My engine is scattered all over. My car has been in here 66 days. They were supposed to fix the head on the engine. Turns out the mechanic that’s helping me doesn’t even know on the shop or is affiliated with them. Just uses the shop to looks legit. Has no credential as an actual mechanic. This place has nothing but crooks and liars

Brought my truck there to have the transmission worked on.. it wouldnt switch into 6th gear on the highway. I paid him upfront for the repair. 3 days later I got my truck back and it was in way worse shape and wouldnt switch gears at all.. when I went back I told him he gave it back to me in worse condition then when I brought it in.. he said I know, everything we did to it just made it worse.I asked for my money back and he said no. He offered to rebuild it for an extra $1300.00. I said ok.. come to find out he just changed the clutch and still wanted all 1300.00. A month later I am now sitting on the side of a highway waiting for a tow because of the transmission.. never got my money back, and on top of that he did it under the table and never gave me receipts so I have no proof of anything done.
