I had a situation in which my son “misplaced” my one and only car key. We looked for hours and couldn’t find it. I was dreading having to go through a dealer and googled how to replace a car key and simple enough it said to call a locksmith. I’ve known Dave for years. He’s a great guy, been in business for years and and super professional. He came out right away looked at my car/Vin info and he made me TWO keys!! Jack was absolutely wonderful. We had locked ourselves out of our apartment in Hazlet at 8 pm Saturday night 7/3. Little did we know he told the AAA service representative if they couldn’t find anyone to come out please call him back and he would make the trip up to us. Jack lives in Barnegat. The representative called us back at 1:30 am and told us they could not find anyone and they would reach out to us again at 9 am on Sunday. Jack called us back on Sunday morning seeing that the service order was still pending. He called us and felt terrible no one came out and specifically told the representative to call him back. By 10:30 Sunday Jack was at our apartment and took him less than a minute to open the door. The sad part we have a dog and cat that we’re alone since 8:00 pm the night before. I can’t say enough how thankful we are for Jacks amazing customer service and would HIGHLY recommend mTop Security for any service that you might need.

Very Professional and quick. I have a 2012 Jeep Sahara, 4 door Jeep Wrangler. I called Jeep - Service which told me Jeep and no one else would be able to cut and program a new key for me. This was suppose to be a safety feature for theft. Service told me if I towed my car in, it would be done the next day. I did this and then they said my car could not get done until the next opening- a week away. Called -Triple AAA -who called Top Security Locksmiths INC, located in Wall Township and Pt. Pleasant, NJ. David the Tech was there at Jeep dealer within 30 minutes. My key was cut and programmed in not even 15 minutes. Plus it turned out to be cheaper than Jeep/Chrysler with my Triple AAA Premier. Way worth it. David was very informative and honest. Thank you again.

Recently my husband’s Jeep would not start and we did not know why. Dave from top security locksmiths came same day, on site, and at the time he said he would come. He put in a new ignition and we were on our way. Our problem was fixed quickly and at a very good price as well. Top Security Locksmiths was amazing.. AAA told me would be over 90 min before they come meamwhile they showed up in about 30 min. I was stuck at six flags parking lot due to losing my car keys in six flags. He came, got my door opened, took out a cylinder for trunk lockout made me a key for the door and a new key with chip to start my car. Very professional and experienced. Spoke to the representative over the phone about replacing a key fob for vehicle. After discussing how many buttons were on the remote to make sure it was the right fob, the price was 85 dollars for the fob, cut, and programming.Took off work to visit the place the next day and was quoted more than double the price of 169 dollars just for the fob. I was told I was quoted a standard key and not the fob. If that’s the case then why did we have a discussion as to how many buttons the fob had. Safe to say I walked out. Beware the bait and switch. Thanks for making me use time away from work for nothing.Update to the above and changed from a 1 star. The owner contacted me and stated he listened to the call and verified the above. He states it was a new employee and offered to cut and program at no charge given I already purchased the fobs elsewhere. Allowed him to rectify the experience.

Incredible service by Dave. Ive lost my keys 4 days ago and have been locked out of my car since. My key is chipped, so I called the dealership which involved no quote, scheduling an appointment, and towing my car to them. Top Security came recommended by another locksmith. Worst case scenario happened to me and I hope it doesnt happen to you. I lost the key/fob at a doctors office to a 2020 Chevy Impala which was a rental from Enterprise. Enterprise would not fax what the deal asked for in order to provide another key/fob. I called so many locksmiths I got tired of calling them. Was about to just have car towed back when my gf told me about a locksmith that was in Pt. Pleasant. We both went to HS there so we felt good about calling. This is the guy. Dave and Chris came and helped me out after I broke my car key. They came in a timely manner, were very professional and they got to work right away.
