Helpful and kind staff. Got my car interior detailed and it cost $170 which felt a bit over-priced especially considering there is a left-over mildew smell that I can’t get out (it has been six days). They shampoo’d the interior extensively which got everything wet. Normally I’d appreciate the thoroughness, but in this case not so much. I kept my windows open every day after washing but still a dank smell persists. Other than that, I would rate the quality of their interior detail at about B+. They cleaned most crevasses, but there are just the slightest areas they missed between the console and seats. I’m very detail-oriented so maybe most folks won’t notice.

Did a great job on my car wash and wax. I have a black Mercedes and it’s not easy to clean, it shows every mark if not done right. Wax job was perfect. A plus. Will definitely return.

Only 1 person washed my car. This caused the car wash to take 1hr and 45min. I was not content with this. Also upon inspection (I have rain guards on my windows) the guy who cleaned my car didnt even roll down the windows so once the car was dried there was about 2.5inches on every window of dirt at the top. Plus he didnt clean my exhaust pipes at all. Didnt clean my rims.Now I will say, it was about 30$ for a wash and spray wax which was very good. It was authentically 100% hand washed, very glad about that. Lastly the customer service was very good.Be careful though! If you have a lowered car they will not be able to accommodate you in the regular manner of cleaning. You will be stuck with 1 person eating it on the side of the building.This is what happened to me.If I was able to maintain regularity for the facility I would have had about 6 people wash my car at the same time and saved a lot of time.

The building is definitely run down, but the workers took their time and cleaned every little detail. Tuesday and Wednesday specials for their basic wash is a good price, but the upgrade includes mats and other options.

Good guys here. A new staff member cleaned my car, he was still learning because I noticed it was still a bit dirty when driving home. I called them and the manager and he was great about it. He asked me to come back in so they could clean it properly. They did a great job. Very good management style to acknowledge a mishap and offer an immediate solution. Much appreciated.

My favorite place for a hand car wash. By far best place hands down, been going here for at least 10years. There prices are amazing too.

Specifically asked them not to use armor-all on my seats because it messes with my leather interior. Specifically asked for a vacuum. The good news is, they didnt use armor-all on my upholstery. The bad news is they didnt vacuum at all, AND didnt bother to remove the pollen and bird poo from the exterior of my all black car. Its not that hard to miss. Ive had better service from the automated car wash just a few blocks south of this place.

Have been a loyal customer for several years. 100% hand washes with great customer service. Great prices and a rewards card for a free car wash after a couple of washes. Hands down, the best car was in the Inland Empire.

This place is pure ghetto. They have false prices posted on business and on website. Guy wanted to charge $5 more than posted prices. Said those were old signs. Told them fk you and went to a legit car wash a couple miles away. Stay away from this place.

I went to get a wash. Was very fast and I guess you get what you pay for. I got the Tuesday special. When I left my front windshield had residue on the bottom. It was like over spray that wasnt cleaned. My passenger rear window had hand prints on it. Before I stepped into my car I seen a leaf on my carpet. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Workers did a great job, I never have a problem giving them a nice tip for their hard work and working in the hot sun all day!!! Decent price for everything they did to my car... car wash w armoral inside and out plus washed my floor mats for $24+.... plus loyalty card for same car wash after 10 washes you get 1 free....

Paid $20 + a tip for a car wash that was done half a**. Got in my vehicle and none of the interior was cleaned. Had to have the guy come back out to clean the interior. The floor boards were half vacummed and I had to put my floor mats back in the proper places. Had an appointment to go to when I got to my appointment I checked my 3rd row floor board and it was not even vacuumed at all. Took my car back so that they could vacuum it properly. The manager did not have anything to say about the situation in fact he didnt even bother to give an apology.

I went and expected a decent wash, everything started to turn once I saw that the receipt said they are not responsible for vehicle damage. The wash wasnt that expensive. From a distance the car looked exceptional, but once I parked I noticed their were a bunch of small smudges that could have been wiped off easily with a rag. This would have made me give the place at least 3 stars. The reason I gave 1 star is because while driving I noticed that the rear view mirror case was knocked loose from the inside cleaning. My car is relatively new so it didnt fall by accident. Only go here if you have time to expect the wash and any damages.

Not good for me... when they washed my car, after looking at it closely, I see they put scratches on it and didnt get a lot of the dirt that was on the side of my car off; manager is extremely rude. I will not say much more.

The staff were friendly, but the car wash was mediocre at best. There were major spots on my car that were missed, and they left cleaning fluid on my console. For the price, I would not recommend them.

They really do a great job and actually blow away the water thats in tight spots thats gonna run down the side of your car as soon as you leave the place. Ill definitely be getting my truck washed there regularly.

Havent had my car wash in a while the car had tree sap all around the i had to wipe it off one i was home. Gave the tip it was waste.

Just spent $20 to have some guy soak the inside of my car with armor all and literally leave globs of it in certain areas. Wash was mediocre at best. Ill never come back.
