Linden pointe apartments is highly recommended. Great apartment features that fits the location to complement the modern living. Gym is fully equipped & well kept. I love the pool and the cozy atmosphere of the lobby thats welcome to all residents. Already planning a family gathering at the poolside to celebrate our move in!

DO NOT LIVE HERE, it’s so bad the apartments it’s so small and the price it’s so high for this place PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, they are so rude you can’t drink or smoke on the pool area and anyone can enter in the pool, there was a night that some kids that don’t live here was with a gun on the pool area, the coops got here but the kid was realised in 2 days after and they came back to this pool. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE AND PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS IS NOT A GOOD APARTMENT.

HORRIBLE customer service. When we left the property they try to make us pay for a mark from my TV stand. I found out leasing agents make bonuses when they charge you for items that needs to be fixed inside the units! Be careful when thinking of moving to this property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

General area is NOT safe, only 10 guest spots in the whole complex (which are always taken), expensive rent, small apartments,Ridiculous fees, etc etc etc.Management wants to squeeze every last penny out of you. They will tow your guests cars that are not in the 10 “visitor parking” spots.Looking forward to leaving this place when my lease is up

This is a beautiful apartment complex, but there is no security. I’ve recently had multiple packages stolen from my front door. When brought to the attention of the office staff, I was informed that there are no security cameras in the open air hallways, and no other advice/solutions were provided. It’s upsetting to know that I can no longer have packages sent to my home for fear of them getting stolen- it makes me feel unsafe living here, and we will be moving when our lease is up.

Two nights in a row the building fire alarm has gone off at 2:45am. No one from management has attempted to reach out/apologize/inform about why this is occurring. When calling the office for reassurance, was told it is not currently being fixed, and I am expecting the alarm will go off again tonight. Will likely seek hotel accommodations, and may file suit for reimbursement.

Great job during the pandemic, even when some of my neighbors protested about the closing of the gym and the pool, I really appreciate the way the property managed the quarantine. Every time I use the elevator smells like was just cleaned with bleach, there are signs everywhere with instructions and safety tips. Im feeling safe that it is the most important in this situation.

While the apartments are beautiful inside, I must warn you, they have a ROACH INFESTATION and the ladies in the office will act as if theyre not aware of it, but they are because the same surprised answer they gave me when I moved in almost 3 months ago, they gave another new tenant right in front of me. Aside from this, the management office is not helpful at all, they see tenants as a business, and not as families living in their homes... lastly, the hallways STINK !!!

I love living here. The complex is well kept. The apartments are nice, big in size and super quiet from inside. If maintenance is ever needed. They are fast to take care of. Page and his staff are professional and having a caring attitude. The location is awesome. The only thing I can say. So far any minor issues I have seen have all been due from some tenants that live here. Not picking up after their animal. Forcing gate open god knows why? So far we have had a very enjoyable experience living here.

Very disappointed about the management on this community, our car was stolen from the parking lot overnight and this is the time after 3 days and they are still too busy to look at the only camera in the whole community located at the gates .... has been three time in the office trying to get the tapes and office staff is always very rude and said she is too busy... exit gate has been damaged since we moved the anyone can enter the community.... can’t wait for our lead to be over and leave this place.

I moved 2 months ago and I have had the Best experience. The apartments are huge, the social areas, the pool, lounge, business center are pristine and luxurious. I go to the gym every morning and the equipment is always clean, there is always courtesy water, and the perfect music and AC temperature.Also the people living here is respectful, quite and they have a sense of community. Some weekends they get together around the pool.5 stars

I’m so happy to call this place home! I was a little nervous relocating from my previous home but the office staff was so inviting and made the transition so smooth. The property manager Lucy and her staff are so professional and handles any issues I might have with urgency. I love that I can work from home at times in our gorgeous club house, its so clean and just inviting and quiet. My apartment was super clean when I moved in and just so peaceful! I’m so glad I chose Linden Pointe and hope to be here until I purchase my new home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cleanliness, professionalism, and a place that truly feels like home!

Worst place ever. It is filthy enough to not invite friends over anymore. Embarrassing how dirty the halls are. There is no grounds maintenance except around the clubhouse where potential renters see. Vomit on wall in hallway for over two months. Lights in parking lot broken. 12 cases of identity theft in our building alone. We questioned property manager and they admitted that anyone who works on grounds or for Harbor Management has full access to all renters files. Security gates broken more often than working. Find somewhere else to live.

