Company is horrible and so is the customer service. My warranty company contracted these folks and scheduled me an appointment for 12-5pm. Got a call the morning if from Electronic Lab at 8am saying the technician was 30 minutes away. I asked if I could reschedule and get a later time since that was not what my warranty company scheduled me for. The rude lady on the phone gave me the wildest excuse and argued with me on how there is no way my warranty company gave me that time. Apparently, the technician lives in west Lauderdale and does East Lauderdale routes first( I live in East Lauderdale) so I guess what ever is convenient for them and not the customer. Anyway. Called my warranty company and got me a new contractor who works for the customers and not based on their conveniences.

Had an appointment for today between 12 and 5. My warranty company hired them to repair my dishwasher. According to assurant, they accepted and confirmed the job with them but never showed up at my house and their phones go to voicemail. No communication and completely unprofessional. So now I have taken the day off from work to have to now be scheduled with another company. Unreliable!! Steer clear!

My Samsung dryer (fortunately under warranty) broke down. The warranty company sent Electronic Laboratory to repair it. Elizabeth, in the office, was very helpful and responsive. Chris, the repair tech, was a genius! I’m back in the laundry room thanks to these wonderful people!

I have been in the IT services business for many years and have counted on Electronic Laboratory to do the hardware repairs I am unable to. They have fixed TVs, computers, monitors, broken USB ports, stereo amplifiers, speakers, and much more. They are quick to answer phone calls and return voice messages. Their prices are fair and turn-around time is fast. I highly recommend Electronic Laboratory for your repair needs.

Run away from this company. They take weeks and even months to resolve your problem. They first diagnose the issue, then they say they need to order a part. Weeks later that part arrives and then they say they need to order another part. Then they say they will schedule you weeks later to service your appliance. Then they say the technician will call 30 minutes prior to arriving. He never does, he shows up and if nobody is there he leaves, and lies about having called 30 minutes before. Then you need to schedule again, and the next available time is 1 week away. This company is awful and the epitome of horrible service. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

All that I can say is that Elizabeth and her husband Jason are not only extremely knowledgeable but they are also very professional and HONEST!! I was in a bad situation due to terrible dishonest A/V guys, they were trying to have me spend money I did not have to. Going to see Elizabeth and Jason was a breath of fresh air, they were so honest and accommodating and gave me expeditious service, I highly recommend them.

Just had my first experience with this company and wanted to say that I’m very pleased with the service they provided. Liz did a fabulous job coordinating my appointment, and when I had to reschedule, she gave me the first available, which really wasn’t convenient for me, but I took it, since it’s my refrigerator that needs service. She then called the next day to let me know that the tech could come earlier, if I was available. She gave me the 4 hr window in which he would be arriving, which is pretty standard, and advised that he would call 30 minutes out. The tech called to say he was on his way, and not a minute later, Liz called to make sure that I had gotten the call. Marlin the tech, diagnosed the issue with my fridge, ordered the part, advised my fridge would continue to function until the part came in, and said they would let me know when it arrived so he could come back.I know this company is very busy, and handles service for items under warranty. That’s how I got to them. I read the reviews but always like to decide for myself based on personal experience. Mine has been stellar. Remember to treat people the way you would want to be treated. Appreciate when someone is trying to help you. You are the customer and you did pay for your warranty, etc. but it doesn’t give you the right to be rude or condescending to the person on the other end of your phone.

I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs. My freezer issue has been resolved, thanks to Chris the very knowledgeable and courteous technician and to Liz who coordinated the appointments and answered the many questions I had. She was Great! Again, I highly recommend them. I just called AHS because I now have an issue with my GE gas dryer and I actually requested that they put my service call to Electronic Laboratory. I am sure this issue will be resolved quickly.

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever seem. Customer service couldnt be worse. They came to fix a leakage on my refrigerator but it never got fixed. I have scheduled two more appointments since that to get this done and they never showed up again, never called either to let me know about any change. Please make sure you hire a serious company that do their job correctly and care about customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I really hope that my review helps other to avoid being on the same ugly experience. Facts of proper scheduling appointments are attached.

