I’ve been continually harassed and had my mail held hostage by my letter carrier. Reaching out to the staff at the post office has not helped. We decided to get a PO Box to prevent issues like the letter carrier having packages processed return to sender when she’s mad at us, and the office bungled the mail forwarding which has resulted in lost packages. This office and it’s staff and letter carriers are horrible and should not be working for the crucial service.

Always picks up my packages swiftly, and Ive never had anything damaged.

Please update your hours. Its 3:50 and doors are locked. It says you close at 4:30.I needed to ship something for my business.

Schedule is not correct

If you are mailing anything of value or own a small business ect, please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They go thru your mail, steal packages(do not check in prelabeled items), and purposely have no cameras. It’s a very fishy place and speaking with the manager I was told I’m pretty much robbed if I don’t physically have proof of handing them the mail. Which is impossible because they have 1 camera not pointing to anywhere or importantance. In short words they’re THIEFS!

VERY Friendly Staff

The lines are always long, the workers are always slow and they never open at 9 and stay open until 5! Post office boxes used to be open after hours and now I can’t get my mail unless I go during the day. Doesn’t work for me since I work.

Great when there isnt a wait. Sometimes the line can run out the door.

My postman does not pick up my mail unless he has something to deliver..... This is the third time I have placed something out to me mailed and it hasnt gotten picked up. He was just in the complex, I watched him walk past my unit.... He never looked at my box

Always a terrible experience.
