Jesse, from Critter Control is always friendly, respectful, and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what treatments hes doing and why. He is timely concerning his routine visits and is quick to come in emergencies. I live on a canal, so pests and rodents can be a challenge. However, I rarely ever see one now! And its so nice that Jesse always arrives with a cheerful disposition and behaves in a professional manner.

I have monthly maintenance rodent boxes;service was good for first 3 months.The month of July :by the 15th no one showed to service.Contacted online,phone always on hold,never got response.On July 20th customer service told me I was not on schedule but would have a tech call me - never happened.July 22nd Tech came out boxes were totally empty-6 weeks no bait!!!July 26th received bill for July-waiting for Service Manager call to discuss waiving fee for July since the month was not serviced.

They sound good when they speak, but the money you have to cough up for a rat, will make you think twice. $1400 is insane!! Thankfully, I found someone that will do it at half the price. This company is part of Orkin and I had a bad experience with both. Never again!

I contracted with CC to remove a raccoon and her babies who got into the attic above my disabled son’s bedroom. I explicitly told the salesman, the scheduler and the foreman of the crew (in separate conversations) that were to come to my home and seal the raccoon’s entry way, that they could only come in the afternoon because my son couldnt he disturbed in the morning. Despite having a specific conversation with the foreman of the work crew 3 days prior to the work (where he spoke over me, interrupted me and didn’t allow me to ask my questions to assure they would not be there until the afternoon) the work crew showed up at 9 am when I was at work, pounded on the front door and began working on the area of the roof above my son’s bedroom where the raccoon had entered. They then proceeded to pound away with hammers and whatnot. This caused my disabled son to have a severe anxiety reaction and trauma leaving him unable to function for days.When I called the scheduler and foreman to make them stop, no one answered. I eventually called the corporate office and explained the situation. They advised me that they would contact the local office and remedy the situation. I never heard back from the corporate office.The local foreman, who was initially so unprofessional, called me an hour later, and acted as if the conversation that I had with him 3 days before had never happened. He had the same unprofessional attitude that he portrayed in our earlier conversation, but provided no resolution. Since then I have not heard from them, have had to deal with the harm done to my son and to top it all off the raccoon is not gone. The cost. +$1000 aggravation, heartache and a raccoon in my attic.

I thought I had a rodent issue as I was hearing a noise coming from a specific area in my house.I called Critter Control and Carl called me almost immediately and scheduled an appointment to come out and conduct a full inspection.Carl arrived a few minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment and prior to that always kept me informed when he was on his way.Upon arrival, he checked every area of my home and advised that there was no signs of rodents in my house and that the noise that I was hearing was most likely a lizard that climbed into my dryer exhaust vent.Aside from being relieved to hear the goods news, Carl was so professional and helpful, he made a few suggestions to help prevent any potential birds or lizards from entering the vent moving forward.If you ever need someone to check out any issues you may be having with any critter, please call and ask for Carl as you will not be disappointed.

We utilized this company twice. Honestly, both times they did what they said they would do from a removal perspective, but this last time, they sold us on using concrete to close up some gaps in the joins on our roof. In that process they pulled up roof tiles, put some concrete and relaid the tiles. We have had one evening of rain in the past month, but it happened to be 2 days after they did the work and we had a leak. Amazing how bad the leak was considering not much rain. Now, even though we have a monthly Serivce with them, they have refused to even come look at the damage. I have since had it photographed and fixed (inside and out) and they still havent come. I frankly would have been more than reasonable, but wanted them to see exactly the issue, but they refuse to call me back anymore or show up. Company value and values are shown when there is a problem and these guys have been the absolute worst! I could never recommend them and now probably have to charge back or sue them - if for no other reason than principle! NEVER AGAIN!

What a wonderful company. They made a horrible experience a GREAT experience when the raccoon was finally caught. Matt P the tech that came to the house every other day was extremely professional and compassionate. Every time he went to check on the house (findings), he would immediately call me and give me the details of what he encountered and never rushed me off the phone Even when I had to call him back to ask questions, he answered the phone without hesitation. What a service, after having contact by their website... Tim contacted me by TXT and made an appointment. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving, was on time as promised. Listened to my problem, investigated and came to the conclusion I probably had a rogue rat in my house.After asking the next step. He advised me to set a big trap (he could do it for me or hes have me do it myself). I followed his instructions and the next day the rat was (no suffering) deadly trapped. For weeks I have been hunting this animal and all it took was his advice.I couldnt be happier (and so is the wife) with Tims advice. We would like to commend MATT P ..... THE UNDISPUTED RACCOON WHISPERER! We were plagued with a mother raccoon and FIVE youngsters (about 7 months old). Matt set a couple of traps initially and caught the mother overnight. He then set two more traps and caught two of the siblings. He returned the following day to find them all in a huddle, albeit some inside and some outside the cages. We watched (from a safe distance) as he quickly raced across the boulders and tall landscaping after the remaining 3 young ones and actually caught each of them independently with a net. Amazing! The fact that he trapped three and chased after, and caught, the remaining three with his hands was quite a feat! HATS OFF TO YOU MATT FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!! Thank you for your skill, expertise and professionalism. We appreciate you!