Repairs take exceedingly long. You are given zero updates along the way. They give no summary of the repairs done or what was wrong with the equipment. My product was returned to me in worse condition than originally sent. Will have to call the manufacturer to look for another repair center. Avoid this place!!Edit: called pioneer... They instructed me to hard reset the receiver. After the reset, unit is working. The repair worked after the reset. This place could do better giving updates.... But they atleast fix your units.

They have such great customer service. I called and spoke with Liz. She was so sweet and helpful. She setup my Appt and almost immediately (1-2days) later a tech came out. They knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away. The tech was very nice and respectful. They were also very quiet while my babies were sleeping. It was a very nice experience.

Well from start to finish dealing with this company has been a blast of excitement starting with the receptionist,she is so full of energy and our conversation on the phone from the beginning I felt like I knew her for a long time she mixed professionalism with humor at the same time!! I brought in a 55 Sony TV in for service and she practically diagnosed on the phone but could not quote me an estimate because she said it could be 3 different things which 2 of the three would be worth repairing, and she was right it was a main board and the cost was very reasonable and I had my TV back in 4 days and it works as good as new!! I would definitely recommend this company for repair!!

I had a totally different experience than many of you. I brought my Onkyo 838 in for repair and was given a window of 7-10 working days, which is perfectly reasonable considering that no repair facility can stock replacement parts for every model of every brand that they service. Long story short, I received a call just 5 days after bringing the unit in and was informed it was ready for pick-up. I retrieved the unit and it works flawlessly. I think that there is a measure of impatience among some of the reviewers in this thread.

It has been over 4 years since I discovered this company while searching for a Denon authorized service center. Since then, I have taken most popular brand receivers to them for ALWAYS a perfect satisfaction repair. What most people dont understand, delays have to do with parts availability and warranty policies. This is a great family run business that operates with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Im not a friend, just a plain customer that out of selfishness wishes them ultimate luck and health, so they can stay in business and continue servicing all my electronic needs. I drive 50 miles each way, rather than using other local centers where my orders are handled by random technicians at luck....

When I went to drop off the device for warranty repair they seemed a little shady and pretty unprofessional but I figured all I needed was for them to do a warranty repair. How can they mess that up? Wrong! They do not call back to let the customer know anything and when I called to get an update the woman that answered had a bad attitude from the start! And it only got worse from there. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent! Cannot meet their own deadlines, make promises that do not keep and try to intimidate the customers by yelling. Had my device for 3 weeks, could not find the problem or send it back. They took almost 2 weeks just to look at it and even though they replicated the problem once they decided to just keep it on, until I called. I am still waiting to receive it back.... Mind you, they charged for shipping in cash upfront so now they are not in a rush and it has been 3 days since they were supposed to ship it back. Reported to manufacturer!AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

I had a Panasonic plasma TV that was damaged by a surge caused by lightning. Panasonic recommended a different company to repair my TV. After multiple unsuccessful attempts by this other company to repair my TV, I finally brought my TV to Electronic Laboratory where they quickly repaired it. I will definitely be using Electronic Laboratory again in the future. I highly recommended them!

I recently had warranty service on my Samsung dryer. I called into the warranty company early in the morning and that afternoon a very nice gentleman named Chris came out to my home and he had my dryer repaired within 15 minutes. Perhaps the rudest and most incompentent company I have dealt with in the past decade. The woman who handles the calls refuses to giver her name or let you speak with the owner. She is impatient and very snippy. They only travel to your home when it is convenient to them one day each two weeks. I had to have 3 meetings to repair a fridge and each time they did not have the right parts. When I called back in returning their call to schedule an appointment I asked them for a more specific time than a 4 hour window since I already had to wait 4 hours 3 different previous days. She literally demanded I must be there tomorrow or they could not come out anymore. Her response was in a annoyed voice and I quote, This repair is just not working out, we are going to return the parts to the factory and call someone else. Stay far away from this pathetic excuse for a company. They claim that I failed to be home for appointments and did not return phone calls. I told them then and will say it now, none of that was true on my end.

