First let me say that from my first text messages back and forth with Eric we had an immediate rapport. They gave me a quote for a headliner on my 1983 911 which was a very good price and we scheduled the date. Guess what, Eric had a vehicle take a bit longer than expected and he immediately called me, apologized profusely and scheduled me in for another day. Communication...huge! Dropped the car off at the schedule time, got a tour of the facility and off we went. During the work we discussed a speaker conundrum I was having with the front doors. Eric spent time with his team and on the phone with other experts looking for a solution...and FOUND one. But instead of saying “hey, here is what it’s going to cost to fix it” and charging me whatever he wanted, he told me the price of the speakers (very inexpensive) and told me I could easily put them in myself when I pulled the door panels to replace them. AND btw, sent pictures to me during the tear down and replacement of the headliner.I could easily give my experience on just the quality of their work and it would be 5 stars...but the way they deal with their clients is the thing that truly sets them apart. Honest, excellent communication, great personality, great team, great shop, truly a “service” team. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Eric and his team at E3. You won’t be disappointed.

Didnt like the two tone color of the interior of my car. Decided to change it all to black. E3 did a great job with installing black headliner and painted parts of the interior that I couldnt get in black already. Good price for the quality with helpful and nice employees.

Showed no interest in doing my car which is fine, but dont waste peoples time, taking photos of their VIN number, take their name and number and tell them you call them back with a price and never do it. Its unprofessional and immature behaviour or simply a bad attitude. If the job is too small or you dont have time for it, then speak up like a real man and say so.

Great work by professionals!Brought a motorcycle seat to them that I couldnt re-cover without the skills/tools they have. They quickly took the job, performed the work masterfully and at a very reasonable price. Great guys with a great work effort and focus. Wont use anyone else for any motor vehicle reupholstering!

They did some head rest for my wifes Lexus, turned out awesome. Plan to have them do some for my Tacoma. BTW, we live in MI and was well worth shipping them to them.

Unable to call. No ring and full vm

Did my headliner 6 months ago but rushed at the end and didnt reattach my passenger mirror and two rear ceiling handles. I fixed the mirror myself but didnt find out about the handles until I tried using one, next time check your work.

Had my 2014 Kia Forte sets redone in leather and the outcome was AMAZING !!! they did the job on time and had the best price. i highly recommend them to anyone that wants leather work done,. Great Job Guys !!

This place is great. We needed a custom seat cushion because my mom was too short to drive her new car. E3 created a perfect seat cushion that attaches easily and looks fantastic. If you didnt know it was on youd just think it was the actual Mercedes seat. I cant recommend Eric and his team more highly.

Yesterday they installed a red convertible top on my Z for the second time within a year because I was not happy with some wear marks I was getting.Eric, not only took the time to console me, but argued with the manufacturer to get a replacement for free. I had taken in a seat to be repaired. Was to told it could be fixed and repaired. When I picked up my car it appeared to be perfect. Within a week it tore in the same spot. Took it back, Erik told me he would try to get material to fix it. Never said it was a bad repair. Never heard from him again. Had to get a seat from a salvation yard which is perfect. Money down the drain.

Had him replace the seat heaters in my F650. Extremely professional, great prices, work done quickly and on time. Hard to find this kind of customer service in South Florida. Saw some of his custom work in the shop and was amazed, he can do everything from stock replacement to full custom interiors from scratch.

I had my BlackVue duel dash camera installed by Christian. He did an amazing job. The front and back cameras are positioned perfectly with the wires tucked away and hidden. He actually took the time out to walk me through how to connect it with my smart phone and use the app. All of the guys here were very friendly, professional, and experienced. They quoted me on some interior work which was very reasonably priced and explained in detail the material, process and timespan. Ill definitely be back to get that done!

Awsome bunch of guys, Eric was very nice, professional, i wanted to change the color of my interior and he was happy to do it, but pointed out things if I did that would have cost me more down the road, glad he pointed them out to me. The job they did totally made my car interior look like a new car. The convertible top on my Chrysler Crossfire was completely destroyed. I thought of just selling it and getting what I could. After searching for repair options, I was told to reach out to Eric @ E3 Upholstery. My buddy said they did great work and were very affordable. He was spot on. I just picked up my car and the work is beyond anything I was expecting. Not only was the craftsmanship perfect, but the top and glass were MUCH BETTER than the stock version. I took my 1986 SS Monte Carlo to do a front seat swap with a seat of seats that I grabbed from a 2006 Pontiac Gto. The staff made sure the seats were installed flush as if the car came from the factory that way and also put power to them. Eric and his brother in law are awesome... the work was done super fast, and the car looks really good. The price was also extremely competitive... If you live in the area and want your car done right by real people who are knowledgeable and extremely detailed dont hesitate to give this place a shot.... I was given several quotes for replacing the top on my 2004 Volvo C70. E3 beat them all by $300-400 and they completed the installation in under 24 hours. All the other companies said it would take a minimum of three days. So happy I found E3. Cant wait to have the redo my leather seats!

Sorry to say that my experience with E3 Upholstery and with Eric was not as pleasant as everyone on this site has had, I purchased a 2007 Mustang in the beginning of 2018 from someone that had the Convertible top replaced with E3 Upholstery a few months before the car was purchased, the reason that the top was replaced on the vehicle was to be able to sell the car much easier, the original purchaser asked if the warranty for the top could be transferred because he was replacing the top to sell the car and that would be a good selling point for him, the top was replaced with a EZ on Car top with a 6 years warranty from E3 Upholstery, no were on the bill of sale from E3 Upholstery did it mention that the warranty was only good to the Original purchaser, less than 12 months after the top was purchased and installed by them, the top is coming un-glued at the heat seams, E3 claims that the top is not warrant because I am not the original purchaser even though, I have the original receipt of the sale from them, no were on that receipt, it states that the warranty is only good to the original purchaser, Not sure about the quality of work that its done here at E3 Upholstery, but the customer service I received from Eric and from E3 Upholstery, has not impress me one at all. Before you go spending good money, on the work that this folks perform in this shop, I would check with other places that do stand behind their product and work, and not hide behind a technicality of the warranty, I could understand if the top was 5 years old, but the top was not even 12 months old when I contacted them about the issue. My son and I belong to car clubs, and we are warning all Mustangs and Corvette owners to stay away from this place.Good Luck to you if you decide to do business with this people.Best Regards,Daniel Garcia

E3 Upholstery restored all the leather in my 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S. Eric and his staff are friendly, professional and most of all proficient. They used the finest leather. I brought my car to Eric because my seats were falling apart(due to age). I desperately needed to get them restored. Along with this accomplishment came gigantic surprise.Extreme Comfort The Celica was not designed to be a comfortable car yet E3 upholstery accomplished extreme comfort. When i picked up my car the exterior appears to have been meticulously cleaned.

These guys custom wrapped my door panels on my BMW E90 after retrofitting custom speakers in them. The work has stood the test of time and my only regret is not writing a review 3 years ago when the work was done.
