James had his guys come out to my house and did an amazing job on installing our standby generator.

Set appt for after my doctors appt; however, Action Electric called just as i was getting ready to leave, wanting to come before appt time. I said Id rather keep original appt, and was ignored. So, nice electrician came out as I kept eyeing the clock. Undue pressure here. Was given estimate to replace disconnect box and replace cord cover - told it was old and drying out. Gave me estimate that shocked me. I had to leave briefly to get B12 shot, when I got back, electrician was sitting in truck. Cord cover he suggested was not replaced. Price still same, tho. What does a stressed woman do? I did not appreciate the pressure and them not honoring the appointment time I had set so that I would not be pressured. Contacted GE for the retail part price, and all I can say was they didnt do the job they gave me the estimate for, and bill was high for part & labor. Not a good experience, and will not use them again. I worked for contractors before, and dont like being pressured or patronized.