Wow, how do I begin. Liz, the owner needs a serious education on the proper way to take care of a customer. Im issue was with their service Dept, but I guess LIZ does everything. The problem never got resolved, she threatens me if I was not available for a repair appointment which she call to inform me at 9:15 or so for that day, I had a previous appointment and could not be there. I think it would have bee more reasonable to schedule at least a day prior so I could cancel other important appointment to accommodate them. The in closing remarks she said she was returning the part, and due to this, who know who we can get back to you to service and order the next part. This woman is nuts if she thinks this is how to run a business. Ill never call again and will not recommend to anyone - ever. Im also contacting #SAMSUNG to advise them on my experience.

Woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and no help at all. They were assigned to me for a warranty repair which was never completed. Supposedly they ordered a part which was never received. They refused to follow up on the order, refused to help at all. Every time I attempted to follow up the woman on the phone was extremely short, no customer service skills. After three weeks of nothing happening I went back to the manufacturer who had their own techs repair the tv.Avoid this company if you have a problem. They are useless.

I have a Denon DVD-3800BDCI BlueRay player that I purchased new over a decade ago. It has served me well but the HDMI output died. Most places (including the factory service center) considered it unrepairable.Jason at Electronic Laboratory didnt stop til it was fixed. I sent it in with a check for the deposit, and let him take his time with it. Took about a month, and Elizabeth called and said it was ready. I sent a second check for the finished service price and they packed it nicely and sent it back to me. Thanks Jason and Elizabeth!As an aside, I really enjoyed chatting with both Jason and Elizabeth. Both are fun and friendly, and I really liked talking with them.

The day of the appointment, 3 hours into my appointment window I get a call from a woman who claims to be THE OWNER and claims that her name is Jacqueline. Jacqueline cursed me out for asking her if I was going to recieve a call before the technician came. Jacqueline cancelled my appointment for no reason.Jacqueline was so rude to me for no reason. Nobody should be that nasty while working in customer service. She called me everything but a child of god for asking a question. She was so hateful, I don’t even think I can begin to explain that experience to you. I kept saying “ why are you doing this”, “ why are you talking to me like this “ I contacted LG and filed a formal complaint against them, I am not the only person who has had this type of experience with them.I have been reading other people’s reviews and this is a common trend. Either Elizabeth is now going by the name Jacqueline or this company just refuses to actually hire decent human beings. Everybody has the same exact experience! They ask about their appointment time and she attack’s them. Something is wrong with that woman!Do not give these people your money. They deserve to close down and will soon if the woman I spoke to was the owner!

The woman who schedules the services is rude and does not follow up. She says she will confirm the appointment and never does. Then she sends the tech guy when you are not expecting and gets upset that you are not home. We experienced this 3 times!!!! Then she blames the customer saying you are not available. If you ask to speak to the owner she does not let you. The owner is her father in law... I guess the techs are probably very upset with this woman as are the customers. The tech that came was good though but never returned because said woman cannot schedule visits!!! I had to hang up the phone on her today due to her erractic behavior. Avoid this company! We warned the warranty company.

My experience with this company has not been the best. Their communication with customers is horrible. The road tech was great. they picked my T.V. up 06/28/2017. I was told it would be 7 to 10 business days. I called on the 10th day and was told it would be ready that following Monday. They said they would contact me for the delivery. No call. I called them and they told me now they are waiting on a part. Weeks went by no word from them. I had to call again. I finally got my T.V. back 07/20/201. T.V. went out again with the same problem 08/31/2017.I called the warranty company AMT Warranty Corporation that uses them. AMT set an appointment for today 09/05/2017 between 8 A.M. to 12 P.M. and of course no word from them. Called them today and they told me because I set the appointment Friday with AMT and they were closed that Thursday and Friday. They have not download the appointments. Needless to say I have wasted a half-day of my time. Both companies are horrible. Do not buy BrandsMart brand T.V. and the warranty they supply.

