Terrible customer service. I asked a lady if she knew when they would have more table cloths of a certain color and she just said, no i dont and turned away from me. Later I found they had the back wall with more table cloths of the color i needed. There was no greeting as I came in. Checkout took so long too. And there was no thank you at the end. Wow.

I go here for most of my party supplies. I always geek out and fill up either my cart or basket. They have the best candy! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went to look for 21st . Birthday decorations they only had one pattern gold black and silver i wish they had more .. but it did have alot of different patterns for children s party which was good plus alot of different things i never see anywhere else .. i really liked the pinatas for Adults! The only reason i gave a 3 star is because the customer service was horrible the ladys were very rude and acted like i wasnt very important and had no answers to any of my questions. I might think about going to downtown LA instead of going to a much closer party store just because of that reason The Rudeness... sorry

I absolutely love this place they have every candy you can think of also all kind of piñatas you name it Im having a party for my baby and I bought all of the candy and some Decorations their prices are super reasonable.

You can find some Mexican party products/items difficult to find elsewhere, although they are pricier than they should be. However, most of their merchandise can be found at a 99¢ store or a Dollar Tree store at lower prices. They get 3 stars from me because the staff there are very friendly and helpful, and always available and ready to give assistance.

Employees are very helpful and the store is great. They have plenty of items in stock.

If you love Mexican Candy then you will love this place. They have everything!Its not air conditioned but everyone is super nice and friendly. They carry a huge selection of Piantas and Selfie Frames. Prices are fair.

I had no Idea what time they closed, as I only been following on Instagram, my fault. I was passing by quickly after work so they were already closing the store and I am giving them 5 stars as they could had sent me away but they allowing me to walk in and purchase what I was looking for, that right there is customer service.

I was pretty impressed when I first went to the store. They have a great variety of items for different theme parties. I bought a dump truck pinata, pinata stick, which came with a rope and bandana ( a bundle ) although we didnt use the small rope or bandana. I also bought 3 large bags of candy. Unfortunately, after the pinata was broken and everybody took their candy, I tasted some of the candy and they were clearly old. The chocolates tasted old, certain candies were way too hard and one chocolate had a Christmas decor wrapper (were in September). This was a variety bag of different types of candies. I am pretty disappointed and embarrassed of having given that candy out. I wont be buying my candy from here anymore.

Love the prices. Clean place. Find things you cant anywhere near for the same quality. Friendly employees. AND THEY HAVE these delicious (possibly homemade) candy/red caramel apples I have yet to find anywhere else that I used to eat about 25 years ago!!!:D

The guy working was a little to professional. My husband asked a question jokingly but the employee just wasnt having it. For being a neighborhood party store its always best to build good relationships with the clients. In this case I will not be returning.

I love this store! They have everything I needed. All Mexicans candy are cheap and others are little expensive American candy but worth it. Last time I went was to buy bulk candies for candy buffet and I was afraid I was going to spend it more than $100 but it didnt woohoo! I do recommend for saving money.

Is a big store but there is no bathroom so I was buying all the party supplies take me longer and. I feel very uncomfortable if you go there be sure to go the bathroom first.
