Great massage lousy customer service. Last two times I checked in by phone and no one text back to tell me to come in. I was called 15 plus minutes later asking if I was coming to my appointment. I also called a few months ago for a manager and never got a return call back and had to call back a few days later.

Michelle was excellent! Just the right pressure, good communication as she listened to my needs and concentrated on specific areas. Highly recommend her. Only thing I would change is the add on...deep tissue biofreeze treatment is not for me. I felt cold until Michelle turned on the bed to warm me. That was so nice!

I have been coming to Felicity in Pompano Beach for years. Also, yesterday. I had an excellent facial from Rose, my first facial in over 20 years. So glad to have first lucked into Felicity, when I was a walk in several years ago, and she had had a cancellation; and Rose came well recommended by Felicity and a random client I spoke to in the foyer desk, when I first made the appt. with Rose.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. A group of 4 of us had appointments to get massages at the same time while on vacation. THEY called the day prior right around the 24 hr mark (they have a 24 hr cancellation policy) to cancel one of the appointments because one of the masseuses was not going to be able to show up. After needing a bit of time to discuss alternative solutions and plans due to THEIR change, we called back to cancel the remaining 3 appointments. After a few of us got calls the day of the appointment, we discovered they did not actually cancel the appointments when we asked and then said they were going to still charge us because it was not canceled writhing their 24 hour policy window. They are EXTREMELY unorganized, unhelpful, and this is still not resolved. All of this stemmed from their mistakes/issues, not ours- the customers, and they are not at all willing to make it right by just not charging us. Between the 4 of us, we have had to spend at least 1-2hours trying to resolve (while on vacation). I urge all of you...DO NOT SUPPORT this business. They will not take care of you, even when they make mistakes. They will take advantage of you. The fix for our issue was a simple one- do not charge us (we were even willing to still tip) for mistakes they made and they could not get that right. Seriously my mind is still blown by how terrible this experience has all been.

I schedule 2 weeks in advance and received a phone call the day before my massage to let me know my masseuse no longer worked Thursdays....So I scheduled with a different masseuse who was good- but she was 15 minutes late!When I asked the desk about making up the time I was told it’s really only ever a 50 minute massage anyway.....

Chris provided accurate customer service.( level of intensity) and was professional also. I wish that bottled water was provided at the end of the sessions. I have to remember to bring my own next time.

This was a birthday gift from a friend, my first time. The massage was great, my issue was after paying. I understand the process of promoting membership, but at the time I did not want to commit. I was there about 10 extra minutes explaining why I didn’t want to commit, it began to feel like harassment. Than finally I agreed to book a following massage after I return from my trip. They informed me they will call to remind me of the appointment. I just received the confirmation call after 5pm, I informed the worker that I can not attend due to being exposed to COVID 19 & required to quarantine. They reported I will still be charged the full amount for this appointment and I can return in two weeks showing my results as if I am an employee. I asked to reschedule but it isn’t an option. I just received the news that a friend is positive, prior to their call. It is upsetting to know that I will be charged for a service I wont receive while not just considering my safety and health but also their staff and guests. I already felt uneasy after my first visit and was willing to go again because self care is important to me, but after the awful communication I will not be returning to this location.

This is a great business for the most part. However, I will make sure to never book a last minute appointment, no matter how much I may need it. The therapist was very rude and unprofessional, as if I were not a paying client and did not already tip her.

