I went too this dealer about a week ago to look into a recall on my Jeep and received absolutely great service. Communication was smooth and everything was done very quickly. I spoke with Freddie and Ms.Amy which were super helpful. Took a few days but received my Jeep nice and clean. Do not go to the Jeep in Margate! Terrible ! They do not answer their phones. My boyfriend and I agree that Joey is the best since they text back with updates.

I custom ordered a Ram 2500 from Joey Accardi. David Allen was the salesman that helped me order the truck and he was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this guy. He was honest and kept me informed every step of the way and was not your typical pushy car salesman. The reason for the 4 star review is because once it came time to finance the truck through the dealer, the finance team gave me the run around with interest rates that I qualify for. I felt like I was pushed into buying warranties for the truck in the finance office that I attempted to turn down multiple times. In the end it was my own fault for giving in, however I felt worn down. I guess it’s what to expect when dealing with almost any car dealership in south Florida. If David isn’t working there next time I go to buy a vehicle, I will probably go somewhere else or finance through my own bank.

Driving up from Key West was a challenge and despite switching my trip to his day off and arriving late he was so gracious and helpful. He even mailed an item to me that I’d accidentally left at the dealership, on his own time & at his own cost. After scrolling the internet I found the car I wanted at Joey Accardi dealership. Since the dealership was 85 miles from my house I emailed asking if the car was still available. My email was answered promptly and was invited to come down at my convenience to see the car in person. Jesus Rodriguez was the manager on duty that introduced me to the sales person Kareem Paul. I appreciated not getting a high pressure sales pitch. It felt like a real down to earth person was across the table from me finding out my needs and what would work for me. I really wasn’t intending on buying a car this quickly but I ended up buying one today and I’m happy that I did and would highly recommend this place. Josh the Service Manager at Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach is awesome. He was helpful, gracious and compassionate. I had an issue with losing the tire lock key on my recently deceased husband’s Dodge Ram Hemi 1500. He went out of his way to find a master to remove the tire lock and reinstall new locks that I bought. He was more than willing to help me. I will continue to use Joey Accardi for all my Dodge needs. This is the WORST dealership ever. They dont keep there word and you have to hound them to get anything done. They lied and said the price I see is the price I pay and after going back and forth they said they would honor what the man said and give the proce promised but then when we were going to sign they said we lost some incentives. It was still a decent price so we went with it. Then come to find out the horn did not work. I made an appointment to bring it in. They claimed it was a recall and 2 days in with no word from anyone I call and they said they lost my keys. Accidents happen so not a big deal but then they got me a rental car and failed to pay for 2 days of it after stating keep it until your truck is ready and I was charged by Enterprise. I called and the manager of the service dept. said to send the invoice.... Then I never heard from anyone again. I copied his boss in the email and weeks later not even a courtesy email back. They have the worst customer service, they are hustlers in suits. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. On top of all that the truck makes strange noises when you accelerate and brake but they said no problem found. Id bet they didnt even take it for a test drive to see what the issue was. So sorry that I went here and even more sorry that in the end their service was horrible.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was miss guided by an Internet sales rep and drove 3 1/2 hours from Orlando to Pompano Beach for a specific vehicle. Unfortunately the Internet sales rep was incorrect but the whole team worked together and I left a happy camper. I would drive 3 1/2 hours to buy another car from them. JR salesman, Oscar Sales Manager and Ricardo in Finance was outstanding, I thought customer service was dead. Thank you for the great experience and love my new truck.

Good morning. It’s good so far. Thank you for delivering the car to us. It saves us a lot of hassle and time. My wife is very happy with the car except fo course with the noise on the door. The dealership could have fixed it but I understand the nature of business. It’s maximum profit. It’s called “ Gold Certified” with a creaky door. I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied with the whole process. From the moment we stepped in the dealership dealing with different sales persons, Blight telling us that the door creaking will be fixed but when it’s time to pick up the car, Blight is no longer around and the Sales manager refused to fix it. Then the confusing issue about paying with personal checks. Not a smooth process altogether. I’ll make sure that the General manager will know about this so he can make sure that this does not happen again to other customers. We only went on with the deal because my wife really like the car. If, not we would have cancelled the whole deal and get our money back.

Freddie at the Service Counter truly displayed some of the best service I’ve ever seen. The service department is undoubtedly slammed right now. To my estimation, some of it is lack of manpower and back orders on parts. However, Freddie’s understanding of the situation allowed me to have a headache free experience at Joey Accardia. The guy was so professional. He had me in and out within 30 minutes(including getting me a rental). Freddie I can’t thank you enough so I hope this review helps get you recognized because you deserve it. Fantastic experience. They are usually such a pain in the you-know-what. But not this time.

Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Besides our salesman and a few people from sales most of the people were not very welcoming. Managers are rude and I felt like I was bothering them and they didn’t want to help. Website showed incentives available upon arriving I was advised they only offer on new vehicles. They had wrong floor mats said they would get me the right ones but they had to wait for another vehicle like mine to take from. Got tired of waiting after a couple weeks so never happened. There are a bunch of small things but overall the experience was horrible. Most dealerships will do whatever they can to make you feel good about your purchase from them not this one. When I left the dealership after they fixed my exhaust leak the only reason I was happy was because I got the vehicle I wanted but I will never go back again. I only purchased the vehicle because they did have a fair price on the vehicle.

The Joey Accardi Dealership got me in the door with the “bait and switch” tactic that I believe needs to stop. When a serious consumer shops online, we anticipate and appreciate the business honoring that price. However they do not and I walked out! Their prices are already competitive with other car dealers in the area, so why? With that being said, I returned because of my salesman Hudson! He tried to explain as best as could and I chalked it up to bad business by the company. Hudson took his time in assisting me until we rung the bell. The finance manager also did his job to push the creditor to make sure we drove away that day with a fair deal. I learned that top of the line Wranglers are a bit difficult to get without 800+ credit. Roger came over and showed us quite a few features to get us rolling and we left apart of the Jeep Family. With all their help, it worked out in the end. I give the sales team 5 stars, but can only give 4 at this time for the “bait and switch” tactic. Heard other customers complaining about the same thing too while I was there.

I have 2017 Chrysler that has Internet that runs on 3-G. The industry is phasing it out. In order to continue to use my internet I need a software update and a plug in that will use 5-G. I bought the plug in from T-Mobile. I went to the dealer for the software update.I added an oil change and tire rotation on to make the trip worth the inconvenience. The maintence clerk told me he was unaware of a software update but that he would direct the maintenance workers to look for it. Long story short.... no update.Here is why the bad rating.... I made an appointment for my service on the Joey Accardi website. I told them that I was waiting for my car. The maintenance clerk assured me it would take about an hour to 90 minutes. After an hour of waiting and watching no one working on my car I asked for an update and pointed out the work had not been started. I politely said the reason I made an appointment was that I had a busy day and needed to get through quickly. I was told they they dont follow the appointment schedule. (Strike 1) He did get the work started. I watched. The passenger side tires were rotated. The drivers side were NOT. (Strike 2) I watched them open the drain for the oil and assumed the extra 15 minutes was to put oil in. HAWhen I paid for the service I left the lot and got to Atlantic Blvd when my CHECK OIL PRESSURE light went off. (Strike 3) I turned around went back and watched the remaining oil from my car drain onto the pavement. I was lucky that my engine did not seize up! TERRIBLE SERVICE.Just saying.... they offered me an oil change discount up front if I bought three. I said it was my first time there and I would wait and see how this service went!Btw… I figured out there was an update, downloaded it on a flash drive, installed it on my car!! I should not have had to do this but thank you YouTube!! No thanks to the dealer!

Please save yourself some time and money and take your car ANYWHERE ELSE for service. I brought my car in in August and Jim helped me to upgrade my tires as well as diagnose an issue with my traction control light coming on. Supposedly when they put on my tires my brakes, and battery were checked as well. Beginning of October I brought my car back in to Jeep, this time to Melvin, because I was having the same issue as well as I could feel something was wrong with the brakes. I was told by Melvin that it must have been a rock in my brakes and that the traction control light coming on was due to the tires being oversized. Last week i was still having the same issue and could tell something was still wrong with my brakes, so I chose to bring my car to another mechanic, As it turns out my brake pads had been worn down so badly that the metal from the pads was grinding down my rotors to the point of metal flaking off of them, hence why I could feel something wrong with my brakes. Both the rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced on 2/4 tires. So now riddle me this, if my brakes were marked OK at this time on 8/23/20 how in the matter of a month have they been grinded down to nothing, its just not possible. this was complete negligence done by The service department as well as both Jim and Melvin for assuring me that my car would be safe when in fact it was not.This kind of service is unacceptable and truly beyond carelessness.I will not be returning here for any service and I highly encourage you to choose another mechanic to trust with your safety.