On September 26, 2017 I brought my B&W CMD-1 speaker to Electronic Laboratory because the tweeter was working but no sound was coming from the woofer.My wife had knocked the speaker off the pedestal and I assumed there was internal damage.The tech said he could not tell what the cost of repair would be until it was tested. He asked for and I gave him a $53.00 deposit that was to be applied to the cost of repair.NOTE: The store later told me the man I left the speaker is not a technician.He seemed pretty knowledgeable to me.Even if the person who took the speaker in is not a technician when a technician looked at the speaker he or she would and am sure did see the problem right away.The next day I got a call and was told the problem was the jumpers between the 2 sets of inputs were missing and had been replaced.I assume they were knocked off when the speaker fell.I am not an audiophile and had no idea the jumpers were missing or why I needed them.However an electronic repair shop would certainly know this and obviously did see this when I brought the speaker in and placed it on the counter.The store pointed out to me that I should have seen the problem myself since the matching speaker did and does have jumpersI agree. Stupid on my part.I accept the fact that I agreed to pay the deposit and technically it was earned as I did not recognize the problem.However I believe a REPUTABLE shop seeing the problem right away would have told me and sent me on my way at no charge.There was no testing or lengthy diagnosis, just a simple 2-3 second observation.When I picked up the speaker I mentioned the above. The tech said he could have told me he had replaced the woofer and charged me $200, I guess to convince me that he is “reputable.”

They would tell you if they can fix it or if its worth it, so they wont just tell you Well fix it just to take your money.I took a CR-7A Discrete Nakamichi Cassette Player/Recorder that seemed to be frozen with lights on but moving. There arent too many places in the United States that can professionally work on a product that the company does not exist anymore even being in their time the best cassette player/recording company in the world. In the US probably there are 3 or 4 that can work on these electronics and this store in Pompano Beach, Florida are able to stand up to any of the others with personal proofs. They were able to work on it and fix it perfect, I am very happy because this unit is the second best unit Nakamichi made behind the famous Dragon model and I really love how it works.The price was adequate because this unit is worth about $2000 when is in mint condition which this one is. Like I said before, this lab did everything they promised and I was happy to be able to drive 60 miles to this place and well worth it to bring it directly to them and not mail it and risk damages on the transportation, insurance and aggravations.This place to me is A-1.

I was having problems with my new receiver and I was very aggravated. I was told that it would take approximately 7-10 days. My receiver was taken to the back room as I explained the issue I was having. Before we could complete the paperwork they started working on it and found the problem.......IT WAS USER ERROR!!! I am so glad they were honest people and got on it right away. The hardest part was telling my family that there was NOTHING wrong with it! 😂

One of my DJ partners needed to get his Poineer DDJ-SZ controller repaired for a few months now. He went to two other places to get it fixed. Unfortunately, neither place were able to assess the issue. One of the two repair shops had his unit for over a week. My Pioneer DDJ-SZ completely stopped working in the middle of a wedding on June 29, 2019. I contacted my DJ partner and requested that he take me with him when he is ready to take his controller to get fixed. We agreed to check out Electronic Laboratory on July 1, 2019. Liz, the receptionist and part owner, was very jovial and confident that Jason, the other owner would be able to fix both of our problems. She assured us that within two days, they will be able to give a diagnosis. Within a few hours off us leaving our electronics with them, Liz called us with the logistics. We gave them the green light to go ahead and fix them. We both received a call on July 2nd informing us that everything is fixed and for us to bring our DJ laptops to test them out prior to us collecting the controllers. We both are extremely satisfied customers and will definitely continue to do business with Electronic Laboratory. They rock!