I have a big complaint about the Massage Envy Pompano Beach, Florida location. That location without my permission charged my card and without informing me prior to booking my appointment that there is a deposit fee. I made my appointment 1 hour before the actual appointment, I went in to get a 60-minute massage, I was a first time customer there. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment, they started to register me in late by the time they finished registering me to start my massage I would only have 20 minutes left. The massage therapist told me he had another appt after me and would not be able to extend my time for me to receive the full 60min. So I told the massage therapist I rather reschedule. I am not going to pay for a 20 minute massage when its supposed to be 60 minutes. On my way out I told the receptionist I will call to reschedule, she then tells me they will charge my card for the deposit. I said I do not authorize that transaction because I was not informed there would be a deposit fee and they took forever to even get me in the back for my massage. The receptionists name is Angie, when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was a manager there but the way she was speaking to me was very rude, inappropriately snapping her finger at me as if I am a dog and when I asked another worker there if they were one of the managers, the Angie woman told me not to speak to her employees. Not allowing the other woman to approach me let alone to speak to me. Angie got even more rude and said to me she will not refund me my money and that she will call the cops on me which she did. All while there were other customers in their lobby area. Three days later after the incident a gentleman by the name of George called me arguing over the phone with me saying I shouldve come 15-20 minutes early to my appointment. Meanwhile I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment. Three days later a guy named George called me arguing over the phone with me that I shouldve come to the appointment 20 minutes early. He offered me no resolution and no peace of mind. I was very unsatisfied with his phone call and bad customer service. Their facility is money hungry, unprofessional and charges clients cards without their permission. I had a terrible experience and I didnt even receive any massaging services. I battled cancer all 2020 and this was a lot of stress on me mentality. I only wanted to have a relax massage and yet they harassed me emotionally and added unnecessary mental stress to me. Angie and George are awful people. They have no good customer service.

The therapist I go to is wonderful. The place is clean and well taken care of. One slight downside is they seem to go through staff VERY fast, there is usually a new receptionist there every time I come in and they often ask you to change your appointment time.

Every person I’ve come into contact with has been courteous and accommodating. Megan has been my masseuse for years and she is simply amazing!

The worst place ever, please dont go there. They would like you to pay a deposit in order to schedule you an appointment. Other massage envy location does not do this. Although they have your card of file they will still charge you a deposit fee. If the person they book you with calls out sick it will be an inconvenience for you. And they dont tell you till you arrive and give you pity excuses that someone shouldve called. Manger MS. Angie very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to.

BEWARE this place is a scam with unfair and deceptive business practices. This is the place to join if you would like to NEVER be able to cancel and be billed every month for the rest of your life. You call to cancel they tell you they need to fill out a form but first you need to speak with a supervisor but a supervisor never calls you back and nobody ever gives you the form because you cant get it online and only a supervisor has the authorization to send it to you but theyre never available. They then promise to cancel and make an exception but then they dont and youre billed again. Then rinse and repeat every month for the past 6 months cant get your money back cant cancel scam scam scam

I have been a member here in Pompano Beach for over 10 years but this past couple years since under new management is when I have been the happiest with the over all experience, professionalism, and their efforts to accommodate last minute sessions when available.My one stop for therapy & relaxation.

I’m from up north and became a member bc I really loved the location that I really loved. I recently moved to Florida and booked an appointment because I still had some remaining credits. This was the worst massage I’ve ever received it’s unbelievable. She talked so much and had no technique. She just rubbed loads of lotion on me and didn’t remove any knots.

I made an appointment with Steve in Pompano Beach because of my back aching after a hard workout at the gym. . Steve was my massage therapist and he did an excellent job. He was also very professional. When I walked out of the gym I was pain free, Hooray!. I highly recommend Steve. Thank you, Steve.

Their front office staff is helpful, friendly, and prompt with communications about appointments or if I ever need to make a change. They also let me know about any availabilities that arise with my preferred therapists Chris and Amanda. And speaking of their aestheticians and massage therapists are TRULY gifted at what they do; from a 60 mins session or advanced session I always feel better when I leave my session. I had a 90 min massage with Hiro from the Massage Envy Pompano Beach and it was absolutely amazing! I ended up signing up for the membership coming from having a bad back and had lower back surgery 1 year ago. 1 year post op and still having issues so hopefully the membership will help me out with this issue. Treasure was the one who booked my appointment and also signed me up and answered every question I had and took her time to explain everything and she was amazing and super sweet! I highly recommend Massage Envy Pompano and speak to Treasure and ask for Hiro the massage therapist. Great work! I look forward to my next appointment for sure!! 😀❤️

