Very unethical company. Used them for my restaurant, they subcontract the work to sketchy people who did not even bother to show up to clean, thus breaching the contract. When we tried to terminate their fraudulent contract they asked us to pay for the work that had not been performed. A few months later, we are getting calls from a collection agency asking us to pay $40k for the balance of the contract as it was illegally terminated. Biggest thieves in the industry, beware. Do not get scammed like we were.

Anago has been extremely professional with their cleaning services. They’re on time and always efficient with their services. Their cleaning expertise is 10/10 recommended especially for a small business with a large traffic. Our place tends to get dirty during the week because of the amount of clients we get weekly, but Pedro and his team make sure that the facility is cleaned, sanitized and prepped for opening Monday morning! The operations manager, Cristobal is very attentive and makes sure that everything is done correctly and up to par with our expectations. Their team work is admirable and would definitely recommend them to everyone with a business!

Weve been with Anago since 2016 but this was my first year dealing with this company as operations manager. I had a rough start with the first cleaning personnel, who was not cleaning our facility to meet our standards especially since this is a pediatric clinic. I got to a point where I was getting ready to switch to another cleaning company. But our contact person, Angela, followed up consistently and arranged for us to have a new cleaning personnel with a great reputation. Since then, Ive decided to stick with Anago based on the new staff and the attentiveness of Angela.
Angela was great working with me. We moved into a new showroom with High GLass floors and the original crew was not cleaning up to par. She held my hand and promised she would get me a superior crew to make it perfect. Her follow up is incredible and i really enjoy working with her.

BEWARE!!! This is the most unethical, worst company Ive had to deal with in 10+ years of business. They send random cleaning teams to your business without any notice. They dont comply with their own terms of contract. They dont respond to requests within the specified cure period, much less attempt to resolve any issues. I can see how the franchisees write 5-star reviews, as I found out, franchisees make money while illegal workers do the work at an average of $3/hour and dont even equip them with basic cleaning supplies.
BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The will not do the work you contract them to do. All they do is have you sign a contract in which it will make difficult to cancel. Customer is horrible from the workers to the Manager, dont be fooled by fake good review. Absolutely the worst you will regret calling them at all.
Bought a franchise with Anago 3 years ago and it was tough at first but after hard work and getting to know each account it gets easier every time and it is rewarding to see your business grow every year.

From the top down, the staff is aloof and difficult to communicate with. The only time they cared enough to communicate was to make sure we upheld their ludicrous contract. Terrible company to deal with. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Save yourself some heartache and look elsewhere. Cleaning services are a dime a dozen.
Do not open a franchise, they will be nice in the beginning and after anago take your cash you never see them again you will work for less than a minimun hourly rate, you will be working like a slave, if you want to see Juan the boss..you will need to make an appointment so call Anago and Antonio .. he call him self a secretary and a Ricky Martin fan ..LOL..he will answer and take note, he will tell you i will let Juan know ......and you better believe it.. that is B.S.......Juan will never call.....Antonio will hide Juan and lie telling you Juan is out of town.....anotherone to be aware is Benjamin....he is a lier...he will tell you a client is complaining about service and he will try to take the account from you and thats a lie, they take it from you and sell it to new franchisee slave...Benjamin is in Ricky Martin fan club, i think he is the president.....the only 2 people i give 5 stars in anago was Jenny Fernandez and Ayleen.....the rest is 0 stars.....( ask Antonio how many time i called,,,,and how many times i asked for Juan ..and how many times i left my number and nobody called.....so may be Antonio is not doing his job....))

MY WIFE PURCHASED A FRANCHISE OF $ 5000 PER MONTH AND WE PUT ALL THE SAVINGS THAT WE TAKE FROM HONDURAS, AND IF THEY GAVE HER THE ACCOUNTS, BUT IN TRULY IT WAS THE SAME WORKING 2 JOBS BECAUSE I WAS HELPING HER AND THE 2 WORKED ALMOST 75 HOURS A WEEK. THEY ADD 150 HOURS BETWEEN THE 2, IN TRUTH THE ANAGO ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE A LOT OF WORK BUT IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO PAY TO BE GIVEN WORK WHAT IT GIVES TO PAY AN EMPLOYEE, ON THE OTHER HAND I WAS READING THE COMMENTS AND I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ANTONIO IS VERY GOOD PERSON, UNFORTUNATELY ABOUT JUAN I CANT SAY THE SAME BECAUSE ONLY ONCE WE TALKED WITH HIM AFTER HE SOLD US THE FRANCHISE AND HE TALKED TO US ABOUT A VERY BAD TONE AND BENJAMIN DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT IS FOR, JUST TO CRITICIZE ONCE AND AMEN TO BECOME A FRIEND OF THE FRANCHISER AND HELP HIM IN A GOOD WAY BENJAMIN IS A LOSS FOR THE COMPANY, SURE IT MUST BE A FAMILY OF ONE OF THE BOSSES, IN FIN ANAGO HAS A JOB BUT YOU WILL NOT MAKE YOU RICH, IF YOU WILL EARN AS IF IT WAS A JOB N ORMAL MAYBE 13 OR LESS THE HOUR AFTER REMOVING THE PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, GASOLINE, TAXES, THEN WHAT IS LEFT MAYBE $ 10 AN HOUR IS FOR ONE ......
I also had a bad experience because they give you work and more work and then they charge you a lot and what is left over are ponies, slave work five per hour for that I work at Mc Donald
