Scott built an in ground pool for us and it came out beautiful. Very happy with the quality of work!

Scott and his crew are awesome! We had an issue with another pool company where they didn’t show up. I called Scott the next day explained our issue and he showed up an hour later to help open our pool! Squeezed us in during the busy season no problem! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Scott, the owner, was a LIFESAVER! He already had another job lined up, near my house, but he knew I was in a bind, AND MDW was coming, so he came by anyway. He was able to fix my problem the next day in no time at all, and was VERY reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Clear Pools, and will absolutely continue to use them for myself in the future!

I have been using Crystal Clear Pools for my pool an spa for years. Scott is very knowledgeable and can fix any problem. He has not only opened and closed my pool, he has repaired my spa as well. His prices are great and he is always available to answer questions. He actually spent an hour on the phone with me one summer when I was having an issue that could be fixed remotely. I never received a bill for his phone support. Great Company... Great Guy.

Scott is Amazing! He is the only company I will let touch my hot tub. I had others who did damage that Scott repaired. Scott goes above and beyond to help his customers, he is always easy to reach and does a great job at a very reasonable price! I will be a loyal customer for years and highly recommend Scott! He is really smart and really nice!

I wish I could give Scott negative stars. We hired him to build a pool a few years ago. He took a deposit of $2500 which he refused to give back when the township rejected us for permits. He did no work at all other than turning paperwork in to the permits department. We took him to court and won our case and we still havent seen any of the money. I would never recommend Scott and his business Crystal Clear Pool & Spa. Save your money and use a reputable pool company.

We highly recommend Crystal Clear! We met the owner, Scott, when he came to our house a few years ago because we had an emergency issue with our hot tub. I found him on Google search after calling several other pool and spa places, who were no help. Since then, Scott has been here in the snow, sleet and rain fixing things for us between the spa and pool. He recently installed our inground pool liner, and it looks perfect! We are going to have him back to install our pool heater as well. Scott always answers our questions, and he is a wealth of knowledge. Were very glad we found Crystal Clear!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable crew with over 30 years experience. Came to my house and installed electric line and had my heat pump installed. Very professional and on time. Highly recommend.

Im 35 yrs old with three very young kids my husband died leaving me with a pool I knew nothing about. Scott, owner of the company, came to help me take care of my pool which my kids used everyday and he has been there every day to teach me and answer any questions Ive had just to keep my pool in working order. This man has gone above and beyond to help me. I knew nothing and no matter what time of day he has called me and walked me through anything Ive needed help with. Other companies would have charged me an arm and a leg yet he didnt Im not sure why but he really helped me Id recommend him to anyone!!! You dont meet people like him too often I. Life

I had an excellent experience with Crystal Clear. They were fast and efficient and fixed by spa. They kept me informed on the process and when parts were in and when they would return. They did as promised.

Negative, negative, very negative. Do yourself a favor and save your money!!! Dont hire this cruck. Hes already been sued by a few people for not returning the money he took. He is very quick to take a deposit and to disappear for weeks. He wont respond to your calls or hangups on you if by accident you will get trough. The quality of work is horrible, messy. Its not a company it is a joke. One word that describes him the best is a CRUCK and his name is Scott DiLillo!!! Be warned! Spread the word and save your money! AND HE HAS NO LICENSE!!! HIS LICENCE HAS EXPAIRED IN 03/2018

Hired this company to close my pool. The owner is a non-professional. Doesnt supply anything. Does not winterize. Basically disconnects filter & throws cover on. I would not recommend using this company. Very poor service. Should have went with another company. Lesson learned.

Had this company close our inground pool last year. Pool was opened today and is a nightmare ! Water is bright green, apparently none of the plugs were properly installed when closed. The owner himself was here last year and st the time I found him to be rude and surly, I attributed it to being overworked and tired. What a mistake! The pool has never looked this bad upon opening, would never recommend this company !