Ive had a membership for years at ME for a different location and they were always great. I recently moved. The manager at this location doesnt have any people skills and has turned me off completely from ever returning. I have sensitive skin and dont respond well too the low quality oil ME uses so Ive always brought an organic grape seed oil with me that I respond well too. The manager refused to allow the therapist to use the oil and then attempted to corner me into snitching on a sweetheart of a therapist who I normally go to. Deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. She then had the nerve to try and charge me a cancellation fee for the appointment and get into an argument with me. I told her I would not argue with her and I will not be returning. She then threatened to put a restriction on my membership. News flash - there are millions of massage therapy places, so your only hurting yourself. Stay clear of here and find a better massage place where they treat you with respect.

Massage was nice. Came for more relaxation. Massage therapist ignored sheet with problem areas and asked lots of questions instead. Not sure why I filled out the paperwork. I did like Margerete and she did a good job. I prefer not to be asked everytime I am at the front desk if I want a membership. I also did not like the front desk saying my sister-in-law can only transfer 1 message every 6 months. I am aware of the policy thanks. If I could afford the membership I would have one. I think your membership is a great idea, and I hope to have a membership soon. I just dont like being pressured everytime I come in which is why I go elsewhere for massages that do not require a membership.

Felicity is a skilled mature massage therapist. She knows her stuff and is willing to educate you to remove stiffness and get you to 100%. I enjoy each time I spend with her.

Chris is a fantastic therapist and gives an amazing massage! Unfortunately, massage envy pompano needs to be more attentive to their business. Last massage, there was no face cradle bc they didnt have enough!! A massage with no face cradle doesn’t work too well!

Buyer beware here....its set up like a used car lot. Jorge Ramos, the franchise owner must have sold used cars in a previous life. He teaches his employees to have the customer sign one thing, but tell you another so you dont read the agreement. A business that needs to tie you up for a year lacks credibility. You cannot cancel any time as they suggest. Brutal ownership at Pompano and Deerfield locations...

I come to this location 2 times a month. The massages are amazing! Every time i go there the girls at the front are so great! Francheska is always so helpful and efficient and the manager Angie I find professional and courteous. If youve never been to this location then youre missing out!

I never leave bad reviews, but I’ve unfortunately had to change mine. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years now, and I love the massage professionals. It’s the management and working the phone, however, who leave a bad taste in everyone’s mouth that I’ve been referring and bringing here. It’s extremely aggressive and off-putting. I’ve asked politely to stop overselling to my first-timer friends who were simply trying to go home after a late night “relaxing” massage, and to stop calling and harassing us with unnecessary phone calls every time “there’s an opening” for a massage. I asked politely and yesterday I received not one but TWO of these phone calls, back to back, in the middle of the work day while I was trying to accomplish errands. I could not get any of my friends to become members with me for this reason. They STILL receive phone calls and harassment even weeks after their ONE massage! This management style has turned away customers and if I didn’t favor the particular massage expert I like so much, I would be turned away from being a member, too. Maybe I will end my membership soon and try to find a masseuse who can come to my home instead. I’ve excused how EXTREMELY disorganized and confused the people on the phone are each and every single time I try to book a massage. But the overly-aggressive salesmanship goes against any educated salesperson advice. It doesn’t feel good to us.

Was new to the area and booked an appointment for a massage, I get a call the day before that I can no longer get the massage I wanted at the desired time because the employee is going out of town and there was nobody that could fill in the appointment at the time I had originally scheduled... Why was I even able to schedule the massage if that was the case? Either the employee is unorganized and unprofessional or just this massage envy is. But I won’t be returning. Thanks for the waste of time.