I’ve been living here for about 8 months now and I love it. The staff is great they always give their 100% effort. The pool area is beautiful at all times! The gym is always nice and clean, I recommend this place to everyone that is looking. It ranges from folk in their 20’s up to 60’s and everyone seems to get along. We moved in about a month ago. The staff are very friendly and it was a smooth move in. The place is generally quiet and peaceful. As for all the parking issues in the other reviews, I dont see an issue or havent experienced any of those issues. Theyve added way more guest parking. Theres a community park right behind the complex and theyve added a pedestrian gate for resident access. The only thing I would improve is the hallways outside the doors, its partially outside and echos what anyone is saying, the doors arent sealed entirely and I had to add some sealant around our door.People dont pick up after their dogs a lot, but you will find that everywhere.Maintenance is fast and courteous.All in all a good place to live.

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. Please do not waste your money renting here. The grounds are not up kept and residents are disrespectful. Each apartment is so expensive, however they NEVER laid mulch down around the entire community, they freed up more parking spaces but everyone still parks on the curbs, the gates are consistently broken, and neighbors are disrespectful to each other by not cleaning up after their pets (there is dog poop EVERYWHERE) and being loud at all hours of the night. Please look elsewhere, I promise you will feel the same way once you sign your lease here.

Linden Pointe is a great place to live. Common areas and amenities are very well kept. Neighbors are super friendly. Staff is amazing. Colton is the best!!! He really makes sure that the residents are happy. If theres ever a problem he will go out of his way to fix it. Love the pool parties, movie nights, wine tastings and all the other stuff they have for the residents. Great way to meet the other neighbors and always fun.

The apartment itself is pretty nice but recently they changed the parking policy so that we cant have visitors ever. There is no more visitor parking which I think is absolutely insane. I wish we wouldve known that they were changing the parking policy when we moved in during the summer so that we wouldnt have moved here. Its a shame that we cant show our friends and family our new apartment because theres no where for them to park. Residents have friends and family so when changing the policy they didnt fully take into consideration a residents needs. Personally I think they should replace the lake in the middle of the complex with more parking, but thats just me. Instead they chose to remove visitor parking completely. My roommates and I were very happy with the complex until the parking policy was changed.

I moved out and had the place professionally cleaned including the carpets they still charged me for carpet replacement and a cleaning fee as well as a higher rent my last month. They also claim my FOBs were never turned in and charged me a random $50 final water bill when my water was never above $35. Shady management company if you ask me.Edit - they sent me an invoice asking me to pay over $1000 in repairs after keeping my deposit. I sent them a rebuttal saying they still actually owed me $675. They responded by sending me to collections and affecting my credit! I will tell everybody far and wide to never rent here!

Renters beware. Read all of the commentary provided by various individuals. Lived here a year, had neighbors constantly fighting and it took over three months to resolve. The leasing office did not consider to offer a new apartment until I suggested. Numerous break-ins (not notified by management), broken amenities, and as everyone else mentioned - no parking! Have visitors? They suggest they park across the street. Why doesnt site management park across the street? Save some money and find a place more inland or go a bit further along US1 for a better place.

Ive lived here for a few months, and its not as terrible as the reviews make it sound. I would recommend requesting an apartment on the 3rd of 4th floor. It really helps reduce the noise level from the bottom floors.Parking is getting corrected. Lots of room for improvement there but management is actively working on a solution. That being said, Ive only had one incident with parking and the office manager and the rest of the staff responded immediately.It is an apartment complex, with 200+ units. Some people dont pickup their pet waste but there is plenty of bags and trash cans available. I guarantee that will be an issue at many apartment complexes.Maintenance is very quick, if there is a need.Also, the power was on pretty quick after the hurricane last year, and thats a huge plus!

Im currently looking for a new place and so are a couple of my friends. This place looked promising until I read the reviews. Has anything improved?? Is guest parking available yet, if not when will it be? Are you that strict about using the grill with friends? Are the grounds still dirty from people not cleaning up after pets, is maintainance helping with this? Is there security or video cameras around--the bonus of living in a gated zone is to feel safe. Can you hear people through walls? There arent many gated places in the area, it sounds like youre taking advantage of people.

