Ive always hated dealing with anything insurance, but the devoted agents at Myers take care of the headache for me. Fast, friendly service, unusual in todays world! I didnt expect the amount of attention I got, seeing that I only have a small car insurance policy. I always thought insurance agents were out for the bigger fish but they treated me just the same! I plan on continuing my policy (and future policies) thru Myers and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

This family has been helping my family with insurance for years. Homeowners, Auto, you name it. Its easy to sign up online for anything directly these days with a big company, but that convenience usually comes at a cost from what I find. Either because they provide a more generic jacked up pricing model, or because we sign up for coverages we dont need because we really dont know better.I’m in Automotive and I’ll tell you: It’s a lot of the same people behind the scenes and just like with a car- If you work with someone experienced rather than assuming that you can learn the ins and outs reading a few articles or watching a guy on YouTube, you will end up saving time and almost always money.For whatever its worth, my advice would be to just work with good people like this upfront, let them figure out what you need/dont need, and be done with it.The hardest part is finding a trustworthy agent and let this review stand as a reason you can check that box!

Heberlyn was so incredibly helpful! I recently moved down to florida and needed to get car insurance fast! I had called and received MANY quotes from various agencies, and online insurance sites. I was frustrated with the online offers I received as they wanted an absurd amount of proof of residency that I did not have yet, and the prices were far more than I could afford. Called Myers and within an hour had a 6 month plan cheaper than any other quote. They were super helpful, explained everything and followed up fast. Definitely recommend Myers!

I have dealt with Myers Insurance in Pompano Beach, FL, for almost 15 years. My first contact was with Patricia (Patty) Donoho. These days it unusual to find someone that is truly happy to help customers and who is knowledgeable in his/her field. I must say, Ms. Donoho is always smiling and takes her time to explain insurance coverages almost with a passion. I personally find that the insurance field is a tedious topic of conversation; except when I speak with Ms. Donoho. I used to procrastinate when it came to renewals and finding the best coverage for my car, etc. Well, not with Ms. Donoho. She followed up to make sure I did not miss any deadlines or payments and had the correct coverages for my needs. And she is fluent in Spanish which has helped me once or twice. On her days off I have dealt with other members of the staff and they have been very helpful as well. I think in part because Ms. Donoho takes time documenting every detail of a conversation or transaction to make sure clients are very well taken care of even when she is not in the office. I have recommended Myers Insurance to my friends and they are as pleased as I am.
