I love my community and the neighborhood that surrounds it. I’ve lived at the Terramonte @ La Verne community for 7 years. The maintenance team and staff are eager and willing to help. For the location, and amount of square footage you get, you just cannot beat the price. Also, they recently just painted and repaved the community and it looks brand new! I see where my money is going and I like it! Keep up the great work!

I have had an awesome experience so far at Terramonte largely due to Oscar Hernandez. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I decided to rent here due to how well he did his job! Thank you Oscar you are AWESOME!!!

Our family has had the privilege of calling Terramonte home for over 2 years, its been great!All the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The maintenance crew (Joel & Henry) are dedicated and exceptional. There have been area-wide power outages in the middle of the night, on a weekend and the maintenance staff arrives to the rescue helping the residents with whatever they can.The community is clean, quiet and family oriented. Residents look out for eachother. My neighbors are great. Living at Terramonte - even during COVID is very nice and worth every penny.

My family and I have lived here at the Terramonte apartments for a brief time. In this brief time we have had some maintenance repaired.Leighton Is one of the most dedicated and hardworking maintenance men that I know. He is very polite & honest. He always goes above and beyond, his knowledge & quality of work is one of a kind We never have to worry if the job is done incorrectly or delayed as we have had issues with other maintenance guys.We have lived a different complexes throughout the years and this complex is nice and quiet but for my family what makes it homey is the knowing that we have 1 heck of a maintenance worker. If I could I would request Leighton for all my maintenance work.Leighton is the guy for the job. If I could Id give a 10 ☆s. As we know we can only give 5☆s.

Beautiful landscape and park area always clean. Gym is nice and clean... The staff are very helpful and friendly, the neighbors are nice and friendly. I love be so close the stores and 210 fwy and bus line and great schools. Pet friendly

Love living here, the office staff is amazing. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The amenities are great, having access to two pools, the fitness center and the clubhouse is a plus.

Love living here! Very quiet, people are friendly and the maintenance crew are amazing. We’ve had Joel do a few things and he is the sweetest person. Only reason I don’t give this a 5-star is due to management. Had a huge problem with entire AC unit (which was fixed) but when management did not communicate despite my calling of 8 times and leaving 2 messages, they called me back 10 mins before 4pm to ask if I can give permission for the next morning, it was a big inconvenience. Again, complex and maintenance crew are beyond awesome but management needs to step it up on the customer service.

Ive been here for a couple months and Ive had small issues that Ive had to deal with. The biggest issues I have is with the hot water. I havent had hot water for over a week now. Ive complained multiple times and they take forever to fix this issue. Im just waiting for my lease to be over and Im moving out. Its overpriced for what they offer.

Very good apartments, safe and calm community. the management has been astronomically improved. staff and maintenance are very helpful and supportive.

Living here has been such an amazing experience the environment of the community has been positive and peaceful, the girls in the office are extremely welcoming and always willing to help me with anything needed.

The handy man Leighton is super helpful. He is the best thing about this place.

The team at the terramonte apartmentsare extremely helpful, especially the maintenance crew, willing to make repairs quick and efficiently.

I love my apartment and all the community has to offer. The management on the other hand is terrible. When things break you have to go to the office because they wont answer the phone, then it take forever to get repairs done.

The complex is always maintained,thanks 2 one of our favorite maintenance men here, Leighton!

Ive Absolutely hate this place. Ive been robbed on many occasions told the office and I was told by the manager that crime happens everywhere. So they choose not to do anything about it dont move here

I lived at Terramonte for 6 years, the old management was excellent!, the new management as soon as they took over raised my rent for $200 additional, would not care I had been there for 6 years, and even though the apartments have enclose car garage, my car was broken into once, my storage above my car was broken into twice, lost some items, only because I shared the garage with three other tenants that didnt care to leave the garage door open at night. I went to the office to ask if the night patrol service would do more rounds in the property they treated me as if it was no big deal to have my property vandalized and stolen....they didnt show any care. I would never recommend that apt. building to anyone!!! its expensive now, and misleading on the apartment features.

Worst customer service. They might be nice if youre a prospective tenant but once you sign the lease they quit the act. The last thing they want to have to do is work.

The fine creatures who inhabit this utopia taste very nice.

Old management was a lot better. Moving out was a complete pain as they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing such as small paint chips and dirty carpets. I guess as a first time renter I did not know what needs to be signed before I moved out and what not but they dont tell you these things in hopes of getting money from you from paying late fees. They are also never accurate on their will be back times which was a real inconvenience when turning in rent. They will tell you that they have a newly renovated recreation room and business center but honestly, will you use it? No you wont. The good thing about this place is the repairmen. They always came in promptly and fixed what need be.

Crappy appartments, crappy management, crappy service, overpriced as hell. Everything is just a façade to reel you into a terrible deal. Stay away, especially if you have a pit bull. They dont allow them, even if theyre trained and well behaved.

I don’t know why these people cannot handle the truth. they seem to to always hate and report there bad reviews but here is a suggestion and just suck up the truth. Yes, there are gangsters, drug dealers and prostitution going on here. Sorry truth hurts. This place sucks.

I lived here for about 8 months and originally I had no complaints due to the excitement of renting my own place. But as the time progressed the experience just got worse. Security is minimal ( if any) the only type of protection they provide is a 70 year old man named bob who can barely walk. Although he is very nice, he is not the security I or other families require when living in an area that has a history of crime/violence. Lighting is horrible, I had no lights outside my door (it stopped working the week I moved in) even though i complained about it for months. But even with a light, it is so dim that it does not make a difference anyway. Lighting of the entire complex, is scarce. It gives intruders the opportunity to take advantage of peoples homes when they least expect it and thats exactly what happened to me this past December when I was living there.Due to the fact they had minimal security, two african american males were able to brake into my home, to rob and assault me. I sustained 7 pairs of tazer marks ( scars are still there) a dislocated thumb, a black eye and a minor concussion. No one heard or saw anything due to the structure of the complex and the assailants were able to get away. I moved out the night of the incident and informed the complex the next day.In my opinion this is a horrible place to live, I would not recommend any family or University of La Verne students to live in this complex if they care for there own safety. Any apartment complex that cannot provide proper security is not a suitable place to live especially for those who have kids, fortunately enough the family and kids next door from where I lived were not exposed to this, but I would never want another family to go through the experience that I went though. So if your reading this please stay away from the Terramonte Apartments at all cost, it is an unsafe complex in an unsafe area. And for those individuals who are living their currently I would recommend not relying on them and to confront them about this issue and expect an immediate change, it is the law they provide proper protection and we/you have the right to demand they abide by it.

Thb it still home to me I miss be there but it was to much .. so I got new apartment call 777 place it like it here to but it not to much it reminds me of my childhood here I miss it ..I miss my old friend