Just called their leasing office and the lady that picked up the phone was rude and unhelpful. She was annoyed by my questions and had 0 interest in helping me. I was looking to rent here for either 1 bedroom or 2 but her attitude pushed me far away from wanting to ever live there. Its 5/9/2016 I called around 10:30am and I didnt get her name but hopefully management or corporate offices will narrow down who this person is. You want a helpful, cheerful and pleasant person answering your phones, this person is ruining your reputation and sales.

Update: New management installed a lot of new landscaping and a number of new parking spaces. I havent ever had any parking issues. I still really like living here! So convenient. I have been in the management office a few times and staff is always really sweat and very helpful. My sense is there are a few people living here who can never be satisfied.Moved in a month ago and i really like it here so far. New Property Manager seems to really be working hard on this Property. I really like the location as its very close to my office in Boca and I dont have to pay Boca rents! I was worried about the negative reviews, but the staff has a construction team out here working now on adding additional parking spaces throughout the property, they also added new landscaping/palm trees around my building. The staff responded really well to the Hurricane. Im not sure how it was before, but I really like it here.

Sadly new rules have made it so I have to park across the street and walk the entire way around the complex to go to his apartment. These rules are so bad my friend is even considering breaking his $$$$ lease. Are we still considered a gated community if our gate is always broken?-update since no one wants to respond to my review. The gate is fixed after a week and a half. There is still no parking. OH and great news? The towing company doesnt even work for jeffersons anymore. So if I wanted to tow the 15+ cars in front of my building that dont have decals. I CANT! & Ill continue parking on the curb due to NO SPOTS.

Me, my wife, and our baby lived here for the year lease but wished we could have left earlier. The apartment is nice and some of the staff is very nice but that is all the good I can say.The parking really is terrible and Everytime someone complains the management company says they will do something but they never do because they dont do anything. It really is terrible so if you live in specific buildings be prepared to walk all the way across the complex or park illegally and risk being towed.Its a little overpriced but not by much which makes sense because it is new and I get that, but thought you should know too.Amenities are nice and unlike every other complex I have lived in are used basically all the time and there are a lot of parties thrown at them. This doesnt help the parking situation as their is technically no guest parking but people do it anyways and take spots away from residents.Thought I would also mention that their were brake ins that happened occasionally as there are some sketchy people around. There was also a terrible drunk driving incedent inside the gates that totalled 4 cars and destroyed the wall in-between gates.There are a lot nicer and cheaper apartments elsewhere. Apart from one person who worked there everyone else was mediocre at best some of them down right rude.If that is the kind of place you want to live at go for it

I have absolutely no idea where the reviews with good ratings for this place is coming from, but I am most certain they do not live here. Our gate has been wide open since Friday, of course it also stayed open for Memorial Day and still, it is wide open. Why is this even considered a gated community when we have car break-ins almost daily now? It doesnt matter whether you live here or not - anyone can easily come in and park now. So if you work 9-5 and catch the traffic and come home at 6? Guess what? You have no parking, thanks to our Open Gate Policy with Unlimited Guest Parking. Mind you I am paying $1600 for 1-1 and the advertisement shows $1450 ..?

Lived here for a year and glad to be gone. The unit itself is great and beautiful. The staff are great and helpful including fast maintenance. Nothing bad besides design flaws such as the parking lot which theres just simply not enough spots for everyone. For someone working late nights theres nothing more frustrating then walking from the opposite side of the complex having to park up on a curb after a long day. For the price you pay you think you could have a assigned spot. The only other thing is the elevators are pretty loud along with slamming doors.

Just read some of these reviews, and thought Id chime in...Sometimes things get broken, sometimes people dont clean up after their pets, sometimes people slam doors, sometimes people have get togethers, thats life in an apartment community. Thats just life in general. If and when I have had an issue of any of those things, management / maintenance has resolved it.My favorite review is by a non-resident that was accustomed to coming over and using the grill at the pool so frequently that there had to be policy updates, and now theyre upset. Or people upset that there isnt guest parking... How dare management want to take care of the people who live here first.

STAY AWAY! Nothing about this community is luxury. Management treats residents like prisoners. Basically, residents cant have guests. They have 6 guest parking spots in the front of the leasing office for hundreds of residents. They have a deal with a towing company for every car towed they make a profit.NO VISITOR PARKING. Management has not done a thing to fix this issue. As residents we pay a lot of money to live here and its very unfair...dont move here its not worth the stress and hassle. Management cant assign spaces because there isnt even enough spaces to accommodate residents. Instead, they just tow cars every night. I also cant rent a garage because I dont have two vehicles, even though I rent a two bedroom. Nothing makes sense and management does nothing.