I dropped off my home audio unit, an Onkyo. It took some time for the parts to arrive. However, they buttoned it up and tested it out, and I didnt pay a dime. Thank goodness for a decent warranty. These guys were great, and Ill definitely use them again in the future.

This company does not even deserve 1 star...worse customer service ever from Liz (The scheduler...as she said, shes the only person I can speak to). In her own words, Allen (the owner who happens to be her father is never there nor talks to clients). We have a warranty through Best Buy and this company (EL) is contracted to do the service repairs. We had an appointment scheduled for a specific date & time. This woman (Liz) calls me to ask if we will be home today between 12 & 3 as they are in the area. I said No, were working and wed like to keep our original appt. She said that it didnt work for them because they will not be in the area that day and that they will have to call us back when theyre back in our area. It doesnt make sense that the client has to be available whenever is convenient for them and leave work to run home to expect them. What are appointments for??? Liz, you may need to take a course on Customer Service and record yourself to hear how you speak to the clients. We dont owe you anything! We pay for this service, youre not doing it for free. If anything clients keep you in business...Dont forget that!PS: Had to hung up on her because it was annoying just listening to her unhappy voice and negative answers!

Apparently I spoke with the owner LIZ today. I have a faulty computer on my 1 year old Samsung refrigerator which they have been out to service. They ordered a part that took a long time to get. I had to return to the east coast for several weeks so I called and alerted them to that fact. Told LIZ I would be in Florida for a specific time period and wanted to get it done then. She called me a 9:30 am this morning, to inform me that I had a window between 12 -3 today, with 3 hours notice. I am not available due to a prior appointment I could have changed with prior information. I said can we rearrange the appt to do it another time this week. She said NO and she was going to send my part back and she said who knows how long it will take to get it back. As a threat. I’ve never been spoken to in this manner, it will be the last. #SAMSUNG. Get ride of these people. There giving you a bad name

Not reliable doesn’t provide any window of time a day ahead literally you have to stay home all Day hoping that they show up. The technician was kind and friendly but whoever answers the phone is awful they haven’t updated the notes to my warranty company and it was promised by end of day. No sense of urgency and I’ve been without a refrigerator for a week and they couldn’t fix the problem. Not sure how they received an average of 3 stars. Warrantech needs to place them on a do not call list obviously they are too rich to handle the business they are being paid for. 🏃🏾‍♀️ run far away from dealing with them even as a last resort🚫🚫🚫

Real battle dealing with the receptionist. Someone that should NEVER work in Public Relations! Company should seriously consider replacing her or be prepared for negative reviews overall reflecting the company and/or lawsuits with the threatening undertones from this female.However, a company cannot be judged by the sole unprofessionalism of one employee. Sam, the technician, was very professional and with my professional experience with electronic component repair, he showed confidence and quality work standards.I would recommend this company..... if you can handle the initial battle with the receptionist.

I have a contract through American Home Shield (AHS). They contracted Electronic Laboratory (EL) to do the work. The contractors for AHS are contractually obligated to schedule the repair within 24hrs. & complete the service within 48hrs. I decided to call EL as it was getting close to the 24hr. window. I wanted time to coordinate my time around when they would be servicing my appliance. I spoke with Elizabeth who seemed to be having a bad day as when I asked when the service would be, she stated Thursday & someone would call by end of day to provide a time. When I suggested Wednesday may not work, she stated that next week sometime would be the earliest. I asked if anything could be done before then, she eluded to the fact that they dictate the service call & that I would need to accommodate them. I agreed for Wednesday & Elizabeth stated someone would be calling by end of day. Wednesday morning no one had called. I cancelled the service call through American Home Shield. Shortly after Elizabeth called & stated someone would be there between 10:00 & 1:00, I said would not be available since no one called the day before to let me know a specific time. I also mentioned I cancelled because of the lack of communication & Elizabeth got defensive. I see there is other reviews regarding dealings they had with the Woman who schedules the service. Ill bet its Elizabeth. First impressions mean a lot. Take this review for what its worth. Maybe Elizabeth is having a bad week. Based on the other reviews & my experience, I would bet Elizabeth needs to realize what Customer Service & how 1st impressions impact the business.

