Representative gives you a direct phone line number and support team contact info if you need it. Yes you could do this yourself but would be more time consuming and not guaranteed. I somehow got a lock placed on my credit report. I was not sure how to deal with that. I called this company and they walked me through it. Yes I probably could have figured it out, but they know exactly what to do and how to do it. Also they know the backdoor contacts and how to get around the sales pitch. The money I spent has been worth it. Question do you know how much a company will charge you to stay on the phone for 1.5 hours trying to resolve credit issues? Thats what this company did for me.

I wish I could give a negative 100... I had identity stolen during Equifax breech. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You actually end up doing it all yourself anyway so dont bother with paying this company anything. All the packet info they send you is available from the FTC, and the credit bureaus. They tell you they provide 24-hour monitoring of your credit but the fact is, they cant!! They will sell you a load of C*R*A*P!

Super bad attention and everything is a lie and one lie after another you can never remove anything from the credit you call the credit agencies and they tell you that these companies are fraudulent and nothing can be removed from your credit until they spend a lot of time that is coming out Only and these people paid $ 297.00 and they never solved anything. They took my money and now they do not answer the phone. I recommend that you personally call the credit bureau directly and they will explain the process as it is and more pay $ 30.00 for certified letters. and the answers were not removed anything until certain time all these companies are lying a false fraud to people who need help a steal I do not recommend this company to anyone

I was a little skeptical at first. But I decided to try it it took a little time but they really cleared up my credit form i-400 score and now Im in the 700s and able to get a loan to buy a house. They did a great job I would highly recommend them.