My boyfriend and I moved into Linden Pointe in August of 2018. We looked at several apartments around the area but liked this one best when we visited. Pros: Pool area, Gym, Apartment itself, location (spacious, in unit laundry, new appliances, granite/hardwoods, big shower). The pool area and gym are very nice, it almost feels like you are at a resort with the pool tables, outdoor TVs and grills. The apartment itself is very clean and nice, it is very modern and honestly nicer than any of the other apartments we looked at. The location of the apartments is great, its right on Federal; you can get to a publix, target, starbucks, walmart all within an hour. Also deer field beach is only 5 minutes away (sometimes I even run there-6 miles there and back) Cons: Problems with the gate, the pond is dirty, the grass area surrounding the pond is filled with dog poop, price. One of the reasons we originally fell in love with Linden was because it felt safe with the gate system. However, since we moved into the apartments the gates have been broken twice, the first time they were broken for almost three months. The pond, and the area around the pond are constantly dirty which is disappointing because its a beautiful area. If people have a dog they need to pick-up after them! Lastly, the price is a little high for a one bedroom apartment; overall, you do get what you pay for though.

The only issue I found while living at JLP was the parking. There was barely room for residents to park and certainly no guest parking. That is a big issue. Otherwise, my time spent at JLP was awesome. I would definitely recommend it!

The only good thing about this apartment is the apartment itself. Parking is awful and I have a 4 month old I have to truck everything from the back of the complex if I get home after 8pm. Dog poop everywhere. The worst part though is no visitor parking. I dont understand how a place could do that.... Rent is way too high to not be able to have friends or family over!,extrememly inconvienient and embarrassing actually to ask them to park across the street. Getting out of here as soon as we can. And management just shrugs their shoulders. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous community rules stating that you can not have any guests over. The management has no idea what they are doing and they cut corners on everything. They are all about the money at this place and care nothing about their residents. Can not wait to move from this terrible community.

Outrageous new rules, absolutely no parking if you get home after 10pm theyll tow residents that have to make their own parking. New management unhelpful. Feels more like a Assistant Living Community then a luxury apartment complex. Wouldnt recommend.

SECURITY: Management does not advise tenants of break-ins within the community. The iron gates to enter and exit the community have been broken 10 months out of the 12 weve lived here. No Security Cameras in common area parking, etc. Delivered packages are constantly stolen. Maintenance enters your unit unannounced.MANAGEMENT: Managers come and go monthly and even weekly here.Corporate management in Orlando is aware of issues, yet offers no solutions. Colton is the only remaining member of management still working at this site from the day we took occupancy. He doesnt respond to the many complaints of the tenants. He offers no solutions. He is not sympathetic in any way to legitimate issues. He chooses to simply perform minimally and ignore the frustrations and concerns of the tenants. Management does not property screen new tenants. Jefferson Lighthouse Place has such a bad reputation online that they have to compromise all standards to attract quality tenants - and it shows in the declining conditions of the complex. Once the property went up for sale, it was clear that management would accept any tenant in order to fill any vacancies.POOL & BBQ FACILITIES:The pool is way too small for the amount of people that use it. The electric bbqs are of the poorest quality!GROUNDS & STORAGE:I am appalled that people dont clean up after their pets, but Im more appalled that the management does nothing to police this for the benefit of the community. It is disgusting to see urine stained walls and dog feces everywhere! Cockroaches are regularly seen in the hallways. The hallways and stairs are never regularly swept or treated for bugs. Syringes have been found discarded on curbs, in hallways, and near the pool area. Since there has been an overdose death as well as other tenants that have overdosed, we assume the syringes arent for diabetic users. Storage units are not temperature controlled or vented for air flow. Items you store will corrode and mold and mildew due to the extreme humidity.PARKING AND TOWING:Jefferson Lighthouse Place will never have sufficient parking at this site. There arent enough spots for renters, let alone guests.NOISE:Depending on where you live in the complex, the noise can be unbearable. We happen to live in the noisiest area, unfortunately. The sound bounces off of the two buildings overlooking the parking lot and there is nowhere for the noise to be absorbed. Consequently we hear every car alarm, every party, every screaming argument, every drunk that vomits in the middle of the parking lot or sidewalk after a night of partying.RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT:Many tenants that have moved out have been charged against their security deposit for normal living wear and tear. The property charges for carpet replacement yet they only clean it after a move out.