I just had Tom out to my home to repair my LG refrigerator that no power. Tom was out to my home on a Tuesday morning and diagnosed the refrigerator and said that he would be back with the part within 7 - 10 business days. Two days later, I received a phone call from a very nice woman named Liz to schedule the return visit for Friday morning with the same technician Tom. Tom arrived first thing Friday morning and installed the part that he ordered and my refrigerator was repaired within 3 days. Thank you Liz and Tom at Electronic Laboratory.

The women (Elizabeth) who calls to confirm scheduled appointment is highly impatient, rude and has no concept of customer service. She does not have any willingness to work with customers. She even started arguing over the phone telling that she knows all. I decided to cancel my appointment rather wasting my time with her. This was a in-warranty service for Samsung. I also reported my feedback to Samsung.If you want to get humiliated and insulted .. please go ahead and use these guys.

Top notch customer service!The warranty for my tv was given to them by Walmart. I called to schedule a pickup, and they came the next day to pickup which wasnt an easy feat since the drive was at least an hour long. Once received, I loved how their customer service kept me in the loop of the status of my tv, and what the next steps were since I had never dealt with a repair warranty before. Once completed, I was notified right away, received my tv and am super happy with the results! I definitely will refer my friends!

Im not sure at all what some of the people who have left scathing reviews below mine are smoking but I had an AMAZING experience with the folks at Electronic Laboratory.Im sure people get upset when their electronics stop working and have to deal with the process involved with getting them repaired but remember people... it isnt the fault of the staff of Electronic Laboratory that your stuff isnt working...I purchased three TVs over the weekend, two for my boys and one for me. After unboxing and setting up all of them, leaving mine for last, I noticed a vertical bar on my new TV, my kids were happy with their new TVs... me not so much.Like everyone Im busy, my house is currently being remodeled, I have children, Im a single father and I I work full time, add some elderly parents to take care of... Ive got my hands full. Needless to say its a challenge for me to do anything without careful coordination. I couldnt lug the TV back to the store without calling in a couple of favors to get a vehicle big enough to transport it so I went the repair route.I called LG and they stated I would have someone out the next day. Their authorized service center is Electronic Laboratory and I thought since the service call was created on Sunday that Monday would be impossible. Monday morning, stuck in my morning commute, I called the phone number LG had given me and spoke with Liz.Even without having her first cup of coffee Liz was professional, pleasant and provided great customer service. You can tell when someone smiles as they speak to you on the phone, she was happy to help me and from what I gathered their company is family owned so they take pride in doing what they do.I briefly explained my situation was and she was able to find my service order quickly, confirm my address, and set expectations for my service appointment. Tom would be my technician and he was expected to arrive at my home between 2 - 6 PM. She said that hed call me with a heads up before arriving.Living in South Florida traffic is always an issue, commuting over 3 - 4 hours daily I understand how one accident on any of the major highways we have down here can cause delays. Lets be real, every major artery in South Florida is under construction at the moment (they all have been for many, many, many years) traffic is horrendous down here.As promised, Tom called and gave me the heads up, he was professional, knowledgeable and was able diagnose my issue quickly. He explained that at some point within the next 3-5 days the part needed would arrive and theyd be back out to install it. I could speak with Liz at the office for more specific details...Tom was AMAZING.Dont be turned off by the negative comments you read below, were all human and if we treat each other with respect and kindness any inconvenient issue can be resolved. We just need to have a little patience.I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family who require repairs with their electronics. Im a big believer that we should support local businesses. Ill do so without any reservation knowing that they will be taken care of the same way I would be.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!First they called & left 1 tmessage on my phone at 8am then I get a very loud knick on my door like the SWAT team was outside 5 TIMES in a row AT 10AM it 2as this companys tech that showed up with NO APPOINTMENT. I was in the restroom & my 4 yr old son was in the living room scared. I finally get to the door & this tech tells me they called multiple times with no answer to fix my tv. I was severely pissed off that they sent someone to my house with NO APPOINTMENT AT ALL. When I called the office to complain I got screamed at by the CSR that answers the phone. Telling me u abused the tech.... this company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.P.S. THE LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON NEEDS A NEW JOB ASAP...

