Dissatisfied, I came to get a quote and he charged me $140 for labor to replace just a Regulator. I asked the guy if he could just lock it for me and he said $100. Then when I said no he stated to give him $50.The guy that should be running the shop is the guy with the blue mask. He tried to help me.I felt trapped and ended up paying $250, absurd over priced amount for a 15 min job.Just get a definite quote on everything before they touch your car.His excuse was I have to pay my guys and rent, I understand but this was a small job. I had found another shop down the street that would have replaced the motor and regulator for less.Just truly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Unprofessional and DO NOT stand by their work! Please do yourself a favor, do not use their services. If i can give them a zero star, i will. I went to this shop for minor repairs for a few years just because it was highly recommended. Made a mistake on September 2020 to allow them to replace my car motor. After the work was done, i was advised by Miguel to bring it back for oil change after about 1,000 miles and if there are any issues. Before the oil change was due, the car started having problems - hesitated especially on incline. During the time i brought it back for oil change i told Miguel about the issue. When i picked it up, Miguel denied that there was a problem. He stated, the car runs smoothly, no problem. After a week of driving, the engine check light came on along with the misfiring of the engine. I brought it back to their shop and received a verbal report whatever they fixed and i was told that they drove test it without issues. Not even a week have gone by, the engine check light came back on. I brought it back to them and i was told i needed to leave the car for a couple of days so they can better diagnose the problem. I left the car and picked it up after a couple of days, i was told that it should be ok and there are no problems. The engine check light was gone but came back on after a week with symptoms of misfiring engine. Towards the end of November 2020, i called Chris garage for the last time to report that my car is not doing well - engine check light is on and hesitates. The exact words that i received from Miguel i cannot give you any more services for free, i just replaced your car motor. My receipt states 6,000mi/6 months. Ive brought it to a new mechanic who has seen the car 4 times and have fixed different issues related to the enchine check light since December 2020. Now, its April 2021 and my car is still having the same issues and just got diagnosed that my car needs a new motor. Please save your money and avoid emotional pain, do not go anywhere near Chris Garage. No one has to experience this same treatment from them.

The owner of the business Chris, failed to repair the vehicles power steering as promised with default Equipement. When asked to make it right and repair the vehicle, not only did he NOT fix the problem. He keep the $ money and the vehicles had to be taken to another mechanic for the repair. In addition, he used the N- word at several times while speaking.

Ive been coming here for years. I first started coming here when I was called Miguels (Chriss father) now his son took over and Im happy to say he is maintaining the integrity of this shop very well. Hard working and trustworthy.

Wow dont know what I would do without Chris n the guys. They are the most honest mechanics around. They really seem to care about their customers

They did some work on my Lincoln LS and have been my machinc for years sent my family and friends to them but now there is a problem with my Lincoln that they just recently worked on theyve had my car going on 3 weeks now and they havent fix their mistake and yes if you are Hispanic you get treated differently in other words better then if you were African American

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst mechanic shop Ive ever dealt with. They drink on the job, crack racy jokes, and the work they did on my vehicle led to the worst 6 months of my life. Ended up having to pay another shop to REDO everything they did, after I was driving on the freeway and my braking system exploded. That doesnt just happen when you pay for brand new brakes and a rear end.First thing they asked me was are you ready to invest in this??? And do yourself a favor....invest somewhere else. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

I came in to get my car sensor checked and to get a another key for my car and they told me that all four of my sensors were broken and there were going to charge me $420 dollars to fix them plus 80 for key luckily I got a second opinion Since it’s extremely rare for all of the sensors to break like that and there was only one broken talk about dishonest!! Then when I go to get my key instead of making another one they just used my old one and fixed it and to top of it off the computer in my car that tells my gas mileage isn’t working whatever you do don’t go there!