To all potential resident - please do your research excessively before hopping on the happy go lucky train because this is not it. Our gates at this beautiful location were broken and wide open for 6 months now & mind you we pay for security including our gate key fobs which serve absolutely no purpose, like I mentioned the gates are ALWAYS broken 6-9 months out of the year & when they actually fix the gates they make sure everyone knows it, it’ll be emailed, mailed, posted outside and inside of elevators, and lastly it’s at your door. Almost like we should head to the office and give praises for a gate that should work 24/7 365 - however it doesn’t. We have gorgeous hallway paintings with different strokes of dog urine & dog feces, including the elevators which gets cleaned maybe once a month? I’ve only seen our hallways get cleaned once and I’ve been here for a year. But they do make sure daily sometimes hourly that we don’t open the hallway exit doors - because it’s awesome to smell everyone’s trash & food including hearing doors slam one after another echoing so loud I have no clue how anyone sleeps after just one slam. They will literally send someone from the office to visit each hallway in every building to monitor the exit doors, I truly wish they would spend all that energy on fixing the guest parking situation which seems to continue for some residents since this place opened 4 years ago, the same issues are still here because nothing was done to fix them for all this time. All office knows is copy + paste generic responses so they can feel accomplished. Either way, please welcome, enjoy your stay.

Just moved out. Can confirm all of the horror stories about parking and the general dirty nature of the premise due to pets etc. Real reason is to share a note regarding their business practices regarding pets. The apartment complex requires pet rent in the form of $15.00 per animal per month (I had two cats) as well as a $800.00 one time fee (important to note that this is listed as a one time fee and not deposit in the lease). When leaving this past month I was stunned to see that they were going to charge me an additional $475.00 for pet cleaning services in a small 2 bedroom apartment. Beats me what the nearly $1,200 I paid for 12 months of having 2 small cats in my apartment was for. This is of course was unilateral charge done without my consultation after the keys were turned in. I was the idiot that signed the lease with that clause but this is indicative of what your experience at the Jefferson will be like.

Looked here but it became obvious there are too many apartments for the size of the property, and they are extremely small for the amount of rent they are charging. I should have realized this before even driving over there when I then quickly realized they were playing a deception game in using the City Name, Lighthouse Point, when in fact they are not tucked back in City of Lighthouse Point, one of, if not the BEST place to live in Broward County, but instead are located on the WEST side and directly on Federal Hwy. in Pompano, one of the worst cities.

Notice Chad JohnsonFunny how management is trying to make FAKE reviews to boost their rating. This community is a disaster and literally the management is the laughing stock of our community. No, not the sweet girls up front like Macy but the people who run the show with Jag Property management. If you had no idea how to run a property, why buy this large complex in the first place?Why cut corners EVERYWHERE including PARKING?! You say we can not even have guests in the evening - thanks a lot for ruining my social life. We pay A LOT of money to live in these small apartments, and by no means is this LUXURY living.They have just sent out an email to ALL residents on January 27 stating As we continue working on improving our parking policies, please note that between Monday, January 30th and Monday, February 6th Pompano Beach Towing will be conducting a mass towing of illegally parked vehicles.Well if there is no parking in the complex what I am supposed to do park down the street at publix??!?!DO NOT waste your time or energy even viewing these apartment as it will turn into your worst nightmare.NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL.And when asked about the parking situation the management has basically laughed at us and said Deal with it. We are going to tow you.Great job running a terrible community.

Just fyi, if u have an extensive bank account, it doesnt matter to this corporation. They need 3xs the rent in paystubs before you are good enough to “rent” property there. Also, they want $425 to tell u this AND they dont take a check or credit card, money order only. They wouldnt even accept a years rent in advance & gave me the run around for 3 days saying “waiting for a reply from corporate” Miss Jodi wasnt the niceat on the phone either! Being in real estate in Lighthouse Point & also a property owner in Lighthouse Point I will absolutely NEVER refer anyone to to this establishment like I have the past 2 years!!!