I have been using this company for many years. I started with them when I had Rats. They were so good and came back until no more were seen. That is when I decided to use them for bug spray. Always call, always on time and the men that come out are very helpful. Price is fair. Very happy with critter control. They take good care of there customer.

The team at Critter Control were professional and caring of my Rat intruder. The response time was quick and my Critter was removed. They sent in a fantastic group of people to repair all of the possible openings on my roof, eaves and covered my vents and in some areas used mesh and concrete. The traps were removed and a microbial was sprayed in the attic to prevent any airborne diseases from occurring.From start to finish one company did it all. After reading so many positive reviews about Critter Control, I decided to give them a try and I am so glad that I did. From the very beginning they were prompt and courteous. The technicians always called before they arrived and explained everything in detail. I feel very comfortable in my home now after the work they performed. Multiple phone calls to set up work. Exclusions done in May without trapping first. I questioned that. Called in August and September for follow up, because I was hearing critters in my attic. It took 2weeks to come over and address the problem. Inconsistent in checking the traps in the attic. In fact, they were supposed to come by last night and check the traps for the last time. They did not. Never call before arriving, just show up. Very disappointed

The inspector came out first to inspect the property he was very professional . Than the next day Spence came out in the morning . I was excited to see him because I had a mother raccoon and her 4 babies living in my attic probably 4 months old the babies . Spence called his buddy Matt and they both caught 3 babies . I feel more comfortable now to leave my house . They set traps out for the mom and 1 more baby to get caught . Called critter control when I heard noises in the attic. They were very responsive and said that they could remove the critter but recommended that I pay for a package to seal all entry ways into the house and that way they would remove the critter and prevent future critters from coming in. They guaranteed that if I had any issues they would come back and take care of any critters. They were successful at removing the critter and I was happy with their results.

I was having issues with roof rats in my attic. I live in Parkland and being all the way out west, I was told that the only way to stop the rats from coming in, is to have the attic sealed. I didn’t want to spend the money, but after falling from the attic and shattering my ankle, by trying to do it myself. I found critter control who was in my neighborhood in Heron Bay.I was truly impressed by the prompt response of Critter Control. The salesman Steve was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they will get the job done. The technician Jimmy was very helpful, and he was here 3 times a week, and gave me a lot of information about rodents and other pests. Finally the permanent closure of all the openings was completed and crew chief Jose was excellent. Jose called the day before and let me know what time he will be here and was on time. Jose explained everything that his crew was going to do. After the job was completed, Jose showed me before and after pictures as well as video.I believe you get what you pay for, and Critter Control has been excellent in everything they have done for me. All the staff has been very receptive and very professional. If you have any issues with rodents, call Critter Control, they are the professionals.

Critter Control was a great experience. Steve came by to assess our problem and we decided to have our home totally protected. Jose and his crew came out several days later and did a wonderful job. Neat, clean and efficient. Everything was done in half a day and the result is fantastic. No more worries. Great organization.

Critter Control was the BEST option for my attic remediation. From the beginning inspection done by Eddie, to the crew that actually did the insulation removal, sanitizing, and placing new insulation, these gentlemen were pros. They took detailed photos showing the damage done and any openings that a rodent can enter, so you knew exactly what needed to be done and there were no surprises. You have before and after photos to compare. Youll see all the entry points sealed and vents covered with a wired mesh. Critter control did a phenomenal job. To further add to their professionalism, the lights in one of my bathrooms were no longer working after they blew in the new insulation. Definitely an accident, probably pulled a wire or something, but the manager Steve gave me a call and scheduled an electrician to come out right away and fix it. I have to say that this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was a pleasure doing business with Critter Control, and I would highly recommend them! A+

We called them about a smell coming from an HVAC vent that we thought was due to a dead rodent - all of which we explained when we called. They said they could help but when they got to the house, the technician said, that’s coming from the vent, we can’t help you. And they still charged the $99 fee for coming to the house. Not impressed.

To beat out the rats you have to seal up your home. I wished I would have understood that many months ago! Critter Control is the best in the business for an attic inspection with many dated photos, rat trapping, sanitizing your attic (optional) and sealing up all entries into your home (between roof elevations, pipes on the roof, etc.) All with a one year warranty! Contracting with Critter Control was a good choice for us. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about their job. Steve did the initial assessment and explained everything. I had racoons and rats in my attic. Critter control came out, spent time, explained everything. They removed my soiled/ruined insulation and replaced it with new stuff that rodents wont nest in. Ben was my savior, truly. I had discovered rats in my attic only hours before he arrived at my door. Despite extreme heat and three separate entries to attic, he confirmed problem and efficiently started remedial work after explaining all details of the procedure. Traps set, he arrived the following morning to discover one culprit already found. A more pleasant, efficient expert cannot be found!

