Been here multiple times since a friend/community member who also is a patron here recommended it. Prices are fair or better than other maintenance repair shops in the area. Staff is honest, helpful and attentive to our cars needs/repairs and suggestions for the future. It’s nice to come back and be remembered by the front desk staff too. Highly recommended you give them a try and stick with them.

This was my first experience with this establishmen, the owner and his staff proved to be professional as well as friendly, honest and caring. I only went in for a smog check today but when they noticed my car was really low in oil they filled it at no extra cost. It may have seemed like a small act of kindness but it just provided that its not just a business to them they genuinely care about their customers. Very nice, knowledable, reasonable

Was on vacation when my car broke down and was acting clogged. It ended up being the cat. Very expensive repair but I know the majority is in cost of parts. Customer service was superb. They worked with me and threw in a free oil change. The best part was the turn around on repair time was very quick. They had it fixed within the next day and I was able to get back on the road back to arizona.

Beware! Horrible! Unprofessional! Miscommunication! NEVER RECOMMEND!I scheduled an appointment and arrived ahead of time today. I informed the tech about my appointment upon arrival and he obviously didnt communicate with the appropriate staff. After waiting for thirty minutes I enter the office and was told that if Id arrived on time that the services couldve been rendered. The office staff didnt appear to think I was telling the truth about arriving on time. Furthermore, they wanted me to leave my car although they stated the appointment would take two hours when the appointment was scheduled. After speaking to the initial technician before leaving about the incident he was unphased; he didnt care.

Mike was friendly, professional and the prices were very reasonable.

I was able to get a next day appointment, which was great. I was referred here by a friend so it was my first time going here so its always a little hard not knowing if youre in good hands. I needed all brakes replaced and two new rotors, this I knew (most woman dont and can get upsold) so they didnt try to throw in something I didnt need. Overall, Im happy with the service!

This is the only place I take my car. I trust them. They get the work done in the amount of time they tell me. Friendly and I like that they explain everything they are going to do or did.

A great auto repair place AAA staff a little expensive but you wont have to worry about the work done there when you leave you leave with confidence a little pricey also but peace of mind has no price........

My car stalled out on Gary and foothill, was towed to this AAA approved garage, told me they couldnt work on it till Tuesday and this is a Friday! So my tomboy but grab some tools starts going back up there Saturday morning see if I cant do a little work on it, I made the mistake of mentioning this to the office boy. Before I even got out the door the next morning he called me AND SAID ... so it is been running all morning and they cant find anything wrong with it! Com and get it if you want $89!!!!! I see two parts of that thats bullshit. Filing A complaint with AAA! If it wasnt for Jeff theyd only get a one star!! He was as nice as he could be

I have brought my car to this place twice. Both times the prices for fixes have been very high for the service performed, the customer service is TERRIBLE, and long waiting.Oh, also the last time I dropped off my car they lost my key and I had to wait an extra day for them to get to my car.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