Lady was not a repair man (phone) answered all my questions even tho i know the repair cost (150 for a 200 tv) i know how to repair it (im too lazy right now im a computer guy not a xbox or dishtv guy) so i wanted to scrutinize them why 150 for a 10 LED repair kit. She said manufacture hav dif prices i dont believer her as high as 80 to 100 for a set of LEDs after interrogating her serveral repeated questions later (how much is the most LED kit) and lastly she said 2 to 3 hours for repair so basically they are charging you 40 to 50 dollars an hour and the 150 price is from other one man operations out of their homes kinda thing this was a buisness complex w secretaries and who knows it prob would have been at LEAST 240 to repair my 42inch $200 haier flat... lol seems like the lady has taken the past reviews to heart and has made an excellent come back. But i warn you tv repair is a no brainer. I would do it myself but i built a CPU instead like ive always wanted and am just too lazy to fix a tv i wont really use in the long run. In the end they didnt wanna buy my tv so yep thats all folks

Within 3 days it was determined that the TV was not worth repairing and I was contacted by my extended warranty company and Electronic Laboratory and advised that the TV was being replaced. Rude, belittling, and belligerent customer service. I asked to speak with a manager who proceeded to blame me for the first agents behavior and then threatened to not return our property if I were to place a complaint. Will update again when if/when I receive my equipment back. 3 weeks and still waiting (after being promised 2). But I can pretty much guess how this will turn out in the end.

Some people may be skeptical about all t.v. service companies. I will tell you Electronic Laboratory is awesome. They sent a service man, Sam, to my house. He was great..really went above and beyond. He undoubtedly knew what he was doing and had my t.v. up and working within 30 minutes. I now have another issue with a t.v. and when I called Electronic Laboratory the assistant Liz was amazing. I told her my problem and she told me to call Mitsubishi directly as they were having problems with the part I needed and that if I called that Mitsubishi would most likely pay for the part. Yep...she was 100% percent right. I called Mitsubishi and they are paying for the part. Now, some not so ethical service companies would have just taken my money for the part and service but not Liz. She saved me hundreds of dollars. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been honest and really went above and beyond. Dont hesitate calling Liz and ask for Sam if hes available!!!!

So i have a warranty with The Home Depot for my Dishwasher and I had Electronic Laboratory come out and diag it and I know because my appliance is under warranty it would take a little bit to get the part because it has to be ordered directly through Home depot,and the lady(Liz) on the phone was sooooooo sweet and explained everything to me and you people writing these bad reviews need to chill because parts do take a while through warranty,I have had them fix a Tv for me out of warranty and because they were able to order parts on their own I had the Tv back to me in 3 days working perfect and at a very reasonable price...They are as honest as companys get I sent a neighbor into them with a stereo that was not working and it ended up being a switch that was turned off and they could have told them it was something else and instead they didnt!!!I highly recomend this company!!Oh and By the way not to go off track but my Dishwasher was reparied and very happy =)

THE WORST. I waited over 3.5 hours for an appt. that I was told would be the first appt. of the morning. When I made my appointment I was told it would be between 9-1. I told Dion that I worked and needed a appt. first thing in the morning. He promised I would be the the 1st and it would be between 9-10. I called at 11:15 and got a women on the phone who told me that he was on his way. After waiting another 30 minutes I called back and she told me that she knew how this was going and find someone else. I lost 4 hours out of my work day waiting for a repair person and they had the never to cancel the appt. on me. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY NOT ABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS and get the work done. Id never use them and will be contacting LG to have them taken off a referral. By the way, their business reporting says they have 3 employees all others are freelancers so they have no control over who does work for them. The only reason there is one star is because I cant post without a marking a star

Droped unit off for check out for repair. Was quoted a very high price to have unit repaired. I told them not to fix it and that I would pick it up. I did not pick it up with in 2 weeks and was told they where going to charge me $140 in storage for the unit. Lady was rude to me on the phone and was rude to my wife when she droped it off.If I where you I would go some where else for repair!