Tom was absolutely awesome! I heard something running around in my ceiling at work but could not figure out what it was. I had five different critter control type companies come out and have a look and none of them were able to figure it out. I called critter control and they sent Tom!. He was very thorough and didnt stop until he was able to figure out what it was. He even went as far as to go on the roof of our building. Eventually, he figured out what it was and caught it immediately. Was extremely helpful and very kind!!

I can not say enough about the service and professionalism I received from critter control throughout this process. This was a very traumatic experience when your home is invaded by rodents and you feel completely helpless. I found critter control online and hoped for the best. I ended up being very lucky to find such an amazing company !! From the initial visit when the owner of the company showed up to do the consultation. He sat with me and walked me through every aspect of the process step by step. Was very up front about the cost and time it would take to complete the process. He also gave me his personal cell phone and told me to reach out to him at anytime with any questions or issues which I did on a few occasions and he always picked up or got back to me right away. He also evaluated my house and said I would need a plumber because of where the problem was and pointed out how he could save me money by not double charging me for services that the plumber would have to perform also. In addition he recommended a plumber to me who was amazing named mike. This guy was legit and super knowledgeable. Next he had jimmy contact me who handled the trapping and weekly visits. He was always on time and very thorough and also very professional. The emitiré process took about a month. Today he sent a team out to completely seal of my house and remove and replace all of the insulation. These guys were like a military special forces team. They were organized, professional, and efficient. We’re there about 6 hours and got my house back to brand new. Randy, Tristan,Fabian, Rick and Jose were the guys that did the work today and I was very impressed. I would recommend critter control to anyone I know and feel very confident in the service they provide. If you have a rodent issue these are the guys for the job.

Do not use this company, they charged us $1000, to seal all points of entry to stop rodents from entering our home, they then turn around and opened another entry. And they have been giving us the run around and delaying when they will closed the openings they created. My mom just saw a huge rat in the kitchen. Of course on they website they had nothing but 5 star reviews. I do not recommend them.

Critter Control provides outstanding customer service. I appreciate Mike S. taking care of my bee situation. He contacted me before the extermination, when it was completed, and then returned two days later to follow up and ensure that the bees were gone! Thank you, Mike, and thank you, Critter Control! I highly recommend these professionals for your critter needs!

I did not post 5 Stars because our Critter was not what was expected. Thats what took so long to figure out and solve the issue.Otherwise, the company and John were very professional. Always calling to tell me when they will be arriving. Sending before and after pictures so I know the work was done. Bringing their own equipment so I didnt have to do anything.Everyone always assumed it was a rat, but we had a lizard stuck in the wall. After all the exclusions and traps were placed - and stayed empty, the only way was cut the wall and actually find it. But it was done!If I had another issue, I would definitely use this company again. Especially if you are suspecting a bigger animal then just cockroaches...

They do a really horrible job unless you decide to sign a contract with them. They dont care about impressing one time customers and hence dont offer any type of warranty for us. They only offer warranties for those who sign up for their monthly/yearly offer. It has been a few weeks since theyve been here and I have ants on my counters and nightstands. And saw a baby roach alive and well in my restroom a week ago.ALSO, they urge everyone to review them prior to the person even visiting your house. THAT is why they have so many 5 star reviews.Bad job was done. Either that or they use useless chemicals. Find another company. Thats what Ill be doing from now on.Dear Critter Control,If you want to obtain new long lasting customers, do the job right the first time.AVOID.

From the first phone call and the initial consultation I knew we partnered with the right group. Prompt and continuous communication makes Critter Control tops in our book. Matt P. of Critter Control was determined to help us in finding and removing the Raccoons that made our attic their home. Living in So. Florida for over 35 years gives me a great appreciation of the brutal heat we endure, but nothing compares to the drive and will that Matt had while enduring several trips in our attic crawl space in his quest to find and evict our unwanted guests. We heard chipping sounds above our new born babys crib / room, so we googled companies and came across Critter Control, no wonder why most to all of the reviews were 5 stars! As soon as I called customer service, they instantly advised me that a wildlife specialist will be contracting me soon. Within an hour, Eddie called and said he will meet me in 30 min. When Eddie arrived at our house he instantly went up to the roof and located the opening where the chipping noise was coming from..Then, he spent about 2 hours up in the attic safely removing 2 baby ducklings that were stuck in a crawlspace in our attic. Then Eddie fumigated the area and safely secured the opening. It was a pleasure working with Eddie and Critter Control. Highly recommend and thank you again Eddie for saving the ducklings and keeping our house and our baby safe!

Rudy was very informative regarding the insect issues we were having one of them being the discovery of big headed ants that had been biting my 1 year daughter. Rudy took his time and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I was not left with any questions. Best experience by far!

The people at Critter Control are very knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic to those of us who go out of our mind regarding bugs of any kind. I highly recommend them. The manager, Heidi who sets the appointments is extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to. Rudy is my technician; he is thorough and communicative and always calls a day in advance to ask if there are any issues that need to be specifically addressed. I had a major spider infestation in my enclosed pool area which I alerted him to. He took care of it and validated that indeed there was.