I would just like to give a shout out to Ivan for having the best costumer service! I pulled into the service department just after they had closed frustrated because my headlights were not working (after the collision center had my vehicle for over a month and returned it to me with the headlights not working) and I really needed working headlights to drive to work tomorrow. Left a different jeep dealership bc they were poor with communication and not trustworthy trying to pull scam on my trade-in. Met javier at the door (who stayed after hours for me) and was treated great from the jump. Highly recommend this dealership over any other, and I visited others. This is the worst dealership I have been in Pompano Beach. I took my RAM to fix in April 2021 and they have not be able to fix my Van until today. Not even the customer service adviser and his manager “ Josh “ has come to the phone to talk to me.I reported to directly to Chrysler headquarter and here it was the answer:I am emailing you to inform you that I have continued to reach out to the dealership and to speak with the service manager but he has been unavailable. I have reached out to my higher up resources for assistance with gathering a response and am currently awaiting a response. Once I have a response or any new information I will be in contact with you. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact the dealership or I.Promaster Case ManagerI have been losing business due my Van been there for about 3 month to fix and I have to use my personal car to carry my tools etc to work.Also i have been making my monthly payment for a car that have not even been fixed.I never ever have experienced BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I first went when my check engine light kept coming on, the dealership confirmed it was a catalytic converter issue and that I should bring it back when the light came on again. I dropped my jeep off on a Wednesday and was told it might be a few days to get the parts in. I was never contacted again. I had to beg Stuart for any updates on my car and FINALLY when they had a tech look at it 5 days later he told me although there was a catalytic converter issue and it was under warranty, the light went off and therefore they weren’t going to fix it. He did however tell me I needed a new motor mount which would cost 1300. I picked up my jeep 6 days later and the second I drove off the check engine light came on. Took it to another dealership who confirmed it did need a new catalytic converter and that the motor mount was fine. I am disgusted by the lack of respect and professionalism at this establishment and will never take my vehicle back.

The story of my experience with facility has been quite long. To shorten my extensive story, I have been waiting for a radio since I first leased my Jeep in 2019, since the one I currently have is defective and has been defective since the beginning of my journey with the car. In addition to my long wait with the radio, I have ironically been waiting for a call in regard to “minor details that need to be fixed” since 2019. The cherry on top of this whole situation is the fact that my Engine mount is worn out and a part was ordered on March 13, 2021. It has been two months and I am still waiting for the part to arrive. The only issue not related to their horrid time management and communication skills, is that I am currently at 14,000 miles and, according to them, my next oil change is at 29,081 miles. How fun. Let’s burn out my engine and wait another year for the part to arrive!In essence, if you want a half-functioning car, extensive wait times for car parts, and horrible service come here.

I having been going too this dealership for the last two weeks. Ive explained to Stuart my service advisor that message on my dashboard that says, stop safely vehicle will shut off.I also informed him the check engine light is coming on whenever I stop.The second time I brought my car back he advised me it maybe something they overlooked an the issue was resloved.When I was driving to pick my kids up-from school yesterday same message showed up again. I also believe my service technician Pedro doesnt no what he is doing. I called today requesting to speaking with a supervisor I was told he was with customer an he will call me whenever he get a chance. I really need some one to get in contact with ASAP.Update: Do not get your car service here.All they do is just lie an tell you anything to get you there way. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service on Monday, July 26th for several issues, a check engine light, drivers side front window not working and a creaking noise from the front right side. Alex Bono was my service writer. He explained that they were back logged and that they wouldnt be able to even look at my truck until the end of the week. We spoke that Friday and he said that they were unable to locate the stored codes for the check engine light that he had pulled up in the service drive; mis-fires on multiple cylinders. I had asked for him to make a note of these codes when writing the repair order. Mysteriously, these codes were no longer present by the time the technician looked at the truck; beyond frustrating. He said that they were going to replace the window regulator and the sway bar links and got me into a rental (covered by my extended warranty).Fast forward to August 16th: I called into the service center to for an update on my vehicle since I never heard back from Alex since July 30th. I was informed that he was out sick. At this point, the review of service received would be dismal at best.This is where the 5 star review comes into place. Amy, the service cashier was OUTSTANDING. She went above and beyond to get me information on my truck. She told me that she would track down the technician personally and would return my call.She did just that! Within an hour (possibly less) she called me back to say that my truck would be ready the next day, yesterday, August 17th. Sure enough, Amy called me the following morning to confirm that my truck was ready.Amy was polite, professional and obviously cares about the customers at Joey Accardi. I sincerely hope that management realizes that they are LUCKY to have her on their team. Amy should receive recognition, be promoted and most of all, be APPRECIATED by management.I worked as a service writer for six years; I fully understand how grueling the industry/job is. They should consider making Amy a service writer (if she would even want the position, lol). Communication and polite professionalism should be the number one prerequisite for the job. Amy has that in spades!
