Very professional and friendly staff, always available to answer any questions. My rental was super easy not only because of the helpful staffing but they have online rental options too, which made it so easy to rent right from my phone. They also have a good range of hours you can access your storage. Their prices was also one of the best In town. I highly recommend this business.

My mom and I have been storing here for quite some time now, so I felt that it was time for a well deserved review. We started renting here a few years ago. We needed to de clutter our home from all the “important” junk we had in there and we found this conveniently located storage facility near our home, so we decided to check it out and we immediately found the cleanliness, security, and pricing of it quite satisfying. With many years of renting here the place has always maintained its appearance and we’ve never had to make a complaint about this place. We’ve had a great experience renting here and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

What a wonderful place to store our things.We out grew our garage and this storage place is perfect for us. The fellows are professional and the security make me safe. We live a few blocks away and Always see them out front cleaning things. Key pads are a blessing and perfect for my mom.

I’m new to renting a storage unit. Thankfully I was assisted by Gerardo who has great customer service. He assisted me in a timely manner and thoroughly explained all fees and rules of the facility within the 10-15 minutes.

My wife and I are very pleased with Storage, etc. Its clean and secure. We had a specific problem that needed to be solved, and the manager worked with us and solved it. Two of our sons have stored there. No complaints.

A perfect view of the mountains. Some how before we parked the mountain view captured our attention. The place has been crisp, managers are great, the property smells good, the other tenants are friendly, the hours for us are perfect, we never had a lack of peace of mind since renting here.

The place is smooth from beginning to end. We wasted our time going to other places in this area that was nogos but then my sister saw this place online. Boom! what a smooth staff. I told them what we wanted but she said allow me to find a solution for you. and before we knew it she was taking our money. The security is awesome! you cant get in here if you dont belong here. Everybody that we have seen is very nice.

My wife and I are picky! She picked this place for our daughters things and I agree 100. Professionalbut sincere and interested in our need. This manager is perfect for helping us make the right decision on size and location within the facility. Price is just a little high but after shopping, this cost is worth itfor us. Clean, manicured and safe for wheelchairs and large trucks. The hours of access is perfect for stopping by after work and payment options are top shelf so far. What a company!

Good rates! We could not afford to keep our things at another less priced, less secured, less safe, less professional storage place. For this price and more security, gate hours and real managers we came here and comfortably glad we did.They offer more services and more payment options also.

Omg! Needed a place for our gifts and stopped at this place. Instead we gonna keep our extra car here. My cousin charge me 150.00 more a month and use it every now and again. The managers are pros, the yards is clean and hours is good for me.

Recently, I went to my storage site. I was so surprised that the property is completely remodeled, the paint is new, the door and lock slots are new. Especially, the manager on site, Nadine is very friendly and helpful in assisting me to understand the new policy under new management and give me advise to utilize space effectively. I was in search of a new storage unit since my current one was bought out and the rates had gone up considerably. I found Storage Etc. online and was impressed by 5 star rating all of the wonderful reviews for the manager, Nadine. I decided to drive out & see for myself. Nadine definitely lived up to every excellent review. She gave me a tour of the facility, which was extremely clean and well maintained, and showed the storage units (multiple sizes available). While the facility was a little farther from my home than I wanted, Nadine made it well worth the trip. She truly knows what customer service is all about.

The facility is clean, they have a variety of space sizes with reasonable rates. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.I have used them for about two and a half years so far after moving to the area and have changed my unit once (to a smaller one) with no problem.

Never had any problem. When I applied for a space I could get it immediately, over the phone. Didnt even have to go! And the space was clean. I can even set up autopay so I cannot forget to pay rent. The lock I bought there was cheaper than Home Depot which was a surprise.

I live locally in Claremont and have always needed a storage from time to time for various reasons and I have always returned to Storage Ect. formally known as American Mini Storage. All of the storage units are on ground level which makes it easily accessible. The staff has changed from over the years and have always been super nice but Nadine is by far my favorite. She took a payment from me at the Starter Bros Supermarket :) now that’s superior customer service!
