I’m regular customer I came twice a week and it’s very clean laundry and helpful staff but since today I never never go there cause I had a problem with one client there who took my clothes from the mashine and use it and he doesn’t care to any body and the staff there don’t speak to him and it’s normal. He’s from trash people I don’t care who’s he but I will never go there😡😡😡😡😡

I do a lot of laundry and absolutely hate laundromats. However, I recently was without my washer and dryer for several days and decided to check out this new business close to my house. I was absolutely amazed at how clean and nice everything was. The attendant was super helpful and Im sure having someone on site will help keep the place nicer for customers. The vending machines have full bottles of detergent and fabric softener, not just the little boxes of powder or a few dryer sheets. Even the snack vending machine was amazing. Its great that they take credit cards so you dont have to run to the bank for a bunch of quarters. However, the super large capacity (80 lb - 10 dollars per load) machines are cash only I believe. I know they opened right before the pandemic, so Im really hoping they can get enough business to be successful. I will definitely go back the next time I get behind on laundry again!

This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been in. All the washer and dryer work and the staff, she is very welcoming and made you feel very comfortable to be at that establishment. I totally recommended this place.

I had such an amazing experience here ! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I came in, having had a white comforter that my cat vomited on.. after washing my duvet, it was apparent that there was a stain still present. One of the staff asked how it had come and offered to try it on the awesome special machines they had in the back. The stain was relentless so another staff member took it upon himself to ensure that stain would come out and kindly kept my comforter overnight to let it soak and retry on a sanitation cycle which was so kind to offer. My comforter was ready the following day as clean as the first day I got it (= The staff here is truly dedicated to their work and I greatly appreciate that. As well they were very cheerful, making conversations with the clients and constantly keeping the place nice and clean. The facilities were all very beautiful. If you need a laundromat, this is the one to visit !

Incredible service!! I brought several comforters, blankets, bedding, including smelly dog bedding, and various items to be laundered .... It was done to perfection - FAST service, sanitized, bagged, labeled, and incredibly reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend McClean for all your laundry needs. I love this place.

Pros: owner very nice. Attendant are very helpful. The place is very cleanCons: with covid19 and California have seen increase of infection this place should require mask 😷 to be worn at all times. Theres a note on the door that tells you if you are sick fever or coughing not to enter but didnt require to wear a mask. With lots of people asymptomatic it should be a requirement mandatory to wear a mask. Today i went in door was close fan was running and there were some people masks were under their chin. Perfect confined space for a virus to circulate. It sucks that Ive finally found a place thats really super clean but unfortunately my health comes first so will be looking for another place. Hence the only 3 stars.

A sign should be posted about the 15$ hold they put on your card. You supposedly are reimbursed the next day if you dont use all 15$.
