget this impression of someone trying to upsell me at a very rough time.

The staff at CSI were life savers! Professional, prompt, thorough, and considerate of the situation. I cant recommend them highly enough.
