We ordered the free sample, came in looked great, drove to their showroom in Pompano we were shown 6 or 8 travatine tiles from a crate, all is good so we ordered 1600 sq feet of this product.What we received was nothing like what we were shown!Installers had it 1/3 installed before we realized that the product was inferior to what we were shown.Called Ana about this and was told sorry no refunds!!We will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

I got the free sample 1 week and a half late which was causing my project to be delayed, I called them and they said that they were getting so many requests lately. I ordered mosaic tiles and they were very well packed in a pallet, freight company ( estes express ) contact me to make an appointment to deliver and they placed them on the ground for me. I had 2 sheets with couple of broken pieces, but i ordered extra just in case. I will highly recommend them.

The experience of ordering tile from Stonetileus was five-star in every way. The whole process from first phone call to the delivery took less than a week. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite, and very nice but never pushy. The tile was shipped out less than a day after the order and arrived in Pennsylvania from Florida in two days. The travertine was extremely well packed in a wooden crate. Only three pieces were broken which is way less than the ten percent all shippers of tile say to expect. The stone itself is so beautiful -- better than the pictures. Cant wait to see it in our house. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again. I highly recommend Stonetileus.

After searching locally and nationally via the web for travertine pavers, I elected to do business with Stonetileus, and am very happy to have done so. Our project was not particularly glamorous as so many that are shown on their website. We replaced a exterior wooden front entry with concrete surfaced with Roman Blend travertine pavers (1.25 thick).I placed my order for 100+ square feet on the phone, and get this: I had to DELAY Stonetileuss shipping date. They were ready to send it out in one day, but my contractor wasnt ready that soon! The young woman I dealt with on the phone and by email, Ana Karina Centeno, was very pleasant, helpful, and thoroughly professional.The pavers arrived by truck on two pallets. They are beautiful -- as expected -- but what wasnt expected was that there were only THREE broken pavers in the entire lot!In summary, Stonetileuss prices were the best, shipping cost and speed was the best, the travertine is beautiful, and the person I dealt with was a delight.What more could I ask for??(I have absolutely NO CONNECTION with Stonetileus other than being a satisfied customer.Ed

I recently purchased travertine pavers from Stonetileus. I needed an odd size (8x16#) to repair broken pavers in my existing driveway. I worked with Ana in On-Line sales. On two occasions she sent me a sample to match colors. The second try was a perfect match. They held the pavers until I was ready for delivery. Southeast Freight delivered the pavers in two days with no broken pavers. I couldnt be happier with Stone Tile US or Southeast Freight. I highly recommend them. Thanks.
