Our situation started on May 10 2021 after the truck has been in Tony’s shop for over two weeks !!!! Going in for overheating issues. As the invoice states we spent $1837. Tony gave us the truck back still running hot and told us to keep an eye on it that he couldn’t keep it any longer .... because he knows we needed the truck ( not to mention the customer is a double amputee ) . Tony while trying to diagnose the problem changing three parts for a total of seven hours labor at $109 an hour labor as stated on the invoice and still that did not fix the problem. Gave us a truck back running hot. We took the truck back in order to get it out of his hands and to bring to somebody that we believe would be able to tell us what was going on. Within an hour my mechanic said the radiator was clogged with a chemical that was introduced to the vehicle that both hoses were ice cold and the thermostat was stuck. I replace the radiator the truck then did not overheat but went on a test run on I-95 and after 30 minutes it did over heat and get hot and now has been sent out to repair shop which is probably going to cost an additional $3000. Heads pulled sent to machine shop.... NO CRACKS WERE FOUND!!!! We tried to ask for a fair refund based on the amount of money spent and the work that still needs to be done . As you can see from Tony’s text he much rather fight us in small claims court rather then being a reputable ethical businessman in the community. Nonetheless Tony never requested authorization to make any of the repairs and only claims that they were all necessary and that we should trust and believe him. I’ve asked Tony to supply us with the signature of authorization for all repairs for me legal owner at the truck and he is unable to produce the document he rather fight us and Small Claims Court, Tony here’s your chance to state your your case otherwise I’ll spend $300 and I’ll see you in front of the judge.

Best service. Tony is one the most sincere, genuine people you could ever hope to meet. In out and with a punctured tire repair in well under 30 minutes and for next to nothing. Amazing people and service. I seriously cant say enough good things.

I went to Tony for almost 7 years while living in South Florida and always left satisfied and happy with the service and the value. Tony and his staff are EXTREMELY professional, polite and efficient. They accommodated my schedule every time I needed service and were honest. It is hard to find an honest mechanic anywhere. Tony was always up front with what I needed and more importantly, what I did not need. I never felt like I wasted money on something. He would always try to fix something before deciding a whole new piece would be needed. His customer service and upbeat attitude round out what is the best car shop I have ever been to.My wife and I moved to Chicago recently and Brother’s Auto is one of the top places we talked about missing by moving away. It will be close to impossible to replace Tony as our mechanic!

Tony is awesome and to me honest. He was highly recommended by a friend and I have yet to be disappointed. He does not recommend any service that is NOT needed. When a dealership says I need xyz I go to him to confirm. He does brakes, oil change, AC, etc types of repair. If you were in a collision, that would be somewhere else

Wow. What a great family owned business. Tony was nothing but nice and professional. He installer and balanced 4 new rims and tires on my hellcat. Got the job done fast and without a single scratch or blemish on my wheels! Will definitely bring my car back to him !

Tony puts the care into Brother Auto Care. Tony went over, above and beyond to help in diagnosing and replacing my fuel pump problem. He wont let you leave there until he KNOWS what the problem is and how to fix it properly. If youre looking for a friendly mechanic that treats you fairly, look no further. I came in to Brothers auto care today becuase I wasnt sure if my Mustangs AC was going bad on me. Based on the perfect reviews I figured I could trust them. After talking to Tony he reasured me there was nothing wrong with my AC and that its just the summer heat. Then took the time to show me how it works also how I will know when I will need service! Ill definitely be coming back for more honest service in the future.

So far my multiple experiences with Tony and this shop have been excellent! The shop is always clean and tidy. There is a fast turn around time. Tony remembers his clients by name and you can definitely tell he has a passion for our cars! The first time I ever brought my vehicle here, Tony originally quoted me a repair around $300... After completing the repair it came out to almost 3 TIMES LESS. Honest good work here at this shop. A place I would recommended to my Family and friends.

I had my 2008 VW at another shop where the mechanic told me I needed new wiring, computer board and fuel pump. Sat at his place for months nothing done to it. I called Tony and he had it towed to his shop the next day and the car was fixed and running excellent in 3 days and to find out it only needed a fuel pump relay. Tony came to my place of residence to pick me up and get my car, best customer service I have ever experienced with any mechanic shop in my life. I recommend this place to anyone that needs car repaired or maintenance done.

I had an issue with my high pressure fuel pump so I took it to Firestone where I had previously gotten oil changes, tires, etc. They said they replaced it, but I kept having issues so I kept taking it back. Finally, after the fourth time, I was recommended to see Tony. He ran a diagnostic and let me know the fuel pump had never actually been replaced. He made recommendations on how to solve the issue at firestone even though it wasn’t his problem. I ended up getting refunded my money from Firestone as their actions were completely fraudulent. Tony fixed my car and made completely sure there were no other issues. He took the time to show me the part that was replaced so I could see that it was new. He drove the car himself to verify that it was all good. Unfortunately, as a female, it is common to be a target of misinformation when it comes to car repair. Tony took extra measures to ensure I was knowledgeable, the car was 100% safe, and helped me navigate my issues with Firestone. I will only take my car to Tony from now on! Exceptional customer service and skill. Thank you!!

I took my 2013 Mercedes to a few other places including Mercedes trying to get it properly diagnosed & repaired, I was told by one place there was nothing wrong and only after I insisted that there was a problem did they call & tell me the repair would cost me $2500.00. I sure didnt trust them. The bottom line is that I took it to Brothers Auto Care and I am one happy customer. Not only did i get a great price the open communication between Tony and myself put me at ease and I had no doubts my car was in great hands!! After I called around 15 mechanics, this shop had the best price. I was skeptical at first, but my car is running great. The selling point for me was the mechanic name Tony. He remembered my name when I came into the shop, was very pleasant, and extremely honest. The price he quoted me for was a little lower but he didnt even charge me extra. I am extremely satisfied and will be going back for any problems I encounter with my car.

Today I dropped off my 2014 car to Brother’s Auto car as I had heard wonderful things about the attention to detail and customer service provided. This was going to be my first time using a 3rd party mechanic on my car and I was nervous. Anothny went above and beyond by keeping me updating in real time as to what needed to be done and why. He reviewed everything and make sure I felt comfortable with it. The job was not easy and I thought I was going to go another day without a car but I got a call from Anthony after business hours saying they had completed the job and whenever it was convenient for me, to come pick it up. Tony is the real deal! I had my very old ford focus towed to him for repairs.