I scheduled a massage with Gustavo because my neck was a LITTLE stiff. I told him numerous times during the massage that the pressure was too hard but he did not respond or adjust. I came out with 10 times the pain that I was in when I went in. Four days later, I am still in so much pain that I havent been able to sleep. Driving is difficult too because I cant turn my head. And I have bruises on my back and arms. I think I am done with massages altogether. Never want to go through this again.

Horrible experience at the Pompano Beach location. Customer service representative seemed very annoyed by me, because I wanted an appointment that does not require me to be there am 9pm in the evening. I understand we all have bad days, but it does not justify the rude attitude I got on the phone.

What a disaster we had here. When I called to book an appointment, I heard loud discussion taking place in the background, which I should have taken as a sign...It started with a phone call 15 minutes before our appointment time with the receptionist asking us to arrive 10 minutes early. Ummm, a little late now! We would have been happy to do this with proper notice to make it possible.We had a couples massage, and both of us left feeling extremely disappointed. I was not asked about the pressure until the massage was 2/3 over and we could hear the therapists laughing and talking during our massage. One even asked the other in the middle to pass over a hot towel. Highly unprofessional!Just as several other reviews have stated: when they went to pay at the end, the high price was a shocker and the manager tried 5-10 times to push the membership. Not happy with the service, the rude employees, or the treatment, so we would never commit to their membership!We have tried a few different Massage Envy locations, and all have been disappointing. Must be a company issue, as we are frequent massage-goers and don’t have these same problems elsewhere. I think this was the “last straw” for Massage Envy.

Came here with my mom for a vacation facial and massage. Had a great experience! Fantastic customer service and great facial. They personalized my treatment for exactly what I want/needed. Highly recommended and special thanks to Angie for making our experience pleasant.

I go there specifically for my massage therapist Margarete! I have chronic back pain and after she works her magic I am in heaven. I highly recommend getting a therapeutic massage from her. I get a 90 minute every other week. You wont be sorry. She knows her stuff :)

My daughter & I were on vacation and looking to get massage & facial. I had tried several places and was not comfortable with the atmosphere or staff. Finally I called ME and Angie answered. She was so helpful & made us a combined appt for that day! She was informative & upbeat. She welcomed my daughter & I and our vacation massage/ facial was wonderful! I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was bad. The entire experience was awful. I am in town from Canada visiting family and friends while my husband is on business. My sister in law booked a massage online for me. It was so bad from start to finish. They called me before I even got there. It sounded like they were going to cancel my reservation. Thank goodness (or so I thought at the time) that I got their message because I use google voice to cut down on roaming charges when I’m in the States. I just happened to check my email and saw their message. When I called back they were asking random questions and tried to upselll me. When I got there the girl at the front desk was awkwardly aggressive. She asked a lot of unnecessary personal questions like what do I do for a living and what does my husband do. I tried to be polite, but it made me very uncomfortable. The masseuse was nice, but the massage wasn’t good. The room was filthy and it was super loud. When it was finally over (without getting my full time — not that I minded because I wanted it to end) they tried to sell me some package of 3 massages. I didn’t want to be rude, but there was no way I was going back there even on my next visit to Florida. To top it off, the same girl at the front desk tried to overcharge me almost $50. I pointed out that the sign on the window says $65. She said oh that’s just for members. I said I thought it was for first time visitors. Then she played dumb and acted like she didn’t know. It was a complete waste of money. I left there more stressed than when I went in and I lost over $130 in the process.

Ive been coming here for over a year now. Im an on and off athlete and have had aches and a herniated L5 and SI issues. I come to Will Billingsley exclusively and he is absolutely the best, especially with deep tissue. An athlete himself, he understands the stresses we put on our bodies. He has great technical knowledge of the body and knows where to go and when to go deep or lighten up. Hes also very professional and a fun conversationalist. I learn about all the good restaurants in town when I see him. Go see Will for your deep tissue needs!

Maxine is fabulous! She uses the nice heart lotion and really gets into the spots that need it. I would highly recommend her