We were sent there by Marantz as they are an authorized repair location. They gave us instructions to ship the item with payment in the form of a check. We were told that the unit would be ready and shipped within 14 days from approval but the unit was not ready then. We had to drive 3.5 hours down to pick up the unit because it was not shipped due to them not receiving the money order still 4 days later and we are in the same state. We were never told about payment options once the repair was completed and once it was time to pay they would not take another business check, credit card payment, or Paypal payment. We had to get a money order or cashiers check only. Online it states they accept Visa and MasterCard but they would not allow us to use this option. Once there, we were told that our unit was in fact not fixed despite being told 5 days earlier that it was ready to ship. Once it was diagnosed we received an invoice with a fair price but was later told that it was wrong and the price doubled for the repair. The tech did not test the board that had corrosion from the spill that created the problem and this was his excuse as to why the unit was not ready even though they had replaced a $200 board already. You could clearly see the reminiscence of the fluid on the board when he took it apart to show me. We knew that the fluid damaged the unit hence why we took it for repair why he didnt notice or feel the need to test that one is beyond me. They were negligent in fully testing the boards prior to giving us an estimate. Liz was completely rude with the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced both on the phone and in person. She was completely nasty and defensive to the point of aggressive when we were at the shop to pick up the receiver. Jason did rectify the situation by offering a newer model unit in place of ours since ours was not ready which helped some but the whole experience was completely horrid.

My LG TV broke after only having it for a month and LG customers service sent me Electronic laboratory to fix my tv at home. Omg Electronic laboratory is the worst. They came out 2 days later to look at my TV and then told me they have to order a part that supposedly would take 3 days to come in which it didnt. I called a week later and was told it takes 7 days for a part to come in not 3. Called last Thursday was told the part was coming in that day and they would call me Monday (yesterday) to set up an appointment for today. I called them this morning and they tell me that they spoke to me yesterday and that I change the appointment for tomorrow when I never spoke to anyone. So I call LG to complain about them and they didnt really want to hear me or do anything about it. So Ive had a broken TV for the past three weeks and lets see if it gets fixed tomorrow. Dont use electronic laboratory for your tv repair and dont buy a LG tv.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give them no stars. I was obligated to use them for a warranty repair. HORRIBLE customer service. After waiting over 1 week for an appt. (which we had confirmed with a case number) they didnt show up that day claiming the appt. was the next day. The woman on the phone was absolutely the most horrible, rude person Ive ever had to deal with. The guy came the next day and took the TV. We were told that they WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT FOR 7-10 DAYS!!! More than two weeks went by and we finally got an appt. to have the TV returned. I couldnt be available for 1 of the hours of the appt. window. They wouldnt come back again for another week. AGAIN, they didnt come on the correct day claiming the appt. was the next day. Wheres the negative star button? This company is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. The person answering the phone is beyond rude. They dont make appointments to suit their customers. If you cant make their appointment date you are called at some arbitrary time when they are in your area next. It took three weeks for them to come out to service the tv. Then when the service tech came out, he didnt speak, just removed the tv and handed me a receipt for the tv. He removed the tv without any care AT ALL. When I didnt hear from them after 10 days I called to get an update. The person answering the phone was again rude and snarky. She said unkind things as well. They should NOT be in business. HORRIBLE. GET YOUR TV/ELECTRONIC DEVICE REPAIRED ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Shame on them!
